My cat is extremely friendly and somewhat nervous I recently moved to Arkansas and I have loved time here so far. I am comfortable with keeping your pet on a leash or watching them in your fenced-in yard. I'll follow your guidelines. Our dog was kennel trained when she was younger, but she now roams the house while we're gone, so I'm fine with your preference on that too!
