1. Michelle C.
“I've known Michelle for almost 9 years now. I have always found her so very fond of all animals. I've witnessed her love for dogs and cats personally during different get togethers. I'm not sure she could pass a beautiful dog without asking to pet her/him or want to give snuggles. A trusted caregiver in my book.”

2. Anne T.
About: Every dog is different, and must be evaluated to establish the proper care for them. The basic rules of engagement is trust, loyalty, respect, love and of course treats. I demonstrate a leader of a pack with confidence in meeting new dogs, engaging to meet every dog's needs. I have trained my own dogs along with friends dogs. The success is based on how well you evaluate them. I really love the compassion and unconditional love they have for their human's. I have cared for and raised puppies into beautiful old puppies and when my golden slowed down and was barely able to walk, I had to make the hardest decision of my life. The reason I am interested in dog care, is because while I was at work, she was home alone waiting for me to get home and it would have been great to have someone come pay attention to her. I want to be there for pets, for the people that can't be, and brighten their pets day while they make money to care for them. I also understand what its like to try to plan a vacation with pets, the pet deserves their own little vacation while the family takes a break. My outlook is you can't have too many best friends and wish to make a few more on my journey.

3. Alexander T.

7. Anna P.
“Anna is a druid in real life! If you do not know what that is, it is effectively a DnD class that is someone who is uncannily skilled with animals and gets on with them easily. Anna is so comfortable around any animal that comes across her path, and they are immediately just as comfortable with her. She is kind, patient, gentle, and most importantly, competent. I highly recommend her!!”

8. Courtney S.
“Courtney is an experienced, responsible and dependable person. She has a great love for animals. Her profession gives her the added knowledge for her to take excellent care of your pet.”

9. Daniel H.
“Danny took care of our dogs for 3 days while we were out of town. He is top notch when it comes to taking care of your animals! He is always on time, plays fetch with them, and genuinely loves your dogs like they are his own. He was incredibly helpful and flexible when our schedule changed up a bit, too! 10/10 would hire him again!!”

10. Brittany J.

11. Karen B.

About: Retired until the next recruiter finds me. Held a security clearance for over 26 years. I've been boarding, house sitting, dropping in, walking, and running with dogs since before COVID hit. I also provide cat care. Open to other duties as assigned (mail collection, plant and/or pool/spa care, garbage/recycling, snow clearing, etc.). Prices are ajustable. Golf league couple evenings/week, and ski locally on weekends. Membership Director of the Battle Creek Ski Club - occasional meetings. 50 mile radius is for house sitting; drop ins or walks within 15 miles please. Safe neighborhood in Battle Creek. I have a fenced yard with good safety latches on the gates. I have a pool with a safety cover off-season. I heat with a solar cover, so house sitting while it’s open is not feasible unless you live nearby. Dogs are not allowed on the pool covers or in the pool. Dogs must stay on leash during a meet-n-greet at my house, as Rover does not cover those. I do not own any pets or have children, and live alone. I can only adequately supervise 1 dog at a time around the open pool. Bi-level home with carpeted stairs. It has been marked, so if that’s a potential issue, please look elsewhere. 4-wheel drive Jeep, so snow is not likely an issue to get to your fur babies.

12. Barbara F.
“I would highly recommend Barbara to watch your dog. She loves animals and has watched my dog many times and I know she will take good care of your pet. She grew up with dogs and she is very good with them. She is a very responsible person.”

13. Ashlee S.
“As a loving dog mom herself, Ashlee knows the ins and outs of pet care from top to bottom. Her own puppies, Chloe and Einstein, are a living testament to the love, care and affection she has for dogs. She cares about animals with so much of her heart, and goes above and beyond to care for them whenever they need her. She’s provided her own puppies with the kind of life that all dogs deserve, and there’s no one I would trust more than her to care for my pets.”

14. Thin K.
About: I’ve taken care of one shitzu and terrier mix and one German shepherd which are my uncle’s pets as he is most of the time on a work trip. I would looked after them on weekends and holidays. I’m used to feeding them, taking a walk and potty breaks and giving them a bath. Right now, I’m on summer break and I am not looking for a part time job or anything so I have lots of free time to look after your puppies! I don’t have any pets at my home but I’m confident that I can keep them safe and comfortable in my home! I’ll make sure to be tailored to any specific requirements or needs of each pet!
