About: I have always had a dog since the age of 5. I have trained and taken care of dogs basically my whole life! However, I don’t train, just have done the basics with mine :) I’m here to take care of your pet, and provide ease of mind so you can enjoy whatever you may be doing! I am currently a stay at home mom! I have a small, Maltese, male dog myself, so taking care of a pet is part of our routine! We go on walks and can allow for your pet to lounge and be lazy if needed too! My schedule is flexible, however there may be times I am gone for 2-4 hours at a time. My dog is very easy and flexible, so if yours is too, this is the perfect place! We do not have a fence, but we have a place where we can go on walks in our neighborhood. It’s very dog friendly! If your dog needs to be crated, they can be crated here. My dog is crated at times, but can also stay out, so if yours is trained, I am happy to let them stay out in the house. I can feed your pet at anytime, and provide multiple walks during the day depending on the need. I have a lazy dog, who enjoys sleeping most of the day, so I am able to meet your dogs varied needs!

“Kara is my steady for my dogs care! I cannot say enough nice things about her. I hope you are lucky enough to get to meet her and your dog will be even luckier!”

About: I’ve lived on a farm with lots of animals big and small so watching your pet would be a breeze. I’ve always dog sit and I thought I would continue on this app. I’m home for college so I have all the time in the world! Animals just make me so much happier so taking care of yours would help us both. I check with the owner and how they want me to do things. But take a very personal look at it as if it was my pet someone was watching. Doing everything possible.

“Laura watched our 3 year old Golden Retriever for a couple hours while we were dropping our kids off at a nearby camp. She was very kind and responsive and took great care of him! Thank you!”

“We enjoyed working with Hunter and our doodle Boone seems to have enjoyed his day with her. She has a great, fenced-in yard and front porch to hang out on. Boone enjoyed playing with her two sweet pups.”

“Jill and her family are wonderful for our shy little dog! They are attentive and loving, and it wasn't long before Dawson was excited to see them when we dropped him off for daycare. Jill is extremely flexible which is such a huge asset with our ever-changing schedule. We plan to continue to book with her both for daycare and boarding, and I would highly recommend her!”

“Great communication and very kind with our pup! She accommodated a last minute request that was a big help!”

“5 stars as she treated Lainey like one of her own.”

“Melissa was a fantastic daycare sitter for my girl Dusty. She has a big yard for your pups to run and play in, followed all feeding and other instructions and sent a cute video of her playing. Dusty was tired and slept great when she got home. I will definitely use her again when I am travelling in the area!”

About: I love animals! I was raised around animals all of my life. My parents had a hobby farm, complete with dogs, cats, chickens, goats, cows, emu's, sheep, ducks, pigs, etc. We bred and raised dogs of all kinds: huskies, dalmatians, chihuahuas, beagles, labs, golden retrievers, pugs, and so on. Since my childhood, I've helped feed, care for, and even administer medicine to our animals. I moved to Lexington KY in the Fall of 2010 and decided to take care of others' furry friends while they're away. I started and ran my own dog walking and pet sitting business for 7 years. I ended up closing down to do some traveling. But I sure miss getting out and spending time with my furry friends. Whether you're at work, on vacation, or just out for the day, it will be my Joy to take care of your pets. From midday walks and home visits, to puppy breaks and house sittings, I'll treat your pet as my own, and make sure they get plenty of lovin'. “Do unto others as you’d have them do unto you.” That’s what I try to live by. And I’ll bring that ethos with me everyday to Caring for your seeet fur baby or babies.

“Sherrie was so sweet to my young dog! I dropped my dog, Rosie, off for doggy daycare while I went to work. I picked her up around 4pm and she was exhausted! Sherrie has a great outdoor space with a huge yard and kept me updated with pictures of her playing fetch with my dog all day! She was a phenomenal Rover!”

“Alicia was willing to watch Maggie at the last minute. She dealt well with a dog who has a little bit of separation anxiety.”

“Hope and her fiance took very good care of.our 3 doggos while we went skiing. You can tell from minute you meet them that they love.animals. Hope was super quick on communicating and sent lots of pictures throughout the day. I highly recommended her!!”

“My guys had a great time! They even slept that night.”

About: I love dogs and am unique because I provide not only a safe and comfortable environment for my clients' fur babies, but also personalized attention and care. My compassionate approach ensures that your dog(s) feel loved and cared for while you are away, and my years of experience give my clients peace of mind knowing their babies are in good hands. At this time I am only watching dogs that do not shed. I work from home so I am always available to attend to your pet’s needs and play with them as much as they want to! I enjoy going on multiple walks a day and cuddling up on the couch in the evenings. I live in a safe and clean location with lots of grass surrounding our cabin. I can personalize my care routine based on your needs and love pampering dogs.

About: Hi! My name is Chesnut. I’m kind and compassionate and will love caring for your furry buddy. I have grown up taking care of my family’s dogs and have two of my own for the last five years. P.s. If you have a really active dog, I love taking dogs on runs or hikes or long walks. I work from home so available all week long. On weekends my husband and I tend to go hiking, so if the dogs enjoy hikes we will take them, but if not then we can adjust our schedules. We have an unfenced yard for potty breaks (leashed), but will take the dogs to the local dog park for exercise or on leashed walks/hikes.

About: I currently do not have any pets, but have had multiple throughout the years. I am excited to gain more experience and to take care of pups or cats. I currently work as a remote event planning intern, so I’ll have plenty of time to play with pups! I have free time throughout the day and evenings, while being home for work! I can do whatever you feel comfortable with when caring for your pet. I have a fenced yard and can take them on walks or can crate, if needed.

“Joy owned her own dog walking/pet sitting business for 7 years and has watched my dog for 5. She is very professional and has a strong passion for caring for animals. She is dependable and will do everything in her power to make sure her animals are well taken care of and are showered with love. Joy is also very conscious of keeping the owners up to date on their animals, even if they are just at work for the day! She takes her work seriously and there’s no one I have trusted more with my little Pomeranian!”

Bella C.
“Isabella is one of the most kind, caring and loving people I know. She is great with pets! She has 6+ years of experience in total caregiving for a family dog. In addition, she always jumps at the chance to pet sit or walk neighbors' and friends' dogs. I would totally and completely trust her with any animal I own.”

Chesnut S.
“Chesnut is a very reliable, conscientious young lady who loves animals but has not been in a position to have one of her own. She would be attentive to your pet's needs and go above and beyond what you ask of her in caring for your pet. She is someone you can depend on to do what you need her to do and to love on your pet in your absence. She has cared for her brother's dog on several occasions and has had cats of her own when she lived at home. She will notice if something is different about your pet, especially if she has had time to get to know the animal, and will let you know if she thinks something is not "right". I'd trust Chesnut with a pet.”
