About: In addition to having several furry friends of my own, I have been the go to person for pet sitting among friends and family for over six years. In recent years I have also gained professional experience in a variety of environments including a doggy daycare and veterinary clinic. I currently have a very flexible schedule that allows for me to cater to your pets’ needs. , I always make sure that your pets are given as much attention and time as possible. Pet and home sitting can often be a new or stressful experience for animals and it’s my hope that with consistency, affection and time, your pet and I can become fast friends. About: For a year of my life I spent almost everyday with a big loving dog named Ham. He needed a lot of medical care for his seizures. I gave him his meds, food, potty breaks and extra attention. He became such a good friend to me. I miss him dearly. Animals are so special. Whatever you need for your pets, even if it seems silly I will do, no questions asked! I work from home every single day. I am self employed so I am not tied down with meetings or deadlines. I can take care of pets needs on a whim if I'm home. I have two senior dogs and a senior cat who are friendly with other animals and humans. They honeslty make for good therapy animals for those who aren't well socialized or experience anxiety. We live in a two story town home in a small neighborhood with a fenced in side and backyard to keep your animals safe and secure.

About: I’ve grown up with a household full of pets. My family never had less than 4 dogs and 2 cats. Since I was a child I’ve gotten experience walking, grooming, training, and caring for dogs and cats of all kinds, sizes, and ages. Most of my experience is with small and medium dogs, but I have experience walking and handling large dogs. I currently live with two cats and have spent some time caring for my friends and family’s dogs. I specialize in drop-in visits for all pets, and walks (of any distance) for dogs. I look forward to meeting you and your wonderful pets! As a graduate student my schedule is very flexible and allows me to work around you and your pet’s needs. I am available for drop-in visits, walks, or house sitting all days of the weeks, including weekends. You pick the time! I am able to crate dogs and cats, harness and leash dogs, do simple commands, give medicine, and provide clean up services. As a young adult I also have the ability to provide high energy animals with the required amount of exercise or play. I can provide treat and/or toy training for your pet to exercise their brain as well. I will work with whatever space your home provides, or I can transport pets to outdoor spaces.

About: I’ve cared for various pets in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, and I’m excited to meet friends in the Pacific Northwest! Past clients include German Shepard puppies and 12 year old terriers! I’ve been training my dog to perform as a service dog for six months. I work full-time but work remotely Thursday and Friday and have weekends off. I take my dog on a walk twice a day, three times during remote work. I also enjoy taking her to dog parks and hiking on the weekends. I have a very calm working dog who has both the energy play with your pup and help role model good behavior. As a resident of Witham Hill Oaks, I have access to great, dog-friendly walkable neighborhood and to a nearby dog park.

About: As a former National Park Service employee of ten years I’m basically hardwired to love the outdoors and animals, and spending time with animals in the outdoors! I’ve pet sit cats and dogs of all sizes, ages, and abilities for friends, family, and coworkers. Having had both very old and anxious dogs, I’m familiar with the patience, attentiveness, and consistency needed to watch high needs pets and will always adapt my care to guarantee their comfort. As both a college student and an exercise enthusiast, I can fit the care of your pet seamlessly in with my everyday life - be it cuddling on the couch, hanging out in a shared space, throwing a ball, or going for hikes or light runs. When outdoors I always carry extra water and a dog bowl, and am closely tuned in to the needs of your pet to assure they are safe, comfortable, and having a great time. As a full-time college student I have very flexible availability, especially in the early morning, afternoons, and evening. This means I can check in often, and dedicate the best/coolest time of day to walks. As someone who grew up with hyper active and intelligent dogs, I understand that the anxiety that comes with human-pet separation is a two way street. To make sure both you and your pets have peace of mind, I will do my best to gather all necessary information from you about your pets needs, routines, preferences, behaviors, training level (judgement free - training is hard and dogs have a mind of their own), and physical capabilities. I will take notes during our conversation, closely follow all directions, and send you as many pet pics as you need!

About: I have been around animals my whole life. I have professionally worked as a house/pet sitter for 3 years but I have cared for my own for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of dogs, cats, and many livestock. I have trained many of my puppies so I can handle them and have cared for many senior animals having to give them special diets and medications. My mom is a CVT and I have worked for a vet so I can handle and/or know when to call in bad situations. I will be starting school in September so I will have time between classes to care for pets. I will always make time or stay longer if a pet needs that. I make sure all animals are feeling safe wherever they may be. I make sure energetic animals get played with, shy dogs get there space, and older more lethargic dogs get there rest. I change my care based on the animal and always give them the care and love they need.

About: Hi! I am a second-year veterinary student and lover of all animals who would love to care for your pet. I’ve grown up with dogs and been around them my whole life! In the past, outside of Rover, I’ve done dog-walking, pet-sitting, and worked as a kennel assistant for boarding and also a veterinary assistant! I have a bachelors degree in Animal Science and I am currently in my second year of school at the Oregon State University Veterinary Medicine program. I will aim to keep your pet’s schedule as normal as possible while you’re gone. I am comfortable giving all types of medications- oral, injections, or anything else. I can’t wait to give your pup all the love, play, and attention they need! Currently, my availability is completely open during the summer until I go back to school in September- then I’ll make adjustments as needed. I consider this my full-time job. I currently do not board in my home as I have a shy cat who doesn’t enjoy having visitors often. However, I have plenty of experience doing in-home stays or visits thanks to my past babysitting job, and you can also trust me to walk your pups outside: I have walked lots of heavy pullers and reactive dogs.
