She was so so patient with them, and they warmed up pretty quickly! She was able to gain their trust and give them all lots of pets and take them on walks. “Alexis was amazing & I will absolutely be using again! She did 1 hour drop-in visits for my 2 kitties for 8 days & went above & beyond my expectations. This was the first time I’ve ever had to leave them for an extended period of time, so it was also the first time I’ve had to hire someone to help take care of them, so I was pretty nervous. She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with them & myself, stayed in constant communication while I was gone, sent me lots of pictures & updates, & most impressive- got one of my babies to be snuggly & loving with her which is incredible considering their normal disposition around new people (hiding be pretty hissy/unfriendly). That alone let me know just how amazing she is with animals! When I came home their litter boxes were clean, their food & water were full, & they were both perfect condition. I’m so grateful for Alexis & how well she took care of my kitties while I was gone. I knew they were safe & well cared for which made being away from them 1,000 times easier! She will be my number 1 go-to anytime I need someone to take care of my cats in the future!”

About: I absolutely adore dogs. I have 5 of my own: 2 huskies (8 & 10), 1 Aussie (5), 1 Berne mix (1), and 1 rat terrior (17). My dogs and clients' pets get to enjoy my dog friendly home and 16+ acres. Your pet will be safe and happy enjoying the 5 acre yard space, walks, and treats alongside our pets. Hikes in the woods can be given upon request. I'm currently working part-time during the week. My schedule is very flexible to work around my pets and yours! The dogs receive breakfast and 2 potty times before I leave for work. When I get home in the afternoons they immediately go outside to potty and have playtime. We have a snack when we get back inside. Between then and supper the dog gets let out frequently and taken on a walk. Bedtime is usually around 9pm, and the dogs will be let out one last time before bed. My 5 acre yard is not fenced in, but I have leads available for our guests. The road is a private lane with only one other home past mine, so cars are not a big concern. My dogs are all friendly, so your pet can make new friends quickly. I do offer kenneling for when I am not home to directly supervise everyone. If your dog is not kennel trained, I also have a private room they can stay in.

About: I grew up on a horse farm where we had cats and dogs. I can administer medications to animals. I have had 3 of my own dogs in the past and now a puppy! Can provide love to your fur babies while you are away I work Monday through Thursday, but available Friday, Saturday and Sundays. As of right now I am available for drop in visits, services may grow. I have a fenced in yard and can crate your fur baby if needed until i start other services. I have a puppy almost a year old. He loves everyone! So as long as our dogs can meet and get along we can do boarding! With work, dogs must be house trained. I can board every day as long as they are. About: I grew up with dogs and many other animals. I currently have a dog with my boyfriend and 2 dogs at my parent’s house! I also have 2 cats and a parrot. I have had a hamsters, hedgehogs, snake, frogs, parrots, cats, and dogs. I volunteer at the humane society from time to time as well:) I have experience with medication and special treatment for animals. With cats comes litter.. so I scoop very often and change their water fountain and feed them as well. I clip their claws once a week. I feed my dog twice daily, water him, take him on a walks, make sure to get him groomed once a month.. he’s a corgi haha. My parrot has her water changed 1-2 times daily, food refilled. She has to have cream applied to a boo boo she has once daily. And lots of pets and lovins for everyone is a given!! I extensively care for all of my pets and treat them with love and respect and your pet would be no different. I have experience crating, medicating, etc. and can always accommodate!

About: I love walking a taking care of all animals like my own. I own a lab and 2 void cats all friendly. Open communication 24/7 Right now I am a full time college student most of my classes are online. I dash in my free time for a side hustle as well. I have a separate cat room the doubles as my office and an extra large crate at home if any animals do need separated or crated. My home is also equipped with cameras at all times. I feed my animals once in the morning and once at night. My dog goes in a 30 minute walk everyday unless the weather is really bad then we will run around the house with toys. Any texts for updates or pics I will provide I am open with communication especially when your out of town and missing them so I get it.

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs and have a special place in my heart for them. From elderly to puppies I will give your dog the attentive care it needs! I’ve always treated my dogs as family and i’ll do the same with yours! I’m a college student so I have a flexible schedule! It will be my priority to make sure your pet is safe and cared for. Taking care of my own pets has always been a privilege for me! I take my own dog on walks and give him at least 30 minutes of play time each day.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 6 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! I currently work part time with a lot of availability. I’m available at almost any hour of the day. I currently have a cat but he has his own space if tensions were to rise. I have a mid sized unfenced yard, but I know of multiple dog parks. I’m available to cuddle up with animals or wear out some energy!

About: I’ve recently moved to Auburn from Hamilton Lake. I had several dog walking clients and I would love to continue here in Aunburn! I am a true animal lover! I’m a stay at home dog and cat mom. I do pottery in my home but I always welcome a fun dog walk! I’m also available for overnight pet sitting and litter box cleaning. I have six dogs and I will treat your babies as if they are mine. I provide walks but they will also receive plenty of hugs and lots of atta boy/girls!

About: I've worked professionally in the pet industry since the age of 17 (currently 27) and have had personal pets all my life as well as volunteered prior to working. I was a professional groomer in California before moving to Ohio and becoming a stay at home mom. I worked at Fort Defiance Humane Society as a Kennel Tech for a few months before deciding to part ways. I'm currently a stay at home mom, my son is 4 and absolutely adores dogs. He would have to accompany my to any walking or drop ins. We are both very aware of saftey and how to handle dogs. I believe in providing proper mental and physical enrichment for the animals in the home. In my home my cats are brushed daily, and we give them plenty of play time.

About: I have taken care of many different animals, including reptiles, fish, amphibians, and mammals. I have some of my own even and I enjoy giving them the best life that I can provide. Working with animals has always been my passion. They deserve just as much as us :) I have a very flexible schedule. I have my own transportation and am very good with time management and scheduling. I will always have time to get my clients requests completed. I prioritize my clients wants and needs and will not go beyond their directions. I will compassionately care for your home and animals as I do my own. I love cleaning and organizing and will do extra tasks as requested.

About: I’ve taken care of a few dogs that required injection of insulin, giving pills, putting on diapers, bathed, brushed. Helped with training puppies at a young age. I also have had two doggos raised from puppy to senior. I’ve always house sitters for family and friends since I could babysit. Dogs are not the only animals I’ve sitter for. Cats, birds, fish and plants lol. I currently work 28-40 hours a week. I’m able to take lunch breaks to let out any pets. I also have help at home to take care of my dog. My care at home is regularly scheduled feedings and potty time, as well as playtime and walking. I care for clients pets as instructed plus some extra love.

About: I have grown up around pets my whole life. Currently I have a small Havanese and a cat, but if it were up to me I would have a-lot more! I have previous experience watching my neighbors Basset hound and Rottweiler for weeks at a time while they were on vacation. This consisted of many walks a day, feeding the dogs, picking up poop out of the yard, and staying the night at their house. I also have pet sit for a family with two Yorkies, a Chihuahua and a bunny. One summer I nannied/ dog sat for a family with a toddler and golden doodle three times a week. One unique experience I have is caring for a blind and deaf elderly dog. I had to watch her while she went to the bathroom, carry her up the stairs, feed her separately from the other dogs, and pick her up when she fell. I believe that I can tackle any challenge and give your pets the best care they deserve! I am currently a student with classes in the mid morning. I could let pets out/ dog walk in the morning before class and I am free in the afternoons and able to stay overnight if needed. I would take into consideration my surroundings in a house before taking my eyes off the animal. I don’t plan on watching animals in my own home so I would trust that the owners provide a safe environment for their pets. I would have a meet and greet with the owner and pets prior to watching them to fully understand what the owner expects of me.

About: I am an avid animal lover and find joy in spending time with animals of all kinds, from cats and dogs to birds and farm animals! I am a vegetarian and love forming connections with pets and animals. My very first paycheck earned was after cat sitting for my neighbor at 10 years old. Since then I have worked over night as a house sitter/pet sitter, drop-in pet feeder, and have raised and litter box trained my own three cats since they were just a few weeks/months old. I am capable of walking dogs in all weather, playing with and interacting with animals, and cleaning up after the messes they can make. I utilize open communication with all pet families and owners. One thing that sets me apart from other sitters is that I have a very caring nature and have worked full time as a nanny for young children and babies since 2019. Transparent communication and love are my specialities! I am working part time during the week and would be available to provide services before 8:30 am and after 4:00 pm. I am typically pretty available on the weekends at any time as well. I am not able to provide pet care in my home for others.
