“Can’t say enough great things about the care that James C. & wife provided to our elderly dog while we were on vacation. They were willing to take Apollo at the last minute when our previous boarding reservations fell through. Our dog had recently experienced a spider bite with subsequent need for wound care & medication. Couldn’t have asked for better care due to their knowledge & experience. They provided updates & readily responding when we had questions. Would highly recommend!”

“John had my Bruno for over 2 weeks and he was wonderful. My dog is very attached to me and I worried about leaving him with a stranger. My Bruno quickly adopted John and he was treated better than John treats his own dogs. John sent me pictures with comical stories daily. I did feel like John became a little attached to my Bruno because he didn’t want him to leave. He even offered to trade 3 of his dogs for my 1 Bruno. I would highly recommend and would definitely use him again.”

“Top Notch as usual, Wesley "Whitney" B. keeps you updated with what your pup is up to via pictures, video and brief written updates. Bryson, my dog, gets lots of play time with other dogs, attention and walks.”

“Courtney was super nice, having a meet & greet was great so I could also see the space where my fur baby would be staying. She was great at communicating and even sent videos of him playing! He came back TIRED from playing with all his new friends! Would definitely recommend her!”

“Rachel was great with Aspen. Her dogs and Aspen became fast friends very quickly. I received so many pictures it was delightful! When I ran out of time to bring Aspen to her, she was out not so far away and picked her up. Then was headed my way anyway, so returned her after I returned. Aspen will be very happy to go back as needed.”

About: I have experience working with animals of all breeds/species. I used to work for a boarding/daycare/grooming facility that was also connected to a vets office. I’m familiar with farm animals, dogs, cats, most small pets, and reptiles. I had my own horse for 17 years. Currently I have two German Shepherds who are both 4 years old- so I’m very familiar with working breeds! *I have experience with administering medications and animal first aid* I’m currently a stay at home mom and have full availability. More than likely my son will be with me for drop in visits- but for house sitting, arrangements can be made if necessary! With my two being a working breed we go on a lot of walks, and play a lot of fetch. But they also know how to be couch potatoes! Either way I can follow the lifestyle your pet is used to whether it be cuddles and lounging or going outside to play. I’m all about communication so pictures and daily check ins are something I like to provide!

“Maira is awesome! This was my first time using a dog sitter of any sorts and she was very helpful in making Teddy (my dog) and me comfortable. I received updates/pictures daily and her prices are very reasonable. I'll definitely call Maira for our dog sitting needs in the future. Thanks!!”

About: What sets me apart is the presence and care I bring to every interaction. With 15+ years of hands-on experience across a wide range of animals—dogs, cats, reptiles, fish, chickens, rabbits, and guinea pigs—I’m not just pet sitting, I’m attuning. I notice the little things: a shift in behavior, a need for extra cuddles, or when it’s time to give space. My calm, loving energy helps animals feel safe and understood. I don’t rush through visits—I show up fully, giving your pet the same patience and warmth I give my own. As a homeschool mom with a flexible schedule and a peaceful home environment, pet sitting fits naturally into my life. I’m home most of the day, which means your pet gets consistent attention, companionship, and care—not just quick check-ins. Caring for animals is something I genuinely love, and it brings joy and balance to our rhythm at home. Whether it’s daily drop-ins or extended stays, I have the time, space, and heart to give your pet the presence they deserve. Whether your pet stays in my home or I care for them in yours, my approach is rooted in calm, attentive, and loving presence. In my home, they’ll enjoy a relaxed, pet-friendly environment with plenty of snuggles, play, and quiet time—whatever makes them feel safe and happy. If I’m coming to you, I aim to keep your pet’s routine as consistent as possible, respecting their space and energy. I treat every animal like family and always follow your instructions with care and attention to detail. We have a fenced in yard, and plenty of walkable sidewalks.

“We dropped off our dog, Alfie, on our way to the outerbanks as our Airbnb didn’t allow dogs and we are so glad we booked with Kristin. Alfie had so much fun playing at their home and Kristin made sure to keep us updated with photos throughout the entire trip.”

“We were very impressed with Jennifer. Our normally energetic mini poodle was kept entertained for his entire stay (5 days) and was completely wiped out for the rest of the day after we picked him up (@ 12p.m). Will definitely trust Jennifer with our fur baby in the future”

“Such a wonderful sitter! She made sure my dog got lots of exercise, which she needs since she’s a herding dog. She also made sure my dog ate all her food, which can be a problem with her sometimes. Rachel eased my worries about my pup with lots of pictures, and really helped make my vacation worry-free. 10/10 would recommend!”

“Always know Lily is having a great time so we can too while away. Kristen makes sure she gets plenty of snuggles and fun. Recommend a stay with Kristen if you want a worry free experience for your fur babies.”
