“Jill was amazing! Our first time leaving the cat for an extended period of time and she took the time to give him the attention and care he needed. The writeups and pictures she took were fantastic, allowing us the ease of mind while we were away. We will definitely ask her back if she'll have us!”
2. Amanda H.
“I am very happy with Amanda’s cat sitting. My cat is very resistant to taking her medication and Amanda was able to get her to take it every day. Amanda even came over on Christmas, which was great! She sent pictures and kept me updated on how my cat was eating and doing. I would definitely hire Amanda again during my next vacation.”
3. Kari L.
“Kari was flexible when we had to change our departure day. She was also responsive to our messages when setting up the booking. We enjoyed seeing Kari’s photos of our cat while we were away. She took some great pics! This was our first time using Rover and it was a positive experience overall!”

“Excellent for a difficult situation with two cats that have only been cared for by two people the last 10 years. One cat that hid on every visit. She was still able to keep both of them fed and looking great on my return.”

10. Amanda W.
“Amanda is excellent. Not only is her communication top notch but so is the care and attention to detail she had for my cats/my asks (her 1st sitting was for 18 drop ins over 10 days). My pets loved her too, she is clearly an animal lover, they came right to her on the 1st visit. I highly recommend her.”
11. Claire S.
“My husband and I were worried about going on vacation and leaving behind our fur baby! I have been hesitant about using a doggie day care or kennel service with multiple other dogs. Claire has come to our home on two separate occasions now to dog sit. Once for 4 days and the other she stayed for 10 days. She not only took fantasic care of of our dog, but she cleaned the house!”
12. Gabbi H.
About: Hi, I’m Gabbi, and I have over 6 years of experience caring for other people’s pets! I am new to Rover, but I have multiple pet sitting references that I can provide from customers that have had me hired me for years! I’ve watched dogs of all sizes from Great Pyrenees to Chihuahuas. I’ve handled hundreds of cats so I am used to every personality. I have also cared for reptiles, amphibians, fish, farm animals, and rodents. I’ve watched dogs who need vigorous exercise, as well as the opposite. I’ve cared for puppies and kittens, seniors, and every age in between. I’ve watched a litter of kittens that were still nursing. I have experience with cats and dogs affected by cerebral palsy, deafness, blindness, and other special needs. I am experienced in administering multiple forms of medication. I also volunteer for an animal shelter, which gives me a lot of unique situations and experiences! I have a relatively flexible schedule. I work part time at a dog grooming salon. My shifts are typically 6 hours or less, and I only work up to 3 days a week. I do sometimes have other commitments that are unlikely to take more than 4 hours at a time. I am currently only taking one online college class so that does not interfere with my availability. For people interested in boarding, I have a fenced yard and a 9/yo, 15 lb Shih Tzu who is very friendly. He is laid back and prefers dogs who are also laid back, but has never shown aggression with high energy dogs. I typically walk the dogs I watch at least once a day, but that can vary on the age and/or the activity level of the dog. I can also take them to a park, weather permitting! I always try to keep the pups experience as stress-free as possible, so I listen closely to everything you tell me about your pet. I try to stick to any routine that you guys share, whether that be feeding times, walking times, or anything else! I live in a quiet neighborhood where your dog will be safe with me.

14. Ryleigh F.
“Not only is Raleigh a responsible and mature young woman, she is a true dog lover. Her passion for pets and dogs recently led her to working at doggie daycare. This experience gave her the skills and confidence to want to further her love and care of dogs. Ryleigh's responsible nature, gentle demeanor and love of dogs is in perfect balance to represent Rover as a pet sitter.”
15. Chen W.
“Chen was very communicative and easy to book with! Sent great pics and videos of my cats while I was away. Would absolutely recommend booking with her for anyone!”
16. Shona Q.

17. Jordan S.
“Jordan is a responsible pet owner and sitter! We expect nothing but the best for our pup and we always get that and more! She watches our baby while we travel and we always come home to a happy and healthy dog!”
18. Samantha P.
“Sam is the absolute best! She has taken care of our two elderly dogs for years when we go on vacation. Every visit, our dogs are so spoiled, they cry when she leaves. We are so lucky to have someone who loves our dogs as much as we do.”

About: I have spent my life with pets. I've fostered for rescue, worked with several pet food companies and am very educated in pet nutrition. I've volunteered at my local humane society. I'm an experienced pet handler and have worked with a pet relocation company providing boarding and long distance ground transportation. I have and excellent knowledge of dog breeds and breed specific behavior and needs. I treat every animal I work with as if he/she were my own. All animals in my care are treated as royalty. I have a special love for senior and special needs dogs and always welcome them for services. I will always treat your pet as a member of the family and take extra special care when taking them on dogs walks and transporting them. I'm bonded and insured and a member of the National Association of Professional Pet Sitters I work from home part-time so I'm always home for daycare and boarding. I also have the flexibility to do drop-in visits and petsitting in your home In home boarding and daycare are cage free. Pups are crated at night for sleeping depending on how many dogs are in the house, how well I know them and of course, what they're sleeping preferences are. I'm not a fan of crating pups unless its necessary for health and or safety.
