Being a dog groomer for over ten years has given me the opportunity to get accustomed to all different breeds and ages of dogs. I've worked with everything from five pounds on up. I do require that you sign a pet care agreement form for day visits and a grooming consent form if you would like your dog groomed. I have a fenced in yard where your dog can explore freely, supervised of course. During the day your dog would have freedom to roam around the house. I do require that your dogs be up to date on their rabies vaccination (need to show proof) and on a flea preventative. I will not book without doing a meet and greet first. We need to make sure this is the best possible environment for your dog and for mine. I am certified in dog first aid and CPR should a situation arise. If I have to leave the house for any unforeseen reason your dog will be crated. This is for your and my dog's safety.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
