I have a special place in my heart for senior dogs, especially after caring for my fur daughter, my sweet long-haired Chihuahua who was by my side for 17 wonderful years. I’m also happy to provide overnight boarding for dogs who need a home-away-from-home. Throughout, I’ll keep you updated as much as you’d like, so you always feel comfortable and connected. I care for dogs in a safe, comfortable home environment where your dog will be treated like a valued family member. While I don’t have a fenced backyard, your dog will always be supervised and safe. They’re always free to explore and relax throughout the home. Because pets are part of the family, we often allow them on the couch and beds to snuggle and feel at home, but I’m always happy to follow your preferences to make sure your fur baby feels comfortable and loved.

About: My name is Jessica and I am a caring and fun person who has been caring for dogs since I was seven years old! Now I am 24 years old and do not have a dog anymore but still enjoy spending time with my friends pets and I dog sit for my neighbors. I am very active so I enjoy taking dogs on walks and hikes. I live walking distance from a lake. If the dog I am taking care of feels comfortable in water then I will splash around with the dog in the lake (there are dirt roads in this area to walk the dog on too). I have had experience with a wide variety of breeds, so I feel pretty comfortable with any dog. I understand caring for a dog is similar to caring for a child. I am trustworthy and loving towards animals! I recently passed my board exam so now I am relaxing for some time & will begin my job hunt in February, 2022. Therefore, caring for a pet will fit perfectly into my current flexible daily routine. I do not live with any other pets & I create a safe environment by keeping the dog on the first level of my home only. On the first level I make sure that there are no hazards for the dog. In a client's home, I follow all of their reccomendations in order to keep the pet as comfortable & safe as possible.

“Our two and a half-year-old, 70 plus pound Australian labradoodle had a great day with Stefanie and her four-year -old standard poodle. They happily played in the field and along the trail behind her house. Stefanie kept us updated with how our dog was doing with regular updates and photos. We could see from the moment we met her that she was quite experienced and comfortable with dog care. We will definitely schedule dog care with her in the future and highly recommend her to other dog loving families.”

I had this business for several years and then went through breast cancer followed immediately by a divorce. So needless to say, life changed. But I’m back and ready to work! I have always loved animals! I was a breeder of Bulldogs and Shih Tzus for several years! I have two adult daughters and have run a home Daycare for 21 years. My home is comfy, convenient and has a nice large fenced in backyard.. I would love to care for your pet! Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover since I was a little girl. My parents always had a dog and a cat or two growing up. My mom was also known for taking in strays.....cats, kittens, birds and once she even took in a wounded squirrel! I bred Olde English Bulldogges and English Bulldogs for about 13 years and then Shih Tzus. I am no longer breeding and am devoting my time to pet sitting. Meet my pets I am the happy owner of two English Bulldogs About my yard I have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run! I currently run a home daycare so I’m always home. The dogs will have a separate area from all of the daycare kids. I’ve run this for more than 26 years and am slowly cutting back. I have a fully fenced in yard so your dog will always be safe. Someone is always home and we have a whole room just for the dogs.
