About: I have been dogsitting for two different families since I was 17. They relied on me to feed, walk, and attend to medical needs of their fur babies while sitting! I am pretty available during the week and I always find time to spend time with animals. I am also very flexible with others schedules! I have my own kitten so I know how to care for animals and my family has had three different dogs so I understand how to care for dogs and cats! And I am willing to learn for any other pet!

We have never been without a dog in our home. I am experienced in dog walking, over night stays, check ins, and belly rubs! About: I used to dog sit for friends and family. I fed them, I walked them, I bathed them, and I especially love just hanging around and playing with them! I currently work 6 AM to 3 PM Thursday through Monday and half off Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Thursdays through Mondays I’m available after 330 Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I’m available all day. I do ask the owners on preferences about anything and everything whether that being a schedule for eating or walking or anything like that, but I would definitely take care of your baby like if it was my own!

About: I started house sitting in high school for close family friends/neighbors of ours. The first family that trusted me had 2 birds, a turtle, 2 older cats, a dog, and 2 fish. Caring for the cats involved a good deal of specificity, especially with the timeliness of their routines. I also have walked and cared for numerous dogs through babysitting & nannying, whether it be overnight jobs or just for a few hours, and I understand the attention to detail it takes to make a pet and a pet parent feel happy and comfortable. My dog tore his ACL on the beach with me while I was in college, I carried him up and down my townhouse stairs for months. He also had allergies with a variety of treatments including soap that had to sit in a lather for 5-15 minutes every day (he did not like baths, especially when it was cold out), special diet, and pills. At times, I was giving him a few pills each morning. He was very smart, and adventurous enough to be a little mischievous. He knew when there was a pill in food, he could smell it, or have watched me prepare it differently. It got to the point that we had a position to get into, I would place a pill as far back on his tongue then have to hold his chin up. Sometimes he would pretend to swallow it, then go spit it elsewhere when he thought I wasn’t looking. He taught me to appreciate a dog’s individuality and sense of wit. I imagine pet personalities come in as wide a variety as humans, and I believe understanding, attentiveness, and playfulness are the standard for pet care. I work 8:30-5 (ish) 4 days per week, and I am happy to stop by before and after work and/or during lunch if reasonable, some days I get longer lunch breaks :) I am flexible on the weekends. I treat my pets as family, and I have witnessed my family and friends care for pets as if they are a child. On days I couldn’t bring my dog along, I trusted the people watching him to do the same, and maybe even add a little extra love for missing his family. I do think routines and caretaking look different per pet and household, but however works best for pet parents and their pets, they can expect I will be engaged, responsible, loving, and kind to their fur babies. I do also have a fenced in backyard, and live with two dogs if that option is valued.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats ever since I was little and started taking care of other peoples beloved animals since I was 16 years old. Many neighbors, friends, and co-workers have relied on me to walk, feed, love on, and take care of their wonderful pets. I also recently raised a puppy and have a lot of knowledge on how to care for a young dog and their different developmental stages. I am a 1st year Masters of Fine Arts in acting candidate at UC Irvine which has kept me pretty busy and I greatly miss having furry friends around. As a pet owner myself (they are family pets so I don’t currently live with them) I know how important it is to find the right pet sitter as well as how nerve wracking it can be to leave your beloved pet in the hands of someone new. I always want someone who will take amazing care of my dog, Remi and my cats, Abby and Jessie, and love them as if my pets were their own. This is the philosophy I live by when pet sitting. It is also very important to me that the animal feels loved while their owner is away and trusts me as a reliable and fun sitter. When caring for dogs I walk them multiple times a day, maintain their normal feeding schedules, and socialize as well as play with them many times per day. When caring for cats I clean their litter each day, maintain their feeding schedules, play with them, and of course, sunbathe with them. I am comfortable with staying in one’s home while petsitting and can do simple house keeping tasks such as watering plants.

About: I’ve grown up with animals my entire 25 years of life and have always loved caring for them in any way they need. I have a dog of my own, Chester, who is a big 75 pound cuddly baby who loves everyone! I also have 7 in/outdoor cats who mostly keep to themselves and occasionally love on the dog. :) I currently work full time, 7am-3pm, so I am available for evening walks and care. But am due to have baby in January and will be home full time for full availability. I have a fenced yard and plenty of room for your pup and mine to run around and have fun together. We also live near the park for walks.

About: Hello! My name is Chelsey, and I live in Lakewood, NY with my fiancé and dog. I have always had a deep compassion and love for animals. I grew up with them and was taught that they are apart of the family. Working with animals has always been a passion of mine and I feel that I have a natural ability to relate to their needs.
