About: Hi everyone! I grew up in Minnesota in a house full of spaniels. Since then, I have dog-sat for family and friends for short and extended periods! I have also raised a fur baby of my own- my (almost 2) year old Sussex Spaniel, Gus. Pet care fits into my daily/ weekly schedule naturally, as I have a dog of my own. I’m currently working a fully remote job, and can accommodate pet needs easily throughout the day! I build my day around making sure my dog gets enough love, care, attention, and exercise, and will do the same for yours! I strive to follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible, whether in my home or yours. At my place, I have a friendly dog that would love to play and keep yours company. About: As someone who genuinely loves taking care of animals, this role is perfect for me. I am that person that will stop on the street to pet any and all dogs (if their owners allow it!) I am a full time nursing student graduating in December and also work at the hospital, but would love to also schedule some animal time in as well :) I am mostly free on weekends due to my school schedule, but may vary week to week. I can usually be fairly flexible though depending on the week! I am very detailed and organized, so steps for taking care of your pets will not be missed! I will treat your dogs as if they were my own.

About: I grew up with a Shiba Inu, an American Shorthair, and two Ragdoll in my home. Having pets around me shaped who I am today. I enjoy being around animals, and I can’t wait to take care of your pets when you are inconvenient! My working schedule is very flexible and I have hybrid schedule that allows me to be home from Friday to Monday every week. I can also stay home longer than four days if necessary. I can take photos and record videos to keep the owner updated. The owner can request for when they wanted the pictures to be taken.

About: I know the answer to both sides of that question; having gone years without a pet, and then falling in love with a rolly, romping little pug who my partner and I were blessed to have 16 1/2 years. When we lost him, our hearts were broken, (and still are), and our home less rowdy and happy. Knowing I could never replace him, I've decided to open my home to those pups (and some cats) who need a place to camp out while moms, dads and families are away. And that's why I'm here on Rover. I work from home nearly every day and when not, there are cameras to monitor my four-legged visitors and I'm in to let your baby out during the day without fail. I live just off Portland's Eastern Promenade with plenty of room for walks and play. I'm a professional type with a background as a veterinary technician, (during college and a while afterward). The sweeter and more cuddly your baby is, all the better because I love doggy hugs, playing catch and babying friendly, non-aggressive dogs. Feel free to send me a note with any questions! *Please note that rates are based on the portion that the Rovver platform acquires from the fee paid by the customer. The platform takes a healthy amount from sitters and unfortunately, I must factor that in to what I charge for services. :( I have had and cared for dogs most of my life. I have a background as a veterinary technician and caregiver as well as volunteering for shelters and adoption programs. Whether sitting in your home or mine, I'm extremely attentive to established schedules like feeding time, medication schedules and the like. (I don't accept a lot of client site house sitting but when I do, I'm pretty tidy and often like spending time doing small house chores, so you'll never come back to a home more messy than you left it, and likely a bit cleaner. I love giving attention to dogs, (labs, goldens and pugs especially!). Clean/well groomed pets pretty much get the run of the house when it comes to hanging out on the sofa and, maybe even the bed. But your preferences for crating and sleep/rest time, like everything else will be strictly followed.

About: I've always had dogs in my life, and I think they deserve to be treated with love, patience & spoiled too! I'm comfortable with teacup-sized to the biggest dogs. I have a lab named Penne who loves to welcome new friends into our home! I work from home, so I have plenty of time to give pups all the love they need during their stay. I usually walk Penne 3x a day in Deering Oaks & let her run around the fenced-in yard if the weather is nice. For puppies I can do more-frequent runs! I am generous with treats, happy to have pets on furniture, and love to give pups love. I understand the concern with leaving your pup behind during work or a trip all too well, so I'm happy to give regular updates & pictures!

About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life. I have walked, bathed/groomed (dogs and cats), given medicine, and know how to read animal body language. I live a pretty active lifestyle and am usually around whenever you need! I do have a full time job, but it is fairly flexible and I can definitely work around anything. I respect the owners wishes and their pets needs. If you have a shy pet, no worries I will be gentle and ease into meeting them. You have a excited/energized pet? No problem I’m ready to play! Have a cuddle bug? I’m down for a nap cuddle sesh. No matter the pet I am confident I can be a good care taker for the time needed
