About: What sets me apart is the genuine care I have for animals. While this is my first year on Rover, I’ve been around and taking care of animals my whole life. I’m patient, attentive, and treat every pet like they’re my own. I want both you and your pet to feel comfortable and know they’re in good hands. About: I grew up on a ranch here in Texas with many different dog breeds of all ages. I have plenty of experience and I’m comfortable with any breed! I’m stay at home mother with 2 little girls who are 3 and 1. We love pets but don't have any of our own. We go outside for walks through the day frequently and enjoy giving pets plenty of attention. I’m a stay at home mom, so I’m home most of the day and have plenty of time to care for pets. I live in an apartment complex with a fenced dog area, so dogs can safely get outside, play, and get some exercise. As Misty has gotten older, she was diagnosed with AIHA (Autoimmune Hemolytic Anemia), which has required careful medication management, close monitoring, and a specialized diet. About: From a young age I loved being around animals, I started out helping my mom since she is a wildlife rehabilitation rescuer. I worked as a Veterinary Technician with small and large animal, and have been working as a receptionist in Veterinary Clinics for 7 years now. Animals bring a happiness to me that is indescribable and if you hire me as your pet sitter I promise that your fur babies will become a part of my family! I will treat them as my own, if you’d like to book please let me know. I like to do meet and greets before I do the job to meet your fur babies, you, and make sure that I have an understanding of the routine to best take care of them while your away! I am currently not working so I am doing pet sitting full time, I can pretty much do any date or time. Just let me know what works best for you. For pet sitting, I would do so in the comfort of your own home and where your pet feels the safest. I do not have a fenced in yard, so to make sure that the pet care is safe I feel it is best to provide it in your home.

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
