About: I've taken care dogs and cats and each animal is a unique experience. At one point I had 4 dogs and moved. No pet left behind! I'm a Full time Bookstore Manager working in Carbondale. About: Hey, there! My name is Elena:) Originally, I’m from a small town in Missouri. I’m currently staying in Carbondale, IL to continue my education. I have worked in the animal field for over 3 years now. I knew from very early on in my childhood that I wanted to help people. Helping is my passion. And by caring for these furry critters-even the ones without fur-I can also help you guys! Working as a veterinary technician and dog trainer has taught me how to care for breeds of all different sizes, ages and temperaments. To me, taking care of animals is a privilege and a joy. So, if you ever need someone to care and love your pet while you’re away, I’m your girl!:) I work a full time job from Mondays to Fridays. So, I’m available anytime after 5:00pm during the week and available all day on the weekends. Currently, I cannot pet sit your pet from my home. Simply because my apartment doesn’t allow dogs:’) I have one cat named KitKat. She greets me in the morning with soft meows-breakfast time. And I greet her by helping her get a big stretch! She loves morning and evening stretches. Although she is quite the independent cat, I still have toys, scratching posts and a cat tree to keep her entertained. My cat means the world to me. About: I’ve taken care of animals for a long time. I first started with my mom at a young age. She taught me how to take care of animals and how to respect them. Also, I do photography and love taking pictures of the dogs I sit and walk so just let me know if you want some pictures of how the day is going! I enjoy hiking, walking, and playing frisbee in my backyard. I am located in the Cape/Jackson area and would love to take your pup on a hike through the many trails in this area. I am available on weekdays and nights and also on the weekends if you give me at least 2 days heads up. I can do as many drop in visits as you would like and that includes walking them. I am only available to stay overnight on Friday and Saturday.

About: I would love to take care of your fur babies! I have always grown up around animals and always took in sick animals in need of care. Our house was never a stranger to any animal, so I have a lot of experience on animal needs and animal body language! My Fiancé and I have a cat named Marty and a dog named Pumpkin! Pumpkin is a 100lb puppy, so you can be absolutely sure I can walk your large fur babies with no problem! I have also grown up with a lot of dogs under 30lbs, so walking smaller dogs is no issue either. I carry with me poop baggies, treats, and a portable water bowl on dog walks.
