“Genna was a gem! She arrived when she said she would and would keep me informed if she was going to be earlier or later. Although our kitty has trust issues and wouldn't let Genna pet her, Genna let her proceed at her own pace, offerring a comforting presence which eventually meant our kitty quit hiding when Genna arrived. We got pictures and commentary every day to let us know how it was going, and she was very accommodating if I had a special request. So glad we found Genna and I felt very comfortable that Genna had the experience, skills, and caring attitude to take care of our baby for over the 2 wks we were away. About: I’ve been a pet sitter since graduating college in 2019 and even took care of my roommates dog when needed. I am I full time vet tech so I have knowledge on administrating medication and how to care for senior dogs/cats. Bully breeds have a special place in my heart and the few I’ve taken care of are on the anxious side so if you need more than one meet and greet place let me know. It’s best that your fur baby can trust me while I care for them in your place. I’m a full time vet tech, so my schedule can be long. If you have taken your fur baby to the doctor before then that’s just a small glimpse on what I do almost everyday of the week. Please feel free to reach out to get a better understanding of my work schedule. If there are certain things that your fur baby prefers please let me know. I try my best to keep everything the same for them while they are in my care.

About: My older sister trains and boards dogs, and I have my own personal cats. I had a cat that needed medical attention 24/7, and I was able to handle that. I have watched dogs and cats too! I’ve started dog sitting when I was a junior in high school and absolutely loved seeing the different characteristics that dogs have! We have 2 dogs of our own, in which I absolutely adore! Don’t hesitate to reach out! I work a part time job Monday through Thursday 10:30-6. I can help out in the mornings and the evenings these days, but I am completely available Friday through Sunday! I care for your pets either at your home or our home. We have 2 sweet Aussies of our own who are very friendly, but we do keep them outside. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
