Pet Sitting in Grantville

About: I am a full time Government employee. I have had dogs all my life. I currently have 1 medium size dog of my own. A yellow lab mix. I live alone and have no kids. So I’m usually available. I work full time and available weekdays, weekends and some holidays. I work from 8:30am - 4:30pm. I work from home 2-3 days a week My dogs are treated like my own kids. They are well taken care of and have been for 12 years. They are getting up there in age with some difficulty moving around. Mainly the larger Choc lab who is on some meds for arthritis and allergies. My property is wirelessly fenced and dogs are both trained on the boundaries. Both dogs are insured. Poop is picked up on a daily basis to keep property clean. My dogs roam my property and house. I do have one dog that is a bit moody so unfortunately at this time I cannot board dogs but looking forward to in a year or so. Unfortunately my Choc lab will be 14 in Nov. Not sure how much time I have left with him.

About: I have lived with animals my entire life! Currently I have a dog and a cat. My dog is a 2.5 year old beagle and my cat is about 5 years old and he's a grey long haired cat. They both get along great (at times) and I love having them in my life. I have had experience with administering medications to dogs and cats, administering insulin to dogs, bottle feeding puppies, taking care of litters of puppies, teaching commands, mentally stimulating both dogs and cats and making sure they are physically stimulated as well. I do it daily with my own but I am a full time student at the moment. I have classes both online and in person but I only go in person a few days a week so I have lots of time to take care of your animals. I do not offer in home but when I am in a clients home I treat it and their animals as if they are my own. I go and do the job that I am there to do without causing any problems.

About: I live in the Orleans area which means there is so much neighborhood to go for walks and runs! I am available fulltime Monday to Sunday. I have had animals all my life! As of now I have 2 dogs, a german shepherd mix and a husky mix. I current walk dogs for a living with a company but would love to try this out on my own. I am a huge animal lover and I treat them like they are my own, with love. I am very flexible with whatever needs you and your dogs may have, i can do last minute calls and more than happy to be with your animal.I hope to meet you and your little one soon ! ! Thanks. About: For future reference; will not be accepting non neutered or spayed cats/dogs unless accompanied by a crate, especially if their not trained please. I do have one myself, so not that you need to have one per se but allow use if necessary! This is partially for Henrys experience too, so please keep that in mind when reading this; its not to be snarky. I have trained two dogs growing up who have above average listening and response times. Positive reinforcement was key to my success, psychology paid off. One was a rescue dog; she was such a sweet heart but it took some time getting her to open up based off her traumatic experiences prior to entering the adoption location she luckily found her way too. Henry on the other hand, was purchased from a breeder, so fortunately for him less baggage, and unfortunately for her given the circumstances. I've done dog sitting/pet care for family dogs when family members would go on vacation for anywhere from 6 to 8 weeks. Medication administration is a non issue, as well as grooming is another area I take great pride in doing myself, as it's a good trait to have being a pet owner. Have cared for puppies, adult or senior dogs; we were a dog first family growing up so I've grown to love them more than you can realize just through descriptions; with my active daily lifestyle it allows for the animals to gain as much out of exercise as I do and working from home helps as well. I treat animals as if their my family or children, so they'd receive the same treatment one would expect from a friend baby sitting their children. Seamlessly; he wakes up when I do and is let out accordingly at 4 AM we go for multiple walks a day most notably 430 AM and 530 PM. I work from home so it makes it very manageable to get him outside for bathroom breaks within 2-2.5 hour interval periods. I'd like to think we both operate at a high level through one another. We feed off one another, so when he's upbeat I am too, but when I'm down he has his tricks that ensure a great therapeutic touch. I treat them as if their my children; I speak to them in a way they understand with words or phrases we've practiced or has practiced to ensure optimal success in regards to understanding one another. Henry and I like to play often with his toys or just horsing around with Belly rubs and chasing him around the house. He sleeps with me too, so no furniture is off limits as I usually have blankets or other covers in place to manage hair loss.

About: I love dogs! I have experience taking care of big and small, well and not so well behaved dogs : ). I have a private property for ball throwing and running around. I work at home so I have the time to care for your dog. My main reason to do this is because I love pets but I am not ready for my own again just yet. I work from home full time! I would be able to give your dog walks before work, lunch, and after work. I’m open to special needs. I have 10 acres. It’s not fenced but has a treed border. I would have your pet at my home. I don’t have any other pets or children in the home.

About: My family has always had two or more dogs. Usually, the bigger breads (Great Dane, Wolf Hound, St. Bernard), but we have also had small ones (English bulldog, chocolate lab). I am very active myself, so the more walks, the better! If they like to run, I'd love to bring them on my runs! Hikes we love hikes. I give long pets and spoil them with treats (unless they are on a diet). I am excellent about giving medication if they need it as well. One of my family dogs currently has weak joints and needs to take a supplement every day. If required, I can also groom them, brushing, baths, nail clippings. I will take care of your furry friend the best that I can!! I work a full time job and do this on the side! I enjoy taking care of other pets to fix release the urge of finding my own pupper. I have a cat who is very friendly and calm currently. I do live in an apartment that is why I like to stick to walks and home visits if possible, but we can discuss boarding if needed!
