When we go out of town, she checks on them multiple times a day, takes them out on walks, takes them on car rides to get pup cups and gives them tons of love and affection. She sends us pictures when they are out and about and makes me feel comfortable that they are being taken care of and having fun. On the occasions that we are not out of town and just too busy with work and life, she helps by coming to take them out to play and for walks throughout the day. Highly recommend her. Your pups and you will love having her around!”

“I have known Karissa for several years. My husband and I travel a lot and she house sits for me and cares for our 12 year old dog, Ellie, a Blue Tick Coonhound and our outdoor cat. She is amazing person and brings her pet therapy dog, Whiskey, with her when she can. Ellie loves to play with Whiskey. Karissa knows dogs and understands their needs. Ellie enjoys having Karissa care for her while we’re gone.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was 9 years old ranging from dogs and cats to fish and rabbits. I currently own two doe rabbits and 1 buck and absolutely spoil them with interactive toys, walks in the stroller with me so they can go out to parks and have wildflowers, and they get to come up on my bed. I also have an Aussie and cat at the house that I aid in care. I take Winnie (dog) to parks with the rabbits in the stroller, lots of fetch and tug of war, and couch snuggles! I work 8-4 Sunday-Thursday as a children and youth ministry director in Rockport Texas. I’m very flexible on all week days however Sundays are always my busy days. My house has 3 rabbits that live free roam, and a Beagle girl (fixed). Pet must be okay with at minimum the dog if coming to my home. I take my fur babies everywhere but work! My buns have a stroller so they’re safe, and Maggie has a harness and stays close! We love to go on sniffaris’ and stop by the store for beef jerky and bananas after.

About: I've taken care of dogs since I was 12 years old. For my neighbors, family and acquaintances. I love animals and will take care of them. I work for a non profit and from home so it is the perfect safe environment for your furry family to not get sad or in any mischief. I live an apartment so your furry friend will be in my apartment and have long walks in our gated apartment complex. I also WFH so they are never truly alone
