About: I’ve had dogs and other pets for as long as I can remember. When I was about 10, I became obsessed with reading about different dog breeds and their needs. My first job actually working with pets was a dog daycare. I loved building connections with the pups and their parents. At this job, I learned defensive handling skills (how to avoid or break up fights or attacks) and how to handle reactive, scared, and stubborn dogs. I work shorter hours on weekends so I’m able to make plenty of time for your baby, plus my wife is always home and will occasionally help care for your pet when I’m not around. I like to have group play or just time outside when it’s cool in the mornings and evenings. I have a fenced backyard that I check for holes daily and an open front yard (leashes at all times out front). I’m able to crate your dog at anytime they might need it and can even have them in a separate room if crates aren’t their thing. Another bonus is that my wife is home just about full time and is able to care for your pet when I’m not around. If I’m at your house, I will take your dog outside on a leash the first few times just to see how they are and to make sure they aren’t an escape artist once mom/dad is gone

I went to Middle Tennessee State University for my bachelor in psychology and I have received my MA certification through Vanderbilt University. My experience in healthcare has taught me the importance of being patient, attentive, responsible, and gentle when caring for others—qualities I bring into every pet-sitting experience. I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life, and caring for them has always been something very close to my heart. I’ve grown up with German Shepherds, Australian Shepherds, and Corgis, so I’m familiar with a variety of personalities, energy levels, and individual needs. Dogs have always brought me so much joy, and I truly love spending time with them, whether that means going for walks, playing, giving plenty of cuddles, or simply keeping them company. About: I truly love dogs and have been around them my whole life. From training my dog when she was a puppy, to caring for her as she got older. I truly am familiar with all sides of dogs! Right now, I am living away from home, so I am not caring for pets currently. However, at home I would regularly feed our dog, take her for walks, and do whatever other tasks were needed. I always put the dog first. I will never put them in an environment that is dangerous or will induce any stress for them. Additionally, I want them to be as happy as possible and will do whatever is needed for that as well.

I’ve had countless dog sitting jobs and want to further it and continue doing something I love I work Sunday through Wednesday at our local humane society! I have experience with dogs and cats and other types of pets including small animals and large animals. I am very flexible even on the days I work. I have one dog who is extremely with every kind of dog and loves everyone and everything. Accommodations can be made to watch your pets.

About: I have taken care of dogs since middle school. I love dogs and have two on my own - a Dalmatian and a Basset Hound. My family is very active and we walk the doggies daily! My job is very flexible and I have a lot of extra time during the day to spend time with the doggies! I have had dogs all my life! I love dogs and I spend a lot of time outdoors with the doggies! I make sure the doggies get at least one walk a day but more often than not they get walked twice daily.
