About: I’ve taken care of multiple dogs in my lifetime. I love going on walks with dogs and relaxing at home with my two dogs. I also love to give dogs baths. I’m currently working on the weekends and have college during most of the week but I am thinking of taking care of dogs as a side hustle. I have a fenced back yard with one dog and one dog that lives inside. I can go in long walks if needed. I love little dogs. Pet care fits into my weekly routine because every other day I play with my dog in the backyard. We usually play catch if not just run around. I don't plan on doing this service but if I do I would bring treats to treat good behavior. I would also bring a leash (if not provided) so that if the pet needs a little walk I am prepared. I am currently working on some weekends. I also have college most weekdays. I really like walking dogs so I wanted to try it out as a side job. I would bring treats for treating good behavior. I would also bring a leash (if not provided) so if the dog wanted a little walk I could do so. I would also bring some dog toys if the owner(you) gives me permission
“We loved having Mari watch our pup. Her calm, peaceful nature was exactly what I look for when leaving my doggo with someone new. If I lived here, I would not hesitate to have her come on a regular basis. Perfect! Thanks Mari 🐶”

“Stephanie is fantastic! She's incredibly friendly, communicative, flexible, and did a wonderful job with our extra-large breed. I'll definitely rely on her services again!”

“Becky took great care of our girl. She sent pictures and regular updates to let us know how she was doing which made us feel really good. Caramel seemed really happy when we picked her up. We will definitely use Becky again when we need to go out out of town and can’t take our dog with us.”

About: About Me 🤍 Hi! I’m Alicia :) I’ve always been a huge animal lover and grew up around both dogs and cats. I have a Pomeranian of my own, and I’ve lived with and cared for all different kinds of dogs and cats over the years. I also have experience pet sitting, and I genuinely love getting to know each pet and their own little personality. I know every pet is different. Some dogs want to play and go on walks all day, while others just want to cuddle and hang out. The same goes for cats, some will be your best friend right away and others need a little time before they trust you. I’m very patient and always let them get comfortable with me at their own pace. I really just want them to feel safe and happy while their family is away. 🐾 I also understand that you’re trusting me with your home, not just your pet, and I take that seriously. Before getting into real estate, I worked in banking, so being responsible, trustworthy, professional, and respectful of people’s privacy has always been really important to me. I’ll treat your home with the same care and respect I would want someone to have in mine. A little about me outside of pet sitting: I’ve lived in Japan, Hawaii, Sacramento, and the Bay Area, and now I’ve settled in Monterey with my family. I love being outside, going to the beach, and taking walks around the coast, so having a pup come along with me makes it even better! At the end of the day, I really just love animals. Your pet isn’t going to feel like another “booking” to me. I want to get to know them, learn their little quirks and routine, and make sure they’re getting lots of love and attention while you’re gone. I want you to be able to enjoy your time away knowing your pet is happy, cared for, and in good hands. 🤍 I currently have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the pets I care for. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, pet sitting, and overnight care throughout the week and weekends. I enjoy spending quality time with animals and making sure they stay on their normal routine, feel comfortable, and receive lots of love and attention while their owners are away. Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for pets is very important to me. I always follow the owner’s instructions carefully to make sure pets stay comfortable and on their normal routine. I pay close attention to each pet’s personality, needs, and behavior to ensure they feel secure and cared for. Whether in my home or a client’s home, I provide a clean, attentive, and trustworthy environment where pets are treated like family and receive plenty of affection, supervision, and patience. I also love keeping pet owners updated with photo and video updates throughout the day so you can feel reassured and connected while you’re away. I know how important peace of mind is when leaving your pet with someone, so communication is always a priority for me, and I’m happy to answer questions or accommodate any specific care instructions.

I have a flexible schedule, so I’m able to schedule pet visits around my shifts without any issue. I’m available in the mornings or early afternoons/evenings, and I can stay for several hours if your pet needs extra company, enrichment, or supervision. I’m also available on weekends and some holidays. I care for pets in their own home, where they feel safest and most comfortable. I don’t bring animals to my house, so all of my services are centered around keeping your pet’s routine consistent in their familiar environment. When I’m in your home, I will make sure to follow your instructions closely, whether that’s specific feeding schedules, preferred walking routes, medication routines, or favorite enrichment activities. I always make sure pets have fresh water, a clean space, plenty of attention, and whatever level of play, exercise, or quiet company they prefer. I’m very respectful of your home and treat it with the same care I give your pets. I tidy up after visits, keep things organized, and make sure everything is exactly how you left it. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
