“This was my first time leaving my dogs with a sitter that I didn’t know well in advance, but Carter made this experience so much easier to navigate. I received regular updates (with picture included) regarding their wellbeing, and there was so much care and attention to detail regarding specific needs for both of my pups. They’re both pretty different in their needs due to their age difference of 12 years, but my anxiety ridden old guy was checked in on regularly and looked after through the night, and my nearly 11 month old was provided playtime and cuddles (her two favorite things)- so she absolutely adored him. I felt as if my instructions for their care were meticulously followed and it really helped to ease my own anxiety over my being away. He was also kind enough to tidy up my place prior to my return, which was a very nice surprise to come home to.”

And while I had noticed she said something in her bio about cleaning up after her stays, the feeling of coming home after a long day of driving to a nice and tidy home was really appreciated.”

He was a great communicator and always let me know what was going on with his schedule/key hand offs, asked questions when he needed, and sent timely updates every day. In the pictures he sent, I could see my dog getting happier and more at ease with him as the days went on. Emrys was courteous and cleanly and did a great job cleaning and changing the bed sheets for the sitter that arrived after him. My only tip for others is that Emrys does have an active life outside of his work and isn't the type of sitter that stays in every night with a book or a film. So, be upfront in your consultation if you have expectations for when you'd like him to be home for lights out. He's very respectful and communicative as long as he knows what you're wanting.”

About: Pets are family! Taking care of them is one of the most rewarding experiences and provides unconditional love. I have been around numerous animals my entire life, and currently have 3 dogs! Daisy, Luka and Honey! I love being outside, walking, hiking and playing fetch on our 2.5 acre property. I always have time for pets! I work Monday-Friday but am available after 3pm or on weekends. I also offer boarding and there is always someone home for our fur babies! I have a fenced 2.5 acre property and 3 friendly, loving and playful dogs to keep your baby company! If you prefer, I can always place your dog in a large kennel or keep them separated from others. I am flexible and can meet most needs!

About: I’ve been taking care of all types of animals ranging from dogs, birds, cats, bunnies and even wildlife such as raccoons. I’ve always been a big animal lover. I’m currently a college student just looking to take care of some fur-babies in my free time. I am a college golfer but I do have a lot of free time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am also willing to make time on weekends. I will treat the dog like it is my own child, I think our pets are more than just animals, they are our family as well.

She had even looked up some training topics we discussed. I completely trust her in our home while we are away. Yara absolutely loved her. This energetic puppy was worn out and happy when we returned. It was clear they had a good time playing, and I think Yara was even a little better at dropping the ball during a fetch-game when we got back ... as opposed to playing keep-away :) I highly recommend Amanda.”
