“We very much appreciated Sonya's care for our 2 pups, Ellie and Sophie while we were on vacation for a week! She did an excellent job keeping us posted with texts and pictures each day! She even brought them home the night we got home late from the airport! She's the best and we would definitely use her again!”

“This was my first time leaving Lola with a dog sitter. It was a great experience for Lola and Me. I felt comfortable leaving Lola with Alyssia because of her good reputation with animals. I enjoyed getting pictures of her and Lola seemed very happy and well taken care of. I don't think she wanted to leave! I was able to enjoy my vacation without worrying. 100% would do it again and recommend Alyssia and Rover dot my friends and family.”

About: We have had senior dogs that require wearing diapers, diabetic animals, and puppies who needed to be let out during scheduled times. We make sure to respect whatever the families wishes are so that there won't be a step missed in caring for their pet. Finally after a long search, I have a part time job. I'm available early mornings, nights, and weekends. Just connect with me and we can figure something out that works. Whenever my daughter or I have sat at someone's home, we have provided them with the upmost respect. We make sure that the food and water dishes are always clean and well maintained. We keep the house clean of any trash and make sure that everything is in the same place that it was left when the client entrusted us with caring for their pet.
“Hazel had an amazing time with Daisy and Charles! They would keep us updated on how she was doing and would send pictures showing us she was having a great time playing with their doggies. They were super nice and reassuring and definitely showed us that we can trust them with our baby. I will definitely keep them as hazel sitters from here on out. Thank you Daisy and Charles!”

“Leahrae is the best! We are so happy to have found her. We have a tiny, nervous dog, and she is great with him. She takes good care of our pup and is always a pleasure to work with. We appreciate her excellent communication and photo updates.”

“Ashley was wonderful with our two fur kids. She treated them as of they were her own. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Ashley and I had zero worries leaving them with her. Highly recommend.”

“Oscar had a wonderful time with Rebecca and her pups! He came home a very happy camper 😊 We were pleased to receive pictures and updates throughout Oscar's stay. Thank you for taking such good care of our baby!”

“Sarah was absolutely wonderful with our girl, Indie! She sent lots of updates and pictures which made me very relieved and happy that she was having so much and fun and knowing that she was in great care! Indie is going back in a month!”

“Chloe has great communication and made me feel very comfortable leaving my mini Australian shepherd Ellie with her for 2 days. This was Ellies first time staying anywhere and Chloie made sure she was comfortable and distracted and had lots of love and attention. She sent pictures and updates often. Ellie really seemed to have enjoyed her stay. We will be boarding her with Chloe EVERY time we travel from now on! I highly recommend!”

About: I have taken care of dogs and cats since I was 10 years old! I am a big animal lover! I have two friendly dogs of my own that love to play! I have experience boarding animals. I worked at a vet and was in charge of boarding all types of animals taking them for walks, feeding them, and giving them medicine. I am a teacher who will be home all summer! I will walk, bathe, feed, and go for potty breaks throughout the day! I will be outside as mush as possible but if it is hot we will stay inside where it is nice and cool! For my fur-babies at home we go for walks, play and run in the yard as much as we can! If it’s hot we stay inside! My dogs love to play but they also love to be lazy!
“Brittany was so great with our puppy! She has great communication and sent plenty of photos to keep us updated! I have no doubt that CoCo had a great time with Brittany! We will be booking again!”

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in OK ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
