About: Life is better with dogs and I often say we don’t deserve them! I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have 4 adorable miniature dachshunds. I wanted 2 more but my partner threw down the hammer on me saying no. I’ve used Rover in the past and had some really amazing experiences and one, not so great experience, so I understand the value in finding the right person to stay, play and take care of your loved ones. I’ve always valued my caretaker sending plenty of photos and videos while I’m away, so I always said if I did this for others, I would do the same! Trust and reliability are the most important things I’ve always looked for in having someone stay in my home with my pets while I’m away, and that’s what you get from me! I am currently retired and am fully available day and night! My partner and our 4 dogs stay at our house in Denver full time, and I stay at my house here in the Vail Valley, so there are no conflicts with my schedule. I would be the only person taking care of your pets! Pets are children. Always have been and always will be in my book. I love to play with, walk and snuggle them. I like to give them the same unconditional love they give us.

“Alex was amazing for a last minute booking! I had never used Rover before but Alex made it easy and took Kimba on a fun walk, sent us picks and a map of his route. We will definitely ask Alex to walk Kimba again. She adores him!”

About: I’ve taking care of dogs and cats since I was 5 years old, in put family always had a dog and a cat, when I get married we have cows too so I really love all kinds of animals and I’ll assure you’re baby is going to be extremely loved in our care 🥰❤️ I’m currently working as a nanny full time, in the afternoons so during the day and on the weekends I’m available to take great care of your furry baby🥰❤️ I have a mobile home un fence but will take your dog to the dog park for him to play and we take them out for potty brakes.

About: I love to walk and spend time with pets, they are the best companions. Going for walks with my pet is a joy. I love to play with them and making shure that they have all their needs met. I start my day walking with my pet. When I am home I like to play with them in my fenced back yard. At the end of the day we always go for another walk to the park. I take the pets outside as soon as we wake up. I make sure that they always have access to food and water. Then we go for a nice walk and play.

“We brought Maple to Beaver Creek but didn’t want to leave her in the hotel room while the family skied. Rikki took care of Maple, walking her around the village and on the snowy golf course. She’s reliable, friendly and a good communicator. Maple loves her and we will be calling Rikki whenever we’re in BC for a few days.”

“Hannah jumped in last minute for dog walking for a couple of days when my husband had to leave town. She sent pics and gave nice updates/details of their walk. I could tell my dog was very happy to play in the snow! I would definitely use Hannah again.”

“Henry LOVES Amelia. Amelia has been quick to respond to requests, flexible if my plans change and always on time for Henry's walks. I receive a photo and text message about their walks. I've just booked Amelia for another "walk with Henry" and will continue to book her for future walks.”

About: I grew up with cats and dogs. When I moved out, I immediately took in a kitten and, later, adopted a dog. I traveled throughout Europe and had opportunities to pet set during my adventure, which was truly amazing because I missed my pets dearly. I have taken care of many friends' and families pets while they were away, showing that I am very trustworthy with others' pets. I am living in Edwards CO for the remainder of the year and was unable to bring my cats with me. I'm signing up with Rover to extend my care for my pets to others who need it. I work Monday to Thursday. On the weekends I am always available unless I have plans to travel myself. I would be able to care for your pet at any time Friday Saturday and Sunday. This will vary depending on what specifically you would need me to do. In the past, I would go to the home to let the dogs out and play with them in the backyard. If that is unavailable, then I can take the dog for a walk as long as the leash and baggies are available to me. For cats, I will spend time playing with them, ensuring the litter box is cleaned, and water/food is available (and for dogs too).

“Jack was wonderful. He arrived prior to the appointed time and took Sam on a serious adventure hike and swimming in a mountain lake. He returned her in happy condition , and tired from her outing. I wish that I had been in Avon longer as I would have easily engaged Jack for another outing. He was terrific.”

About: I have always had a love for pets. At 14 I had a Bernese Mountain dog, so I am comfortable with big breeds. I have had people rely on me to feed, walk, and just hang out with their pets while they were away. I am currently a full-time student. But I am finishing up my last semester so i have a very easy class schedule, so I have a lot of time to hangout and take care of your pet! I drive a large car, so I am able to transport any breed of dog if they need to be brought somewhere to be walked or to play.

“Daniela made our trip! We needed someone to watch our very energetic Wheaten Terrier each evening. Daniela communicated frequently, was perfectly on time, and provided our pup with wonderful experiences! We could not have asked for someone more personable, responsible, and caring.”

“I had the pleasure to meet Andrew when I was staying in CO for a month on a cross country road trip with my dog, Pants. To say she is most my precious thing is an understatement. When I was forced to look for accommodations for her, I was so lucky to find Andrew. Not only is he an incredible animal lover and dog dad himself, he is a good, kind, honest person. Made me feel completely safe to leave my girl and she instantly knew she was in good hands. He communicated with me as much as I wanted and sent me pictures and videos of him and my girl having a great time. That meant everything to me. I highly recommend Andrew in every way.
