About: -13 yrs of experience watching family and friend's pets -experience with all types of dogs including elderly and special needs -experience in walking, feeding, taking out, etc. -experience giving dogs medicine daily and special feeding per owners instructions I'm very available inbetween jobs for the summer. During the school year I do pick up shifts. I'm available to sit in the clients home, to walk, help with special pet needs, etc. I own two elderly animals so unfortunately can't sit in my own house but am more than happy to travel to petsit. I am very passionate about your fur babies & one day will open up my own business building for grooming/boarding & as new clients you would be adding to my fund for that. It has been my life long dream to accomplish this one day & I am going to keep working towards that. I want to expand this business into something much bigger & for people to feel at ease with leaving your babies in the care of someone who will love them unconditionally. All you have to bring for your baby is their dog food/cat food. I have dog/cat bowls, leashes, toys, puppy pads, litter boxes, litter, cat toys, cat/dog beds, ( I supply dog treats ) I do not put the babies in kennels unless instructed to do so by you if you bring your own. At bed time I put on relaxing music for the dogs to calm down & sleep, heating pads for cold nights, lots of blankets & beds. Any of their comfort items I would suggest bring with them. I do live in a newly remodeled trailer, lots of room for your babies to roam & play! ( no carpet ) & non smoker. I have experience with large dogs to small dogs, senior dogs & ones with bad anxiety or kennel aggressive ect. I also have experience with birds, especially parrots. I know how to handle in any situation when it comes to different behaviors from animals. I am also pit bull friendly 💕 The babies I board/doggy daycare have FREE ROAM. Which means they can go as they please anywhere in my home, they can sleep with me or they can sleep on the couches or their beds, but If you prefer your baby in a kennel at night, I will respect your wishes. I only have one kennel designated just for that.. You will receive lots of pictures/videos & updates to the point where it may be a little annoying but you’ll never have to text me first checking on them. I give them lots of love! I stay home everyday with the babies, so they will get all of the attention they need. The night before pick up/drop offs, I do give them a bath, each one no matter what. I can pick your dog up or drop them off, I have never had an issues with any dogs fighting, running off or accidents. I am VERY experienced in RUNNERS, the ones who wait for you to open the door to escape. Never had a runner succeed in getting away. I can clip your babies nails & give them a little trim if need be free of charge. If your dog needs medication I can administer it to them at the times needed. Prozac, prednisone, antibiotics ect, I’m familiar with all. I can manage 5 at a time ( leashed ) I do have a fenced in back yard with doggy pool it’s covered & has pet turf. I want to be able to continue working with fur babies so I can get out of the plants & do something I LOVE & that’s taking care of your 4 legged sweetie pies so when you book with me it will allow me to continue to care for the fur babies & accomplish my life long dream to open up a bigger place to care for more. 💕 I truly appreciate repeat customers, but with inflation the way that it is, the cost of gas being so high, I had to make the difficult decision to raise my prices up to $2 more since last year. About: I have grown up with dogs before I even had a conscious mind. I have loved dogs and animals in general my whole life. there is nothing more that I would like to do than make an animal feel taken care of. being always surrounded by animals at various ages has given me plenty of different experiences- for example, taking care of a dog with seizures, cancer, diabetes, and more. I have dealt with dogs with high anxiety and managing to keep them at a calm state but I have also dealt with dogs who have more aggression and have learned ways to calm them as well. I always made sure my dogs were fed and went out my way to find the best food that would suit their individual needs. two of my dogs were super anxious especially during any type of storm and I never turned them away, I was willing to do anything to make them feel safe. even if that meant sleeping on the floor or some nights not getting any sleep. more often than not I out my dogs first! one of my dogs loved walks so therefore I took him (and still take him) own a walk everyday and let him take as much time as he needs. I don't believe in hitting or yelling at any animal/using any form of aggression. I am a very empathetic and compassionate person. About: I’ve always had a love for animals since I was a child. I used to bring home strays even though I would get in trouble for it. I’ve babysat dogs for friends and family in the past. I also used to be a dog groomer at Petsmart. One rainy morning on my way to work, I saw a chihuahua mix on the side of the road. I parked my car about 10 feet away from her. She was shaking and had a look of despair. I gently scooped her up and put her in my passenger seat. I noticed her leg was broken so I skipped work and took her to the vet. I took her home with me and cared for her until she healed. Today, she is the happiest and chunkiest chihuahua I’ve ever seen. She’s living her best life with my mom. I’m a mother of 2 but my babies are in daycare during the week. I do not work a full time job, I’m very flexible! For check ins: I will make sure your fur baby is fed.
