About: For the past 3, years I have stayed over at a family friends home and watched their dog. I have also watched my neighbors dog before. My family does not have a dog, so I love being able to spend time and give love to someone’s else when they are not able to! My best friend has a cat and dog. Whenever she works crazy hours, I will go over and feed her pets for her and take her dog on a walk. I am currently a student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. I have classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. My class on thursday does not start until 2pm so I am available in the mornings. I work part time at walmart. At walmart I work Wednesdays and Saturdays from 7-4 so I am available after that. Other than that, I am pretty much available whenever! When at someone’s else’s home, I keep an eye on their pet so that way I know where they are at and that they are not getting into any trouble. As previously stated, my family does not own any type of pet. However, I have watched dogs before for family friends and neighbors.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 10. I grew up with cats and because we were never allowed to have a dog, I would take care of dogs in the neighborhood. I would dog sit, walk them constantly, and would even bathe them. When I was little, I wanted to be a veterinarian. However the thought of having to put an animal to sleep, kept me from fulfilling that lifelong dream. With a Golden Retriever of my own, who I adore and older Shih Tzu and a cat my life is full. Looking forward to adding more fluffy friends to my life, and maybe even adding some excitement to my dogs life by adding new friends. I currently work full-time, but the majority of my days at work are spent working from home, so my schedule is flexible. The more dogs the merrier ! I will do whatever is necessary to provide the best care when someone else’s baby is in my care. I know what I would want for my dog, so I would treat each animal that is in my care the same way I would treat my own dog with lots of love, treats, walks and playtime!

About: Hello! My name is Amanda and I am 32 years old. I have always had a strong love and passion for animals of all species starting at a young age. I have worked in several animal shelters and have worked as a veterinary technician, as well as being a certified dog groomer. Animals will always and forever be my passion. In the past I have owned fish, dogs, cats, and a variety of reptiles and pocket pets. As of now I have 2 cats and 1 dog! Your fur babies are my top priority while you are away, treating them as if they were my own and making sure they are spoiled and in the best hands! Please consider me as the pet sitter for you; I promise you will not regret it! My schedule is mostly flexible. Being able to leave for a couple hours a day is a must for me since I have other obligations. I keep my schedule on here up to date as much as I can. I take care of pets in their own homes with the utmost respect. I want them to be comfortable with me so I will try to keep their routines going to help out with making them feel at ease.

About: I’ve had dogs pretty much my whole life and currently have two doggies myself. We walk pretty much every single day. We play and we go for drives. They’re my adventure buddies and I take them just about everywhere with me. I have watched & taken care of friends and family members dogs for as long as I can remember. I love any and all dogs like my own. I currently work full time from 7am - 3:30 pm. I am available anytime after 4:30 Tuesday - Thursday and anytime after 3:30 Monday’s and Friday’s. I am available anytime on weekends. I have a yard big enough for your dog to run and do their business and two friendly dogs of my own to keep your dog company. I have plenty of walking trails near my house so I am available to walk your dog. I will take care of your dog like it is my own and ensure the safety of your dog.

About: I have a German Shepherd Husky mix who has separation anxiety and is getting older in age. I also helped with my parents senior dog who was blind. I currently just have doctors appointments to attend while my husband works full time and I’ve always loved being around animals but unfortunately I live in a small apartment so I don’t have room for any more. About: I was blessed as a child to have a life long pup. She was 15 years old so she grew up with me. Now I have 3 pups of my own that my children get the opportunity to grow up with! I have 2 doodles (one aussiedoodle, and the other is a Bernedoodle) the 3 red is a little Yorkie who I say is the “old grandpa” of the group! 🤣 I love every dog just as it would be my own. I have pup sat for several people but now thought I’d offer my services to others now as well. I look forward to meeting all of you as your pups or kitties! I work full time, but I can do weekends for drop ins, as well as evenings and early mornings. I’m am very open to talking about what your needs are as well. About: I’ve had a cat and a dog attached to my hip since I was born. I’ve always had a passion for learning anything I could about how to best take care of them. After all, they were my best friends. I have devoted the past six years working in dog kennels/doggy daycare. I spent that time observing and learning everything that the dogs had to teach. I have learned that there are some dogs who seem to be made for large doggy daycare facilities. But there are plenty of dogs who, for one reason or another, aren’t a good fit. With my carefully structured playtime visits, those dogs can still enjoy the benefits of a daycare, only at home! I travel with a collection of plushie toys and puzzles to keep your buddy not only entertained, but engaged. By testing a variety of toys, we can figure out your doggo's personal preference. Finding out their favorite way to play will help us figure out the best way to curb unwanted behavior. My specialty is puppies! We all love puppies, but we don’t always know what puppies have in store for us until we get them home. If you have a puppy, chances are you have felt overwhelmed, very overwhelmed, or extremely super overwhelmed. That’s okay, I can help! We will start by discussing any current unwanted/destructive behavior. There are often multiple methods for correcting a dog’s behavior, we can decide which method will work best for your family. Then we can formulate a solid routine to help everyone at home learn how your puppy learns. One of the most crucial components of dog training is repetition. Puppies need consistent repetition, which can drive you crazy if you’re doing it alone. I can help by instilling those routines during the day. When you come home, you will be reminding your doggo of what they learned that day. This will help to eliminate the frantic behavior that causes learning to be challenging for your doggo. I am available 7am-5pm from Monday to Friday. For best results with problematic doggos, I recommend starting with a schedule of multiple play visits per week. This will give us time to asses problems, create solutions, and work out any kinks. As you see your doggo's progression, schedules can be reevaluated to fit your family's individual needs If you're looking for an alternative to daycare, even if it's just once in a while, for a more personalized experience, I offer enrichment actives that can be enjoyed in a more fulfilling way because it's in the comfort of your home. When you take your dog to a daycare, you must submit to their rules. But when I come to your house, YOU make the rules! You will never hear me say phrases like "It's not a big deal" or "it doesn't really make a difference." If you have particular instructions, they will never be disregarded due to lack of time or staff. You will always be kept up to date with my arrival and departure times. Every visit will be followed up with a detailed description (plus adorable photos) of all the fun we had!

About: I currently work a hybrid schedule with Carnegie Mellon and I love having a canine companion to explore the outdoors with! I was raised with a variety of large dog breeds in the home and worked at Beaver County Humane Society throughout college. For drop-in visits in your home, please provide me with specific care instructions and how your animal(s) prefers to be interacted with (lots of love or do they keep to themself, specific feeding requirements, etc.) For stays in my home: I have a large home and yard with plenty of room for play and naps. Smoke-free living space where cuddling on the furniture is encouraged! Potty breaks are usually as often as needed since I'll be home throughout the day on most days (I will provide my schedule during your pet's stay with me). I use a tie in the yard for bathroom breaks and outdoor running since my yard is unfenced, though leashed walked can also be used if your dog prefers that. I have never used a crate for any of my animals, please let me know if your pet is more comfortable with one. I've also owned/cared for horses, birds, snakes, chinchillas, iguanas, goats, pigs, and a variety of other mammals. Frequent updates and pictures will be given to you throughout your companion's stay with me. Currently unable to take any large breed dogs for boarding. My lab/collie mix does well with smaller breeds. My cats interact well with dogs since they have been raised with one. My dog is on Frontline, and I require an active flea and tick prevention method be used for your pet as well. I work a hybrid schedule (remote about 3 days/week), so potty breaks and walks can occur at nearly any time throughout the day, depending on your pet's needs. If your dog needs a crate for comfort and "their space," please bring their own for use. I have an unfenced yard so leashed breaks and outdoor ties will be used.
