She sent pictures with each visit, filled us in on how dogs were doing, at the meet & greet asked lots of questions so she knew more what to expect. Took the dogs for walks and let them play around for awhile before putting them back in kennels. Treated them like we would have. One of our dogs is pretty timid around other people, even she warmed quickly to Barbara. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a dog sitter and/or have her watch our again!”

About: I’ve taken care of family and friend’s pets my whole life. I’m often asked to check in and care for them as I quickly build a good rapport. I’ve had various breeds of dogs over the years and several of them have had special needs. I’ve been able to navigate and support the through the ups and downs. I’m an excellent companion for elderly pets. Right now I am between full time jobs and can help during the week and weekends. At some point, my hours of availability will be nights and weekends only. I will care for each pet in a very individualized way; the owner knows them best and I respect each pet and home as I would want mine to be respected.

About: I have the most experience caring for Dogs and Cats but have also cared for Fish, Rabbits, a Tortoise, and a Bearded Dragon. I am open to caring for other types of animals also.
