Pet Sitting in Hamilton

About: I love all kinds of animals furry or not and I have experience with many different animals including dogs, cats, most farm animals and poultry, reptiles and other small caged animals. I have dog sat and walked dogs in my previous community and it proved to be a great way to get to know some great people and their animal family. I grew up taking care of a wide variety of animals and it’s something I have a special love for, I’d like to be able to create a safe and happy environment for any and every animal I can and really make their stay as comfortable as possible. My dogs Ollie and Gertrude usually start our day with going and feeding the chickens and playing outside for a bit and then getting breakfast and then rest of our day is filled with walks around the property or into town depending on the weather, snuggles and whatever the toy of choice they want to play with. Days usually consist of play among themselves and whatever dog friends may be over in the fenced areas outside and throughout the house, snuggles, treats and training I have a house with two friendly dogs to keep your dog company, I will care for your dog as if they my own while they are under my care. My top priority while any animal is under my care is their safety and comfortability if there is anything I can do that will help your dog be comfortable and happy during their stay I’d be happy to take the necessary steps to further their comfort while in my home.

About: Dogs have been a part of my family since I was a child. I have experience with younger more active dogs and laid back older dogs. We've had our adopted pup Dipper for 11 years. He's part Border Collie and Labrador which has really provided me with the best of both worlds! I have a flexible schedule and can pay your pup a visit from Monday through Friday from 8am to 7pm. I have plenty of time to keep your fur baby company and go on walks. I can walk and care for your dog based on your instructions and preferred walking routes. I am not currently offering pet care in my home due to our senior dog. I will be happy to visit your home and be respectful of your preferences.

We always had 2-3 dogs growing up, and now he frequently takes care of my dads elderly dog, friends dogs, and has watched my dog for me when I go on trips (who is a nervous rescue). I think he would be a great and trustworthy dog walker/sitter. I use Rover myself for my dad and would be happy if I didn't know David and ended up booking him to take care of my baby while I'm away.”

About: I am a 26 year old who loves pets. I have one dog of my own at home, and have been a dog walker for years now. I love being outside and active, so what better job than to put two of my favorite things together! I am a former college athlete so I am also willing to walk multiple miles at a time or even run with your dog if that is something they like to do...this will allow us to both get our conditioning in for the day! I will give your pets the care and love they need and deserve. I am looking forward to meeting new pets and pet owners, and love being a part of Rover. I am currently working as a home health Occupational Therapist in Madison County, NY where I travel throughout the day. This gives me the flexibility to stop in during the day to let the pups out. During the weekends I am home and usually outside hiking or playing with my own pup! I have a medium sized back yard that my pup loves to play in. Backyard is also connected to a lake so I can keep your pup on a leash or let them roam, whatever you are comfortable with. All pets are allowed to roam in the house and are allowed on furniture. I can also crate if needed/wanted.

About: Grew up with a variety of pets, and started caring for and walking neighborhood pets when I was 11. Continued to do so since and have consistently cared for various neighbors’ and friends’ dogs and cats for extended periods of time in my own home and as a walker. My family fosters new dogs often before they find forever homes. When home, I walk my dog 2+ miles every morning, along with hikes and to the beach. I’m a senior at Colgate with time in the mornings and evenings on Tuesdays and Thursday, and in the afternoon and evenings on Monday and Friday. I am a very active individual who likes to tire myself out, so the same goes for your pet! A tired dog is a happy one.
