About: I’ve had and been around dogs all my life, from free roaming farm dogs to the most spoiled Pomeranians. I’m the guy who has treats and a leash in his car just in case I see a loose dog running around or hear there’s one nearby. I’m the guy who will remember your dog’s name, but probably not yours. I’m the guy pet owners warn that their dog is anxious of people, only to watch their dog sense my immediate love for them. I work as a freelancer, so my availability is mostly wide open outside of some specific appointments and projects that will be noted in my profile. In your home, I will follow any patterns and schedules you request to maintain a consistent experience for your dog. I have three dogs in my home consisting of two puppies and one senior, so I will not be hosting any appointments here at this time.

“I wholeheartedly recommend Josh for anyone seeking exceptional care for their dog! From our very first interaction, Josh has been incredibly thoughtful and a fantastic communicator. He consistently provides detailed updates and shares such sweet photos of my dog, which brings me so much peace of mind while I'm at work. What truly sets Josh apart is the genuine care and affection he shows my dog. It's clear he treats her as if she were his own, and that means the world to me. He's attentive to her needs, ensures she gets plenty of exercise and playtime, and I always come home to a happy and well-cared-for pup. In addition to all that, Josh is incredibly reliable and flexible. He's always willing to adjust the weekly schedule to accommodate our family's needs, which is a huge help. His flexibility and understanding are truly appreciated! If you're looking for someone who is not only responsible and dependable but also genuinely loves animals and provides outstanding care, look no further than Josh. He's a gem, and we feel so lucky to have found him!”

“Briana came out and walked my dog for me for a week while I had longer working hours. Duke loved her, she was prompt and had great communication! I so appreciated her coming out of her way to get him out and will absolutely be booking again!”

About: I have experience caring for a wide variety of animals at various ages/health levels/behavioral attitudes. I see every animal as an individual requiring specific care and love to learn about what makes them each unique. I grew up caring for chickens, had a dog in agility, along with a pet parakeet. I lived in Myanmar during peace corps and quickly became known as the "cat house" because all the stray cats would go in and out of my house--and I ended up caring for 3 litters of kittens alongside the mothers (thankfully getting them both spayed). I've done some fostering and overnight pet-sitting, and would meet your pets needs wherever they're at! I currently would be most available Thursday evenings-Tuesday mornings, with some flexibility. I do have a full-time job at the moment, and will be far more available part-way through the summer I only provide care in the pets' habitats as I can't guarantee my cats would get along with all animals, but I promise to leave the house looking the same as it did when I came in, use the appropriate leash/harnesses on walks, and keep litter boxes clean.

About: I love to walk, so active dogs who also love it are perfect for me! I am adventurous and am up for longer walks if the weather is favorable for the pup. Learning a pets personality means a lot to me, so that I am able to tend to their wants and needs. I am very patient with young, adult, or senior pets. Enrichment is very important to their happiness and I am happy to provide that for them. Although i’m not a professional trainer. I am capable of teaching simple commands and will encourage commands that are taught. I have plenty of time to spare, given I just got back from a month long trip and need some time to settle back in to my daily life. For the next while I will have plenty of availability. What better way to spend my time? I always carry treats on me for play, learning time, or just being the best pup/kitty. In a clients home I am more than repectful of said requirements. I will always make sure your baby gets their meal on time, and always has water. I will always clean up after them. They will never get bored, all of my attention will be focused on them to ensure they are always engaged while you’re gone. My goal is to make you and most importantly your babies happy, because then I am too!

About: I’ve been around dogs, cats and other pets my whole life. I grew up on a hobby farm and have over 10 years of experience caring for pets of all ages—from kittens and puppies to seniors. I currently have two dogs of my own and know how important it is to find someone you can trust with your pet. Since I work from home, I’m able to be flexible and give your pet the attention they deserve, whether that’s regular walks, check-ins, or just some extra company during the day. I’m also a clear communicator and will always keep you in the loop while you're away. Looking forward to getting to know your pet! I work from home, so I am flexible about what time of day I can drop in on your pets. I can also bring my computer and work from your home if needed. Weekend availability varies but I keep my schedule up to date on Rover. I take care of pets in their own home so they can stay in a familiar, stress-free environment. I'll follow the routine you provide—whether it’s feeding, walks, or medication—and make sure they feel safe and comfortable while you’re away. I’m respectful of your home, double-check doors and gates, and always keep you updated with how things are going. Whether it’s a drop-in, walk, or overnight stay, you can count on reliable care and clear communication.

“Gracie was amazing with my shy, sweet girl. Took her on a long walk and ensured that she was comfortable the whole time! Communication was wonderful as well. Definitely recommend and will be contacting again!”

About: I am very proud to be a "fear free handler". That's a big thing for me, if an animal is uncomfortable, I am 100% uncomfortable along with them.. learning their little quirks and finding ways to do things in the best way possible for that specific animal is what I do and I absolutely love doing it. I promise your animal will be cared for deeply while in my care. My passion has always been working with animals, providing them with the care and respect they deserve and I have extensive experience in the field. I’ve worked in horse barns, animal shelters, and dog boarding facilities, and I’m skilled in administering all types of medications, including insulin. Whether it’s feral cats or reactive dogs, I have the patience and expertise to help them adjust and thrive, including building trust with new people. I understand how intimidating change can be for animals, and I’m dedicated to making those transitions as smooth as possible. Currently, I’m expanding my skills in training dogs with behavioral challenges. I’m already working with a client who has made tremendous progress under my guidance. Additionally, I’ve dedicated countless unpaid hours to caring for animals, driven solely by my love and commitment to their well-being. When you entrust me with your pet, I promise to care for them as if they were my own, providing compassion, patience, and unwavering dedication in every situation. I am pretty open with my schedule. I will love your babies like my own and am currently doing rover full time so there's no job getting in the way of your animals care. I am a perfectionist. If you tell me you want something done in a specific way or at a certain time, please let me know!! I'd be more than happy to jump through hoops to give your baby(s) what they need when and how they need it. I will put your animal above everything else, that's what I'm paid for and that's what I love doing.

About: Hi, I'm Jen! I've been a dog owner for most of my life. After fostering a senior dog with health problems, I relocated to Wisconsin and then was a guardian home for golden doodle puppies. After that, I've lived in a townhouse that doesn't allow pets and my job keeps me from owning my own again. Let me help care for yours when you're away! I work full time but my hours vary and my schedule is extremely flexible. A few days a week I work from home, and twice a week typically go into the office but can set my own hours. I will care for your pet exactly as you wish. While I don't have a fenced in yard, as I'm not allowed to have animals at my residence, I am happy to take your pets on walks (leashed of course) or care for them in your home, in their comfortable environment.

I've completed the Cat and Dog First Aid Training by the American Red Cross and have taken care of both small and large breed dogs. I am also available to do basic things around your home like watering plants, bringing in mail and so forth. I believe in life long learning and will be taking additional courses in pet care and training. I volunteered at an animal rescue center when I lived out of state and was able to work with a wide variety of animals. You will be able to rest assured that your pet(s) are taken care of in your absence. I have a flexible schedule so am able to meet your pets needs and provide attention to detail. Please let me know your preferences. Thank you I will care for your pets as if they’re my own by making sure they are comfortable and taken care of while you are away.

About: What sets me apart from other dog sitters and walkers is the genuine love, patience, and personalized attention I give every single pet in my care. I treat your dog like family — not just another appointment on the schedule. Whether it’s a high-energy pup who needs a long walk or a senior dog who just wants gentle company, I adapt to their needs and routines to make them feel safe, happy, and loved. I pride myself on being reliable, communicative, and attentive to every little detail that matters to both you and your pet. When you book with me, you're not just hiring a sitter or walker — you're gaining someone who truly cares. Being a pet sitter and dog walker isn’t just a job for me — it’s a perfect fit for my lifestyle and who I am at my core. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and spending my days surrounded by dogs fills me with purpose and joy. I love being outdoors, staying active, and creating bonds with every pup I meet, so dog walking and pet sitting seamlessly align with my daily routine. Whether it’s an early morning walk or a cozy evening check-in, I genuinely look forward to every tail wag and happy bark. This work allows me to turn my passion for dogs into meaningful care that pet owners can trust and pets can feel. When caring for someone else’s pet, I know trust is everything — and I take that responsibility seriously. I always follow the specific rules, routines, and preferences set by each pet parent to ensure their dog feels safe, secure, and comfortable in my care. Whether it’s sticking to feeding times, using certain commands, or avoiding specific areas on walks, I pay close attention to every detail. I also keep open, honest communication with clients, providing regular updates, photos, and check-ins so you always know how your pet is doing. My goal is to build long-term, trusting relationships with both pets and their people — with care that’s consistent, reliable, and full of heart.

About: I have had many pets throughout the years. When I lived at home growing up, we had rabbits, horses, turtles, birds, dogs and cats. Having animals growing up taught me the importance of chores and being time oriented. I learned from this that feeding needed to be done on time- you are taking care of a family members life! Your pets are welcome on all furniture and the beds! I do not kennel, unless you would like to kennel your dog (in that case, please bring your own kennel). I own a German Sheppard lab mix. I will respond to your message as soon as I can! This is not a full time job for me, so please do not take offense if I don’t reply right away. I WILL get back to you! I am a stay at home mom. My son and I love being outside, and what better way to be outside than to go for walks throughout the day with your loved pets. My dog sleeps in the bed with me, and your dog is welcome to do the same! I am a trustworthy individual with references available if requested. I will treat your animal as one of my own when they stay with me.

Right now, I have a super flexible schedule since I’m not working outside the home, which means I have lots of time to spend with your pets. I’m available anytime and happy to fit into your pet’s normal routine. I live on a 10 1/2-acre property, so there’s plenty of safe space for dogs to run, explore, and just be themselves. I’m currently not working, so I have plenty of time to take care of and play with your pups or cats. I’m available anytime Monday through Friday. I have a 10 1/2 acre property with plenty of room for animals to run and get their energy out. I have a long leash and I also have crates.

About: I’ve been helping take care of dogs since I was 6 years old. My friends and family know to call me first when they need someone to help with their fur babies because I am reliable and I take my job seriously. My primary job, I work from home so I’m home all day with my dog. We take daily walks (weather permitting) and spend a lot of time in the yard playing. I revolve my life around the needs of my kids (teenage boys 18 and 16) and my dog, Molly. I do work a part time job outside of the home. My children are typically home during that time, but I do ask that your fur babies are crate trained and potty trained. I go outside for every potty break so the dogs are never unattended. I pay attention to the dogs ways of telling me they need to go outside.

We knew that our energetic little buddy would be getting treated with love, care, and patience and would be happy and relaxed when we returned. Highly recommended!”

Liz W.
“Liz was exceptional! Leaving your furry babies with someone else can be frightening, that’s why I’m so happy I found Liz! I never have to worry when my dogs are with her. She was on top of walks and bathroom timing, and sent me pictures of my smiling doggies playing with their toys. I can tell she is a true animal lover, very empathetic, and I know who to reach out to the next time we need to take a trip! :)”

Jeanne C.

“Jeanne is great! She is timely, communicates well and is so good with dogs!! I will definitely book with her again!”

Brianna K.
“If dogs could write Yelp reviews, this girl would have a 5-star rating. She is the kind of person who hears "you can't adopt every dog in the world" and takes it as a challenge, not a warning. If there’s a dog within a 5-mile radius, trust me, she’s already made eye contact, knows its name, favorite treat, and probably has a nickname for it too. Leaving your dog in her care is like sending them on an all-inclusive spa vacation—cuddles, belly rubs, walkies, baby talk in five different voices—it’s the full VIP treatment. Honestly, your dog might not want to come home. And you might find yourself asking, “Does my dog love her more than me?” (The answer is: maybe. But can you blame them?) In short, if you want your dog to be loved, spoiled, and treated like the furry royalty they are, this is your person. But be warned: she might just fall in love with your pup—and your pup will definitely fall in love with her.”

Shay H.
“Shay is the most responsible person I know and would be a great addition to this team! She loves pets of any kind, enjoys going on walks, etc. I am sure Shay would enjoy this job. I highly recommend Shay!”
