About: I’ve been caring for pets for a few years, mostly for close friends and family. Whether it’s feeding, walking, or just keeping them company while their family is away, I’ve always treated pets as my own. I often help with housesitting and babysitting as well, so I’ve learned to also juggle multiple responsibilities. I’m currently home for the summer from college, although as back to school season starts, my last day in Bakersfield will be September 15th. With no current academic commitments, I am able to build my daily routine around the pets I care for! When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always do my best to keep their routines as normal and comfortable as possible. I’m not afraid to ask clarifying questions about your pets to ensure I am giving them the best care. :)

About: I’ve taken care of dogs my whole life. After rescuing my dog from the shelter, I knew I had a passion for helping animals. I began pet sitting for clients three years ago and take care of animals such as dogs, cats, chickens, tortoises, and horses. I provide walks, feeding, giving medications, bathing, cleaning up after pets, house sitting, and play time. I even provide services such as taking out clients trash, watering their plants, and getting their mail. Anything to make your time away from home worry free! Currently, I have open availability. I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies whenever I am needed. I can do drop-ins, overnights, and walks! When attending a clients home, I ask that the clients provides a list of instruction of exactly what their fur babies need. Each fur baby is different but I provide feeding, walking, clean up, and play time. I will also provide medication to your fur babies if they need it. If you need your trash taken out, plants watered, and mail picked up I can provide that as well.

About: I've had dogs of all shapes in my house growing up: german shepherds, Yorkies, pit bulls and loooots of stray cats. I currently have 2 fur babies but I wish had more. I was the go-to kid in the neighborhood to check in on pets, play with them for energy, bathe and walk them and much more. I did it for fun, but looking back I probably should have charged $5 haha. I work from home and would love to help you out by watching, bathing, or walking your fur baby. I work from home and am very flexible in my hours. I am very familiar with dogs, cats and some rodent pets. I usually watch my friends' and family's dogs and cat while they are away and have no trouble fitting in plenty of walks and play time for them I make sure to respect the home and the owners while giving all my attention and time to the pets I'm watching. I also like to ask for particular tidbits that the animal's characters benefit from. (this goes from medications and feeding habits as well as things and behaviors to stay away from) For example, my pitbull needs a lot of attention but honestly, she just likes to be in the same room as everyone and likes to be talked to in funny voices whereas my Yorkie will just walk off and find a corner to crap in if she doesn't get enough attention and you will never know. I want pet parents to feel like they can forget about their pets while they are gone, it can be more trouble than it's worth to constantly worry and fret over your fur babies with a stranger.

About: I have had dogs and cats all my life and now that I’m in the BEST years of that life (retired) I am able and ready to share all of my love and experience with new dogs and people! Although I can’t stay the night in your home, I CAN drop in, feed, play with, give snacks, even administer medication if needed, walk, and when it’s time for them to go to bed, make sure they are all tucked into bed. I can assure you that your fur baby will be loved and comfortable while your away- They will be treated with the love I give my own! As a retired person, I am living the dream, being a stay at home mom of fur children…let me love yours too! I am retired but my day starts with my three dogs at 5 in the morning, Everything I do revolves around them. They go out to use the bathroom then eat and come back in to sleep until around 7:30 then our actual day begins. Each Doodle goes on a mile and a half walk then my little pug, Sophia goes on her walk. Shes a senior so she only goes for as long as she can. This is a daily routine. They LOVE being outside so we spend almost all day outside on the patio playing when it’s nice…. They all love riding in the car so EVERYBODY at the bank, CVS, Dewars,Starbucks knows them by name. Where I go, they go! They have their spots in the car and they know their places. My kids are grown but I am definitely NOT an empty nester, they are my life and fulfill me 100%. For their safety with all the craziness happening in the world, as much as they love being outside, they are NEVER left outside when I am not home. They are brought inside and have been crate trained since they were 7 weeks old. It is their safe place and they love their crates. It’s where they sleep and where they eat too.

About: I grew up living with different types of pets and have a degree in animal science. I have also fostered and volunteered at animal shelters I'm currently unemployed, so I'll have plenty of time to play and care for your pups. I'm available any time on weekdays and some weekends I have a fenced yard, space and friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. If needed I have crates for your pups to use

About: As someone who has owned pets, I have years of experience in caring for both cats and dogs. When I could not locate a proper groomer for my shihtzu, I learned how cut my dogs hair and clip his nails. I have open availability so I can fit morning, afternoon, and nightly check ins, baths, walks, overnight sitting, and errands. I would love to spend as much time as I can making sure that your pet is well loved and taken care of. I don’t want to break an animal’s routine so if you have your pet on a schedule/routine, diet, or regiment of some sort, I plan to stick to that.

About: I have a degree in animal science, also a life long animal lover. Details are important to me with animal care. I enjoy helping others. I work in education and I’m off during the summer and holidays. My afternoons are free. I am also an early riser. Weekends I am free. I have a fenced yard, a kennel if needed. Or very secure stalls in a clean and tidy barn. We have dogs but they are friendly and well behaved.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my whole life and I care deeply for them. I adopted my first dog, a GSD, 7 years ago and adopted my second 4 years ago. I also have experience with senior dogs as I have a 13 year old Chihuahua. I feel very comfortable caring for big dogs and taking on the responsibilities that come with them. You can rest assured that your fur babies are safe with me! I currently only work part-time and am able to devote a large portion of time to caring for your pets. I am available for overnight stays and can check in multiple times a day to make sure your pet is cared for. I am very responsible and while pet sitting in clients’ homes I ensure to follow whatever instructions they leave for me. I want you to feel secure in knowing that I’m caring for your pets just as you would.

About: I have had a dog of my own for 6 years now. Some more in past years. I have taken care of my friends and families pets for years now. Pets can be scared and intimidating but I know that with my love and patience with pets they do become comfortable with me. I work with kids, but my schedule is really flexible and I have breaks in between each client which gives me the opportunity to check up on pets. I have a fenced yard with two dogs. One of them is Charlie, a poodle/shih tzu, who is super sweet and the other dog is my sisters, who is a Rottweiler named Blue. Blue and Charlie are both sweet dogs. Blue is very energetic and playful and has never been aggressive as well as Charlie. Charlie mainly stays in my room in his kennel and Blue stays separated from the backyard and stays in the side area or in his kennel in the garage. All pets have always been separated but do give them opportunities to play with each other often and supervised.

About: I have 8 years of experience walking dogs, and sitting them as well. I am an athlete so I like enjoy taking dogs on walks and get some exercise in. Currently enrolled at Cal State University of Bakersfield looking to get my bachelor’s in Business Administration I am a full time student so walking dogs fit right in because most walks are no longer then an hour and are a great time. It makes my day more exciting and I enjoy it. I care for all pets and I can get guarantee them my attention because it’s a big deal and a commitment to me when I care for a dog

About: I’ve had many different types of pets in my lifetime, and I learned that every animal should be treated like a unique being. With different traits and tempers, care for each animal should be individualized. I love getting to know a pet and fulfilling their needs as wells as gaining experience! I’m currently a college student and have a part time job, I work 3-6 Monday-Friday. This being said, I have plenty of time before or after the to walk/check on an animal. No pet need is an inconvenience to me! When walking a dog I make it an individual experience, only one dog at a time. Or on the occasion, dogs of the same household. When checking on pets inside their own home, I make sure to check for any sort of mess or area that a pet may escape from. A home security is very important to me, this means locking up properly and making sure the pet has all essentials.

About: I’ve cared for both dogs and cats since I was a kid whether that be family or friends. I’ve been around dogs of all sizes, cats, reptiles etc. I currently work at an animal hospital in the boarding department so I care for people's fur babies on a day to day basis. I’m a full time kennel assistant at an animal hospital. My job is to maintain the health and wellbeing of people's pets while they are away. I like to take my cat out whenever I can. I feel like it’s very important for any and every animal to have environmental stimulation.

About: I have taken care of many animals, including some that most would consider incredibly difficult, so if your pets need more care or attention that won’t be a problem. I have handled dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs so I know what to do in situations like that. I have also taken care of days old kittens and I understand how to care and provide for young animals. I am self employed and my schooling is online so I have no scheduling conflicts. I am available at any time of any day really. I am able to take care of your pet however you need me to. I have taken care of pets who needed a lot of supervision and pets that needed very little. I love going on walks with them and I will take them to parks or things like that if that’s something you would like! I am currently self employed so I can work around any schedule. When I do house sitting, I usually do my work during the day and take as many breaks as needed to stop by the house and take care of the pets, and then I spend the night time spending more time with them. I have taken care of all different types of pets ranging from low to high maintenance. I have experience with escape artists and I am very aware and take special attention to ensure no one gets out. I also have experience with aggressive pets and I know how to handle myself in difficult situations. I feel like this is especially important for dogs that require walks because I am extra aware of other dogs in the area and I am more attentive to make sure there aren’t any quarrels.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of animals from dogs to rabbits. I have been a huge animal lover since I was a kid. I had a friend once joke and say that my pets had better health insurance than her because of how much I loved and cared for my pets. Clients, friends and family always ask me first if I can take care of their pets when they are gone. I am always reliable and love their pets as my own. I will let your dogs out for potty breaks in between my day at work. They will get unconditional love and attention. My best friend is my pug. My fur babies are my children and will treat your pet the same way. I’m self employed running my own business that has busy days and slow days. If I am responsible for the care of someone’s animals I will make sure to schedule around their care. Potty breaks, food and attention will be considered first. I am a very easy going and responsible person. I have a fenced yard and a doggy door. My pug is the biggest social butterfly and welcomes anyone who comes in our home including cats. She was raised with cats so she loves them like they are her people. Haha She loves to have new doggy friends too. I spoil her like crazy so your pet will be given the same attention and care. I take their safety very seriously. If you have rules for your pet in your home I will abide by those rules.

About: I have taken care of pets for my friends and family many times over the years. I love to cuddle and play with them. I also love taking them on walks. I am looking for a job right now so I have a lot of time on my hands to take care of your pets. I’m available most days. I understand that all pets are different, so I will follow all directions specific to your pets needs. I can stay at your house with the pets or drop by for visits when needed.

About: I have taken care of various fur babies for over 2 years, including 1 that is mine full-time. I promise above all to take care of your fur baby so that he/she feels safe and comfortable. I am currently a student so besides school I have a free schedule to take properly take care of your fur babies. I am also available weekends and sometimes even same-day! I have 2 fur babies super friendly and always wanting to play. They can be inside and free and can also be outside and free, we have a very secure gate in the front and back. About: I’ve taken care of animals my entire life- I am very comfortable with all breeds, regardless of size! I’ve been dogsitting in homes for over four years, and I’m always willing to take your buddy out for a good walk or a trip to the pet park. My animals are my babies, and I know how important they are to you as well! I work early mornings, so I’m usually very open throughout the day!
