“I am definitely impressed. I can go on and an on with great things to say about Kelli and her family. The booking, drop off, pick up was so easy. It was my first time using Rover and I was nervous but Kelli kept great communication and even sent pictures of my furr baby which I loved. Her and the kids spent one on one time with my dog and he looked so happy. It was like he got a little vacation while we got a vacation. “Katrina is the most sweetest most kindest person I've ever met. I knew she was the right one to watch my little Oakley. Her love of animals is incredible and I feel so lucky to have found her! It was the first time leaving my baby overnight and I was terrified but she made me feel content and calm about leaving him. She sent photos of him and updates every few hours which made my anxiety so much better. She took such good care of him, fed him well and allowed him to sleep in her bed. “Anne and her family were incredible. We booked on short notice, but she was super accommodating. When we dropped him off both my wife and I had a really good feeling about them as you could tell they were good people and would take care of our pup. She kept us updated on our short trip and let us know how he was doing. When we picked him up, he fell asleep in the car, and then when we got home he immediately went to sleep for the rest of the day and the entire next day, which is a great sign for us.
