About: I’ve been around animals my entire life, and animals hold a special place in my heart . I’m currently a Pre-Veterinary student at the University of Central Missouri, and for the past five years, I’ve worked as a veterinary assistant at Pleasant Hill Animal Clinic, where my dad is a veterinarian. I’ve also been pet sitting for the past two years, caring for pets of all ages—from playful 10-month-old to sweet 12-year-old seniors. I have experience administering medications, including insulin injections for diabetic dogs, and I always make sure each pet feels safe, loved, and well cared for. I truly consider the dogs I care for as part of my extended family, and I can’t wait to meet your furry best friend and give them the same love and attention I’d give my own. I currently work part-time as a veterinary assistant, and I’m typically available every day except Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. On those days, I occasionally have morning or afternoon availability, and I’m always available after 6 PM. I offer in-home care, boarding, and drop-in visits. Even on my busiest days, I always have a lunch break, so I’m never away from pets in my care for more than six hours at a time. Your pet’s comfort and well-being are my top priority, and I strive to provide dependable, loving care at all times. I have a fully fenced yard and one friendly Great Dane who can be easily kenneled or separated as needed. My home also features a dedicated, dog-proofed room that’s perfect for free roaming and playtime. Whether your pup prefers quiet relaxation or active engagement, I’m able to provide a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment tailored to their needs.

I also make it a priority to keep your home clean, tidy, and well maintained while you’re away! About: I have had pets my whole life up! I'm a full time stay at home mom with 3 kiddos (2 in school and 1 not in school cause shes a baby!) I am looking to earn a little pocket change while hopefully helping someone out with their fur babies. Most times I will have to come with my baby in her carrier for now, but certain times I may be able to work around that, so please dont hesitate to ask! I am willing to travel as far as Kansas City/Overland Park, Pittsburg, and Joplin/Springfield, or basically within an hour and half for house sitting. As a mom I am not able to stay in your home for house sitting, I could consider pet care inside my home on a case-by-case basis. For daily walks, we will have to agree on a price if its farther than Nevada, El Dorado Springs. I live on a few acres with cats, a dog, chickens, and ducks. I have experience with a lot of different types of animals as well including fish and smaller caged critters. I have experience working with service dogs as well. My schedule is very open. Whatever work you're needing with your animals, please reach out. Animal care in my home will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Animal care in your home will be as requested by you. I typically could not do overnight care as I've got kiddos in school and will most likely have to travel a bit to help you with your animals, but on weekends or breaks I can consider it.

About: Hi! I currently work at a dog boarding/daycare facility, so I am experienced in the care and safety of pets! I own 6 pets at home, and I have always had many pets growing up. I wish to become a zoologist someday so I can create conservation acts to save animals. I am here to ensure your pet is cared for! I usually work around 4 days a week for my job and I have 6 hour shifts. If I were to house sit for your pets I would have plenty of time in the morning and afternoon to make sure your pets are fed, let out, and played with! Making sure pets are provided with their needs is important to me! Working at a dog boarding facility provides me with many opportunities to care for varying types of dog behaviors! I have had to help dogs with anxiety, aggression, and possession. I have greatly improved my skills to ensure dogs are safe and comfortable in my care.

About: I’ve cared for animals for as long as I can remember, and pets have always been a huge part of my life. I currently have my own dog, two cockatiel birds, and have previously owned two cats so I’m comfortable with different personalities, routines, and care needs. My work schedule varies week to week, but I typically work daytime shifts as a barista and I am usually available after 6 PM for pet care services. I do my best to keep my availability updated so pet parents know exactly when I am available. I’m happy to help with evening walks, drop in visits, feeding, playtime, and giving your pet attention and care while you’re away. I’ll always communicate clearly about my schedule and make sure your pet’s routine is followed as closely as possible. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and routine will always be my top priority. I will follow all care instructions closely, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, crate needs, and any special routines your pet is used to. I’m attentive, patient, and careful with every pet I care for. I take safety seriously during visits, walks, and playtime. While I’m caring for your pet in your home, I’ll make sure they have fresh water, a clean and comfortable space, and plenty of love, patience, and attention while you’re away.

About: I keep water out all day so they are not thirsty. I feed my dogs once in the morning and then before bed. I take them put multiple times a day either to potty or play but they are always on the leash. I play with them inside also. I'm a big cuddler with pets if the animal will allow me haha. They are allowed on furniture bed or couch does not matter. My daughter is a big animal person too she loves both dogs and cats and will sit there and watch TV with them or even fall asleep on them haha. I have had 6 years of personal experience with animals they have not be consecutively but all together it has been 6 years. Im a stay at home mom so im pretty available aside from the random appointments. I have 3 kids that all love animals and always want to play with our own animals or help feed and water them. They want to be the ones to let them out to potty and feed them. I have a big fenced in yard for the dogs and kids to play and run in. They are allowed on furniture so we all cuddle up on the furniture. I also have some dog toys. I can offer a separate space for those dogs that want to me alone.

About: First off, all money I make on boarding your family pets, go to my medical mission account, you help me raise money which goes toward serving others. I travel all over the world serving other by providing essential needed surgery. This year I am traveling to Gaulamala and Zambia. Thank you for trusting me with your family Pet and helping me serve others in the operating room. I was raised on a ranch, so I’ve been a lover of animals ever since I could remember. Now married to a wonderful man who loves that I love animals, I have all kinds. I have 5 Pygmy goats, 15 laying chickens where I enjoy fresh eggs daily, a very large tortoise that’s around 130 lbs, 3 dogs, and I think that’s it, don’t think I’m forgetting anyone. Being around all kinds of animals makes me happy. They are safe and cared for, and bring joy to my life every day. The difference between me and a lot of caregivers, is not the love of animals, because let’s face it, they wouldn’t be watching pets if they didn’t, but the property that I live on. I work 2 days a week outside of the home, I’m a surgical First Assistant in the OR, a passion for helping others. I also feel giving back is essential, so traveling on medical missions is rewarding. And the rest of the days are spend at home, taking care of our farm (zoo). We have 2 acres, and the entire property is fenced with electric gate. Plus additional fenced areas inside perimeter gate. All our animals have their own areas. Every pet is spoiled and cared for better then the humans who live here. I work outside the Home on Tuesdays and Thursday from 5:30am-12:00pm. I am a self-employed contact worker that makes my own schedule, so my schedule is very flexible. During most major holidays, I take off because there's so many people traveling, and such a high demand of quality pet care, its hard for people to find good help for their precious family members. Every animals no matter of size, or type, is treated like a family member of my own. I love all animals, and this is the very reason I do this. It is hard to find someone you trust to leave one of your own family members with, and I take that care and responsibility very seriously. During the holidays in November and December, I don't schedule myself away from home. So I’m here for your loved pet everyday all day long. our property is completely fenced, with electric gate that stays closed at all times. I also do not inter-mingle dogs until I know their personality and feel comfortable with them paying with other dogs. If they are here for a short time, then I may not get to know them well enough, and they will only play outside with me alone, or any family pets they come with.

“Kathryn is phenomenal. I have had her housesit for my 3 year old 10 pound toy poodle twice now. He suffers from separation anxiety and cannot be left alone for very long. The 2 times Kathryn has sat for me I was gone for long weekends. She stayed with him the entire time never leaving him alone. He absolutely adores her and is extremely comfortable with her. She is very loving and has no problems following the instructions I leave for her. I will only have her sit with him.”

About: Hello! I have been a dog sitter for a few of my teachers. I have my own cats. I am also going to school for wildlife biology. I go to school and work, but I have plenty of time in between! I am able to do intermittent visits for feeding and walks, overnight care, and morning visits! I follow directions to a tea and have never had a complaint! I love animals so much and treat other peoples animals as I would treat my own.

About: I truly believe pets become very lonely when left at home. Animals need fresh air and lots of love and play time. I currently have two very loving, playful 2 year old Bichons, and I love them dearly. I would be overjoyed to get paid for playing/walking/tending to your pet while you are away (: thank you so much for considering me! I’m currently working part-time on, but I have a free and flexible schedule for your pet needs on Thursdays and Fridays, along with the weekends. I can be as flexible as needed because I know every pet differs. I have two fur babies at home and will soon have a fence. I am able to crate your animal at night if I’m providing pet sitter services, and I’m also able to provide updates as frequently as you would like. I love to be active and be outside, so walks are no problem either.
