About: Growing up, my family always had pets in the house so I've been an animal lover literally since the day I was born! Since I was around 12 years old, I have been the go-to pet sitter and dog walker for friends and family, so I have roughly 15 years of experience caring for other people's furry and scaly family members! I've personally had dogs, cats, and guinea pigs all throughout my life and I've also helped roommates and neighbors care for pets of all kinds. Over the years, I've learned how to feed, administer medications, and recognize behavior patterns for all the animals I've cared for and am always eager to learn more! I currently have a senior, rescue pup named Ravioli and a 7 year old guinea pig named Stitch. My pets are my world, so I understand the need to find quality, reliable care for your babies and would love to provide that peace of mind for you. I'm currently an art teacher at a local public high school, so I'm typically available on weekdays after 3:30, weekends anytime, and on most CCPS recognized holidays! Before teaching, I worked as a playroom attendant at a doggie daycare for 3 years. Because of this, I have a lot of experience working with dogs of all ages/sizes/breeds/temperaments and have learned a lot about dog behavior, basic first aid, and standard "spa" treatment like bathing, nail, ear, and teeth care. From shy and anxious to bouncing off the walls with excitement, I've worked with and loved them all, so you can feel confident knowing your pet is in great hands! I also worked as a summer camp director and instructor for over 5 years, teaching classes that include small animal care, outdoor adventure skills, and swim and water safety among other things. I am first aid certified and LOVE to go on adventures outdoors, especially with a pup or two in tow! I'm more than happy to meet your pet at the activity level that best fits them, whether that means going on long, exciting walks or lounging in the shade! All that to say, I've never met an animal that I didn't love, so I would love to meet you and your pets, no matter their size or species! While I don't offer services in my own home, I would be happy to check in on your pets in your home! I've been a pet sitter/walker since I was 12 years old, so I have a lot of experience working with pets in other people's homes. The safety of your pets and home are of utmost importance to me! I always double and triple check that all crates/cages and doors are locked, and all else restored to its original state prior to leaving. This includes refilling food and water if needed, turning on or off lights to your preference, and cleaning up after pets should any accidents occur. I am also happy to transport pets in my car to go to appointments, daycare, or on fun adventures! I keep my vehicle clean and orderly at all times, so there is limited opportunity for pets to get into something they shouldn't. I also ensure your pets' safety by making sure they are safely secured before starting the vehicle and by driving with caution and control at all times.

About: I have been around animals my whole life including dogs, cats, horses, iguanas, chickens, and rabbits. I am retired and have plenty of time for pet care. I am retired and have a very open schedule. I have two small dogs, a cat, and rabbits that my daughter helps me with which gives me flexibility. I have 2 small dogs, a cat, and rabbits on nearly 2 acres of land. I live in a neighborhood and have plenty of places to go on walks.

About: I spent years caring for my American Brittany until she passed this October, giving me extensive hands-on experience with daily pet routines, health monitoring, and providing the consistent love and attention dogs need to thrive. I have equal affection for both cats and dogs, and animals naturally seem to trust me and feel comfortable in my presence. My experience includes understanding different breeds' energy levels and needs - Brittanys are active, intelligent dogs that require both physical exercise and mental stimulation. I know how to read animal body language, maintain feeding schedules, recognize when something might be off with a pet's behavior or health, and most importantly, how to provide the emotional comfort pets need when their families are away. I'm committed to treating every pet with the same devotion I gave my own dog, ensuring they feel secure and loved while maintaining their established routines! Furthermore, I have owned both cats and dogs. I have unlimited amount of free time, so I have no routine and can be very flexible in my schedule. I always like to have the heads-up of what's required. My only commitment is a rigorous gym schedule. I treat every home with the same respect I'd want for my own, following all house rules and keeping pets safe and secure. I maintain their regular routines, ensure doors/gates stay locked, and keep detailed notes about their behavior and activities to share with owners.
