Doggy Day Care Girdwood

About: We are two dog lovers who can't wait to meet your pup! Living in Girdwood, we have no shortage of fun activities to do with your dog. We usually take the pups on two long walks/hikes, and tons of smaller "outings" throughout the day. Our own dogs, Vito, Moose and Savvy, get along with everyone and love having playmates. The pups sleep on the bed, couch or floor - wherever they prefer. I have extensive experience with dog rescues, and have served on the Board of Directors for Southern California's largest and fastest-growing rescue, Labs and More, for two years. We have had 84 foster doggies and love having dog visitors. Our experience includes a multitude of special needs dogs, young puppies and seniors. We have nursed pups with Parvo and Distemper, so understand medical needs. We do have a small staircase (four stairs) to access the our home, so if you have a senior who is restricted to no stairs we may not be a good fit. If your dog has separation anxiety and requires a crate, please let us know in advance! We have a small crate, but generally only use it for small puppies. We have a cat so your dog needs to be good with cats. I work from home full time. I usually take dogs for a long walk in the morning and evening, with smaller jaunts throughout the day. I don't offer house sitting services since I have pets of my own. I have a small, unfenced yard so typically take the dogs for walks in lieu of just letting them in the yard.

I provide a calm, clean, and comfortable environment where pets can feel secure and at home. I’m attentive to their behavior, routines, and individual needs, and I’m careful to maintain a safe environment both inside and outside the home. About: My husband and I lost our great Pyrenees last year :( We miss him. We would like to watch another dog because our shihtzu is getting older and does not like to hike anymore. She does enjoy her walks tho. We like all types of dogs as long as they are well behaved and get along with cats and other dogs. Our home is 2,800 sq ft and we have a 10,000 sq ft yard. We can only host 1 dog so your dog will be well taken care. We prefer only one at a time since we also have a cat but may make an exception if from the same family . I am currently working part time but work from home most of the time. My husband also works from home . We walk our dog 2 -3 times a day. We like to hike and during the summer and in winter we walk the trails that are right next to our home. I have a fenced yard , but can also crate your baby if you prefer. We have everything needed for a big or little dog.

About: Growing up on a farm instilled a love of animals in me from a young age. I am a true animal lover and prefer the company of animals to many humans ; ) I have experience with most pets from dogs and cats to birds, livestock and horses. I have rescued countless strays, trained many puppies and kittens and the running joke in the family is “if there’s a stray in a five mile radius they end up at Carly’s door”. I work from home so I’m never far whether your pet loves to sit nearby and remain close to me throughout the day or just needs a quiet and restful space, I have them covered. I provide dog beds and cat beds and do my utmost to make your furry friend feel settled in their home away from home. I will soon have a fenced in yard for my cat-friendly dog and four bedrooms for cats if they need a peaceful retreat. I provide fresh, filtered water daily along with meals and of course routine walks/potty breaks/litter box cleaning. If toys are allowed we have plenty to go around!

About: I love working with Pets, i find having a furry friend is so loving and i’m willing to help give them fun playtime and attention! I’m available anytime during the weekday and weekends! i’ll always make time to help people out when they need someone to give their furry friend some extra attention and time I have a loving dog who i love very much! i’ve always loved animals and want to have a fun, playful time with many of them! About: I’ve had dogs for as long as I can remember and have been caring for them since I was a little kid. Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and they are truly family to me. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for my late dog, Roo, who battled cancer for about a year before we lost her in September. During that time, I gained experience providing medication, extra comfort, patience, and specialized care. I have a 1 year old puppy named Tilly and a 14 year old dog named Leo who keep me active and remind me every day how important exercise, playtime, routine, and affection are. I treat every dog in my care as if they were my own! Whether your pup loves to play, go on walks, or curl up on the couch for cuddles, they’ll receive plenty of attention and care while staying with me. My goal is for every dog to feel safe, happy, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I work from 10am-4pm Monday to Thursday. Friday-Sunday I am off! Before and after work, I make sure dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and potty breaks!! Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure fenced backyard for supervised play and plenty of space for dogs to relax indoors. My own dogs are friendly, playful, and very accustomed to being around other dogs. I carefully introduce pets with slow introduction so your dog won’t get overwhelmed. I follow each owner’s instructions, and maintain routines as closely as possible. I provide lots of attention, updates, and LOTS of photos throughout their stay!

About: i had 3 dogs in my life. 2 of the dogs i had. i had since i was born. then i adopted another dog in 2014. wanting to adopted more dogs in the future. i have dogsit before in the past 3 years before i knew about rover. i love and adore dogs. i cant imagine life without one. Dogs are everything to me. Having dogs around get me outside more and walking more. i have trained my 3 dogs. so i know a tiny bit about trainging them. Make sure to take your time to read and make sure your 100% sure to want to book with me before you click book. i currently dont have a job. i would make dog sitting a full time job. i have alot of time to care for a dog. i give the pet alot of play time. i give the pet bathroom breaks as much as needed. i walk the pet like an hour or 2. ill feed the pet when he or she needes it. of course ill him or her water. ill give the pet as much exercise as he or she needs. The dog must have a leash for me to watch them My place is very pet friendly. The neighbors I live around is safe a lot of places to walk the dogs. There a lot of grasses for the doggies

About: I’m Zoey, I’m 30 and from Texas, I’ve been in Alaska almost 9 years. Animal lover and plant enthusiast!! I’ve loved taking care of animals since I was a little girl, I’ve always felt connected to all walks of life, and found them extremely intriguing and inspiring. My friends and family have counted on me to walk and sit for their pets for years now, including cats, dogs, ferrets, fish, birds and plants and a couple reptiles here and there :) hope to meet ur pup soon! I’m an owner of almost 50 indoor house plants. Which calls for routine and not quite like an animal, but I love them that much, I love taking care of things is what I’m trying to say :-) I wanna spend more time with animals than humans, life’s ruff. I would absolutely love to meet your pets, and help maintain the overall health of their fitness, taking them on long walks or short, I’m ready for it! Will follow any instructions left and or schedules, about triggers and what to avoid or what to focus on
