Among many things, Darla is thorough, compassionate, and is flexible. She is happy to make any reasonable adjustments or accommodations when caring for your pets. One of ours has been struggling with some angst and anxiety during the day - but having Darla come has turned that around quickly. Our once inconsolable girl is now the first to curl up for a nap whenever we leave the house. I knew from day one that I’d never have to worry about my two with her. She may be new to us and our dogs but we view her as an extension of ourselves, and I may be a bit of a nut - but I hear the dogs think so too. 😉”

“I can’t say enough about Joe. We have two dogs. But we were having several behavioral issues. Our older dog did not adjust well to our newly adopted dog. He became aggressive towards her. We didn’t want to give up on them becoming friends. I was at a complete loss, after months of trying different methods and keeping them separated constantly. I was about to give up hope, when Joe came to visit them. After one session, he was able to help us identify the main issues and start working on a solution. He continued to come and work with them, and train us on how to train them. He was consistent, patient, and very knowledgeable. I only wish we had started training sooner. I am very happy to say that now my dogs are best friends. They eat, sleep, and play together. Not to mention the manners that they gained while he worked with them. My older dog who was HORRIBLE on a leash, now walks right next to me without pulling. They sit, stay, and use several other commands. We even boarded our larger dog with him for several nights a few months ago. My dog came home even more well behaved than when we left. He sent us pictures of her playing with his dogs. I think she was probably a little bummed that we came back so soon to get her!! I can’t recommend Joe enough. He saved our dogs relationship and our sanity. Call Joe, you won’t regret it.”

About: I personally have had many pets through the years. I would watch my neighbors and families animals. I love to take dogs out on a walk. I am a homemaker so I am available anytime. I will be able to stay overnight on the weekends. In case of emergency I can help. I will be able to come to your house and take care of all your animals needs. About: As a previous veterinary technician I feel like I have the education and experience to make your dogs stay comfortable, fun, and safe. I grew up on a small ranch in Oregon where we had every kind of animal under the sun. I am very comfortable caring for all animals but my specialty is dogs. I own two acres in the country and I live with my dog, husband, and toddler. My dog is super dog friendly and so I love the opportunity to dog sit since this gives her time to hang out with friends. My toddler also loves dogs and understands boundaries. I’m currently a stay at home mom so I have plenty of time to play with your pups! The only time they would be alone would be on Sundays for two hours when I go to church! I have two acres but as they aren’t fenced yet I won’t be leaving your dog outside alone. So if your dog enjoys outside time it won’t be a problem because so do I. I plan to take dogs on walks once a day. I also have a concrete floor so housing puppies isn’t a big deal if they aren’t completely potty trained. I’ve had lots of puppies and I’m decent at helping potty train them. Cats are also welcome as long as they’re good with dogs :)
