“Anjie did an amazing job watching our dog, Chase. She was very communicative throughout the entire stay. She sent us pictures and videos every day. She was on time and it is clear she is great with dogs. I’m an anxious dog mom but I felt completely relaxed leaving Chase in her care and was able to enjoy my vacation. Thank you Anjie! Will definitely rebook in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for pets since I was a kid which included multiple dogs, a hamster and now currently a cat. Whatever task you need me to do I will be sure to complete it with precision and care. I feed my cat and clean her litter box everyday for the past two years. It is now a big part of how I get my day started and how it ends. I walk my mothers dogs, wash them and feed them on top of doing all of the same things for my cat throughout the day.

“Dawn is a great pet sitter! We’ve used her on more than one occasion even before she was on this site. She takes care of our fur baby every time we go out of town for short or long trips. Dawn always goes above and beyond for us and we never have to worry about leaving. Dawn is the best!!”

About: Growing up on the farm, there was no shortage of canines in my life starting very early. Companions, service dogs, working dogs, strays who wandered up and never left, I’ve taken care of almost every shape and size of dog! Starting with the chocolate lab I saved up for from my local rescue at 8 years old, to my most recent geriatric chihuahua, I love them all! I’m an artist with a very flexible schedule looking to fill a need in my community! I can accommodate nearly every shape and size of situation—especially holidays and last minute bookings! As someone with very high standards, I only wish to provide the services that I absolutely expect for my pets! You can always count on me to follow your instructions thoroughly and to the letter; your pet’s healthy and safety and your satisfaction as an owner is of the utmost importance to me!

About: I’ve had and taken care of pets my entire life. Ranging from dogs and cats, goats, chickens, hamsters and fish. I’ve cared for puppies, adult and senior dogs as well house sitting for many family and friends. i’m currently a part-time worker with a very flexible schedule. I would love to play with animals all day if I could. I’m available every weekday and almost every weekend. I take an animal safety very seriously and would always keep your fur baby safe. I will take care of any need you tell me and any additional services your dog/Cat may need.

About: I have been a pet owner my whole life. Including a senior dog that was deaf, blind and incontinent. I am very comfortable with dogs, cats, and guinea pigs/rabbits. I have house sat, pet sat for many neighbors and friends. I almost prefer animals to people and will give lots of snuggles to your baby. If that is what they want. I am a student in college and am home for summer. I pet sit every summer but also work. My internship has fallen through and taking care of animals would be my preferred way to make money for school this summer. I am available until Sept. I will make sure that your pets safety and security are my number one concern. I will check doors and latches and make sure there will be no mistakes. I also will make sure that I am comforting them because I know they are missing their parents and may be anxious about you being gone. I will give play/cuddles/pets. I also want to make sure I follow your guidelines about feeding schedules and any other wants you may have. I understand you are trusting me with your very precious baby and I take that seriously. It's my honor to take care of them while you are gone.

“Marissa was fantastic! This was our first time hiring someone from Rover to stay at our home with our 2 cats and 2 dogs and she exceeded our expectations! Prior to our trip she happily came to our home a few times to meet with them, to help them (and us) be more comfortable. Marissa kept great communication with me the entire trip, sent pictures and videos, and even gave each of our dog's a bath! She is professional, dependable, and personable. Marissa genuinely loved and cared for our animals like her own. So happy that we found her!”

About: With over 10 years of experience caring for and walking dogs, I’m a trusted sitter for friends, neighbors, and colleagues. As a student home for the summer, I’m committed to providing reliable, attentive care for your dog. Pet care fits into my daily and weekly routine pretty naturally. I currently have a part-time job, but I’m available for pet care responsibilities before 10 a.m. and after 1 p.m. most days. I’m good at managing my time, so I can consistently provide attention, walks, feeding, or whatever else is needed during those hours. I enjoy spending time with animals, and caring for them is something I take seriously and genuinely enjoy fitting into my schedule. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I make sure to follow the specific instructions the pet owner provides, such as feeding schedules, medication, exercise needs, and any special preferences or restrictions. For dogs, this usually means regular walks, playtime, and plenty of attention to keep them happy and engaged. For cats or smaller pets, I focus on creating a calm environment, ensuring clean litter boxes or cages, and offering affection on their terms. If I’m caring for pets at the client’s home, I treat their space with respect, keeping everything clean and secure, and I provide daily updates to the owner so they know their pet is doing well. Overall, my goal is to maintain a routine that makes pets feel safe and loved, whether they’re in my home or theirs.
