About: I’ve been petsitting for family and friends for two decades now, and would love the opportunity to help you out as well! I love all pets big and small, with familiarity with dogs, cats, lizards, rodents, and birds! Bonus! I’m a teacher as my day job, so you can trust that I’ve been solidly background checked, fingerprinted, etc, ensuring a safe, trustworthy person around your pets on a predictable schedule. I am a full-time teacher from September to June. This means that my summers are wide open, and you can count on a reliable consistent schedule for your pets during the school year. Since I have my own cats at home, I offer pet-sitting at your home on your schedule. This can range from stop ins for potty breaks to walks every few hours to overnight stays - you tell me and I’m there!

2. Jason H.

“Thank you Jason for taking such good care of our Lily. We appreciated the communication so we were fully informed of how she was doing! Recommend 100%!”

3. Margaret A.
“I have taken my dogs to Margaret’s for doggie day care regularly for over a year. She works out of her home and has a wonderful fully fenced back yard, and a ton of patience. Care is provided by Margaret, her two children and their family dog. The dogs get a 20-minute walk each day, and all the hugs and love they want. I highly recommend.”

4. Kayla K.
About: I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and no one should ever have to worry about quality pet care while away. Call on me. I am plenty capable of being where I’m needed, at any time of day. Don’t feel like you don’t have options. I’m one call away. I am a responsible, respectful, private & compassionate person. I’m within the Massena area and willing to drive if needed. Just give me a call or text.

“Emma is a very caring and responsible person who would do a great job caring for pets. She has had cats her whole life and has taken great care of them. Additionally, she often pet sits my dog and takes great care of her. When I go on vacation, I leave sassy, my puppy, at her place.”

8. Cheryl H.
“We have been using Cheryl to board our dog Daisy three to four times per year. We have done so for the past two years. We find Cheryl to be a caring, professional dog sitter. Our dog really likes being with Cheryl and her dogs and returns home tired and happy. Cheryl moved to another city recently but we travel to drop our dog off because we have the peace of mind knowing Daisy is temporarily living with someone she loves and someone who loves her as if she was her own. The best boarding experience ever!”

9. Scarlet D.

“Scarlet was great! Very timely and sent me photos and a great after walk summary. Next time I need a dog walker I will definitely be working with Scarlet again.”

10. Kambree W.

“Kambree has come with rave reviews and is a local gem for upstaters!! I am a millennial dog mom by definition and very cautious about my fur babies. Kambree was very informed and willing to work with us on a walking schedule and eventual daycare needs. Socializing my baby boy, having a reliable, understanding daycare provider, and someone who loves dogs as much as I do, Kambree checks all of these! Bleu had a great walk with Kambree and I LOVED THE PHOTOS!”

About: I grew up with intelligent dog breeds. When I was little we had Huskies, and German Shepards. Then In high school I got two Australian Shepards within the span of 2 years, and trained them both. I have since adopted an elderly Australian Shepard, so now I have three dogs. I am a winter sports fan, and an avid hiker, I love the outdoors, and like the cold. I have dog friendly transportation. I am currently a volunteer and the Potsdam Humane Society, and I am in training there to handle reactive dogs. I am a full time student at St. Lawrence University. My schedule is typically very consistent, with exception to around holiday times. I am available from 3:00p.m.-5:00p.m. M and W, 10:30a.m.-5:00p.m. T and Th, 1:00p.m. F, 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Sat-Sun for dog walking/hiking. I have grown up handling dogs my entire life.
