About: I’ve been taking care of pets practically my whole life. I grew up with two cats and a dog - all from a local rescue that I volunteered at since I was 8 years old. I worked on socialization with dogs and cats and have grown up training basic behaviors and tricks with dogs (including agility with my childhood dog). Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on my to walk, feed, and even train their furry family members. I also have volunteered throughout the years at a vet clinic taking care of animals including giving meds, daily care and exercise. I graduated from Purdue with my B.S. in Animal Science where I took all of the companion animal classes offered and even helped to teach one. I am also experienced in taking care of a variety of animals including fish, horses, reptiles, birds and more! I currently work a mid/2nd shift so I am available most mornings and nights - pets in my care will need to be able to handle 12 hours between visits. I work second shift in healthcare, so I am available for morning walks and drop-ins on your pets and I have late night availability as well. I have open availability on weekends. It’s an honor to be trusted to take care of someone’s furry family, and my first priority is making sure the owners and animals trust me and are confident in my ability to keep them safe and happy. About: My family has always owned a dog. Ever since I was young, my family and friends have relied on me to care for their animals, whether it be a walk, or an overnight sit. I’m a current Ball State Social Work grad student and love paying visits to the local Animal Shelter in my free time!
