About: My lifelong passion for animals began as a child with my family's cat and guinea pigs. When I was 10, I took on the responsibility of caring for my Shiba Inu, Mia. I dedicated myself to her training, teaching her numerous commands like "sit" and "stay," and I gained invaluable experience with a breed known for its temperament. I am experienced in administering oral medications and tick/lice preventatives. As a teenager, I adopted a cat and continued to build my experience by volunteering at a local humane society and caring for a neighbor's dog. Friends and family have also relied on me for house and cat sitting. I am pursuing my Master's degree in education, which gives me a very flexible and adaptable schedule. Pet care on Rover is one of my priorities, so I have plenty of availability for your pet. I am available for overnight sits, walks, and drop-in visits on weekdays and weekends, and I carefully manage my schedule to ensure I have quality time for every booking. I split my time between Alexandria and the Twin Cities, and my calendar is always kept up to date for my availability in each location. I provide pet care in your home and not in my own, as I do not offer boarding or day care services. This allows your pet to stay in their familiar, safe environment, which I believe is best for their comfort. I am very organized and reliable, and I will strictly follow all of your instructions regarding feeding, medicine, and routines. You can trust that I will treat your home with the utmost respect and provide constant communication, including photo updates, to ensure your peace of mind while you are away.

About: I have a huge passion for dogs! I grew with dogs and cats in my household since I have been a child. My parents always had a dog and cats in their household. Currently have I three dogs of my own. I have German Shepherd, English Springer Spaniel, and a Chihuahua/Rat terrier mixed that was rescued from California. I have rescued many dogs and cats to safe local shelters in the area. Then done plenty of babysitting dogs for family and friends! All I can say is I just love dogs! I’m huge cat lover as well! I have lots cat experience and I’m always rescuing cats to good homes as well! Rescued two cats as well! Love my kitties! I work part time currently and I do have time to take care of other pets in my situation. This is a passion of mine! Willing to work week days and weekends! I don’t have fenced in your yard at this time. Your pet will be leashed when taking potty breaks or walks outside. I do have crate provided for your pet when sitting. I prefer pet sitting your horse and dog walking in your area where your house is located.

With my background as an emergency nurse I’m attentive to subtle changes in behavior or health and can respond quickly. If something seems off. I also make sure you’re stays tidy cleaning up after your pet securing gates and doors and sending you regular updates with photos or messages to you so you know your pets are happy and cared for.
