About: New to rover but have been a dog owner for 20+ years and have dog sat for friends and family countless times. I used to work with dog grooming and have 2 years of vet tech experience. new to rover but have been dog lover for years. I have 2 dogs of our own that are very friendly and love the company of other fur babies. I have a big fenced in yard with plenty of space for fur babies to run and get out some energy. I am very flexible to each fur babies needs whether it be diets, medication, or just playing with their favorite toy.
About: Small dogs? Large dogs? Cats? I love them all. I have worked in the animal industry for years and I love it. I love both cats and dogs, could never pick between the two of them. I have had my own dog, along with my own cats. In the past I have had guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, snakes and other reptiles so really nothing is off limits. I currently work from home, so fitting you into the daily routine and schedule is going to be a breeze! Dog needs more time? Consider in home! I take one to two dogs in home at a time as to not stress the dog(s) out! I can easily crate if needed, but I prefer the free roaming way! Im home all day for work and such, so being free and comfortable is my goal!

My schedule is extremely flexible and all it takes is an open line of communication and most scheduling need can be met to fit the owners requests. Its important for me that a clients pet is treated like my own. I believe it takes integrity to car for someone’s dog and because they can not speak for themselves it worries pet owners that their dog may be mistreated when being cared for by another person. I have worked with all dogs from puppy to senior and everything in between. I work from home so I am available 24 hours a day, every day of the week so your dog will never be left alone and has constant access for potty breaks. During long term boarding periods my husband will run errands such as getting groceries so I won’t ever have a need to leave the pups for any reason when staying with me long term. We have a water fountain with a filter and only use purified water so the animals always have access to clean water. We feed the animals on whatever schedule they need (example, my personal dog gets fed 3 times a day during breakfast, lunch, and dinner). I take the dogs out every 2 hours and also have a potty bell for dogs who are trained to hit a bell when they need to go outside. We have a yard but it is not fenced so I put the dogs in a collar/harness with a leash and take them outside in the yard and on a short walk. I also take them on long walks first thing in the morning before breakfast and at night before dinner to avoid bloating.

I have a fully fenced-in yard, a puppy gate within the home to block of stairs and avoid accidents, and I also have a gate in front of my door to ensure complete safety. We have plenty of toys, grooming supplies, and pet care supplies. I also have a Furbo Nanny camera in my home that alerts me to any activity.
