“Stefanie was great with my fur baby Lizzie. Lizzie has anxiety and can’t be left alone or put in a kennel. Stefanie stayed with Liz every minute why we were gone. Stefanie took Lizzie on long walks in the woods and down to the lake. Stefanie updated me through out the day letting me know how Liz was doing and even sent me pictures of Liz through out the day. Liz stayed with Stefanie two days in a row. The 2nd morning we took Liz, she was so excited to see Stefanie. That means so much to a pet owner when your pet is happy to be with someone in their care. We will be using Stefanie again when we are back in the area. Thanks so much your the best Stefanie!”

About: Hi, I’m Maggie! I’ve had dogs my entire life and can’t imagine a home without them. I have lived on a farm surrounded by dogs, horses, and cats, which gave me years of hands on experience caring for animals of all sizes, breeds, and personalities. After losing my beloved German Shepherd, I began fostering others through rescues. A journey that’s been both healing and incredibly rewarding. It’s deepened my understanding of different temperaments, training needs, and the importance of patience, structure, and gentle consistency. Whether I’m boarding, house sitting, or stopping in for a visit, I focus on creating a calm, loving environment where every pet feels safe and cared for like family. I treat your pets and your home with the same care and respect I’d want for my own. I am currently working almost full time. I can spend evenings with your dog. I am usually gone around 6-8 hours a day at most. I do not have a fenced in yard, but I would only take outside on leash. I have a cat. I can keep the cat separated if needed.
“Our pup totally enjoyed her day! She seemed so happy (and tired lol) when we picked her up. Luna was a great playmate! We got a ton of pics and videos to see how her day was going. Kristen was so very sweet to us and our furbaby. We know she was well cared for and will rebook here again 💜”

About: As a lifelong dog owner and frequent dog sitter for my close friends and family, I get how important it is not to have to worry about your dog when you can't be home. Ditch those worries and enjoy yourself while an incredibly professional, reliable, & responsible person hangs out with your dog! I'm here to offer a dog-friendly house with lots of cozy furniture to sprawl on, a big back yard, a great walkable small town, and plentiful nearby hikes for outdoor time. Your dog will feel right at home. Depending on your dog's energy level, we'll spend our time playing in the yard or exploring a nearby hike, or just lounging at home for the more sleepy senior dogs. I'm here to make your dog's vacation just as fun and comfortable as yours! I have a flexible, chill work-from-home job, allowing me to hang out with your pet 24/7! I can tailor my schedule to your dogs' play, potty break, and rest needs. I have a spacious home and yard, and have lots of time for whatever attention your dog needs. My sweet senior dog chills all day on the couch with me while I work, and we take frequent breaks to hang out on the porch and play in the yard.

I recently watched a friend's dog for two weeks from December 20,2020 to January 3, 2021. I am available to help take care of your babies! But I also do work and am willingly to work around my schedule and can come home and help take them out and feed them. I have 5 dogs and 3 cats who loves to play with other pets. I also have chickens, ducks and a turkey who are in their coops. I have five kids who loves to play with animals. We will make it feel like home to your pets, have walks for them, we have a dog park in the next town over we can take them too and have walks around the neighborhood. For some reason I can’t get it to change but I do have a fence in yard. I do work full time but on my days off I’m home and ready to help take care of your babies! I work in my area and able to swing in every few hours and my husband also is a big help! We care for your pets by walking them on a leash, play with them! We’re in a process of putting a fence up to help them have more exercise!
“THANK YOU Darlene. this was my first time scheduling a sitting time for my dog on Rover and away from home. Darlene was everything I wished for anyone watching my sweet Chico even for a few hours. she is a natural! she allowed us to bring Chico for a first quick meeting before the sitting date, Chico took up with her immediately and was very comfortable in her home. Her home is in a really nice and beautiful location ideal for anybody’s pet. She send me pictures and comments about Chico and how he was doing, I know he was not only taken good care of but was spoiled same as I do. Definitely will use her again and recommend her!”
