About: I have taken care of animals since I got my own 11 years ago. I am very reliable and have walked, bathed, groomed, fed, watered, and played with them for years. I take care of my friends and families dogs, cats, and beloved pets while they are away on vacation regularly. I am very familiar with (and have owned!!) many types of animals such as Rats, Guinea Pigs, Birds, Hamsters, Fish, Lizards, and various others. I have even taken care of diabetic dogs for years! About: I grew up with large breed dogs, and I’ve been training dogs of all ages and breeds ever since I was fourteen! I’ve been training dogs professionally for over three years, but I’ve done training for neighbors, family, and friends for years before that. I have a part time teaching job, so my schedule is almost completely open! Whatever you need me for, I’m willing to help out with. When sitting, I’ll ask for a brief timeline of your day to day with your pet so that their schedule isn’t interrupted more than it needs to be.

Even when I told her even though he hadn’t gone the night without someone in the house I was pretty sure he could, she sensed that he was more comfortable with her there and stayed both nights with him. I have had some experience working in an animal hospital and have been trusted by family and friends to care for their pets for years. About: I had a wonderful dog who passed after over 16 years. I often sat for her “cousin” as well and administered medications as well as basic feeding, grooming, play, etc. In Sadie’s later years I got very comfortable with caring for an elderly dog who had minimal hearing and sight and bad joints. I’ve had another deaf dog as well and feel very confident with that. I know how stressful if can be to leave your pet and want to make your time away as relaxing as possible by being the most trustworthy sitter for your fur baby! He was extremely patient and attentive when I told him about some of Haku’s unusual quirks and was willing to follow the specific instructions that I had left him with. Not only that but he also helped me by providing advice when I voiced some of the difficulties I had with how Bori always pulled when I took him walking. He advised me to try out a gentle leader collar when my martingale harness didn’t seem to work and that was genuinely so helpful with lessening how much my dogs pull now. Mikey also gave me a list of dog toys to help manage my dogs’ high energy when I had to work from home which is how i found out about snuffle mats and treat balls and how much my dogs love them. He was always very honest and straightforward with his advice about things I could do at home in order to make sure my dogs were happy and satisfied. And i’m not really a dog expert so it was a relief to have somebody who knew more about dog breeds and their behaviors. Overall, it always felt like he genuinely did care for my dogs’ wellbeing.”
