About: I’ve been around animals for most of my life and genuinely love getting to know each pet’s individual personality and routine. I’m comfortable caring for both cats and dogs and understand that every animal has different needs, whether they’re playful and energetic or prefer a little more space and patience. I’m attentive, dependable, and will always make sure your pet feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I am available all day Friday-Sunday. If necessary I can open my availability up from 10am-2pm Monday-Thursday. Open to discuss whatever works best for you! I always make sure pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they’re with me. I follow their normal routines as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, medications, and any special instructions you provide. About: I have taken care of two large breed dogs for over a year. I brought them into my home when they were puppies, and cared for them as they grew into adult dogs. For dog walking, I am able to walk one or two dogs at one time. When walking my own dogs, sometimes I would like to go for a little run just to make sure the pups get the exercise they need. For dog sitting, I like to let the pup(s) out for plenty of bathroom breaks. I will do everything I can to ensure that your pet is well-taken care of. I will be sure to provide a good amount of playtime for your pet to make sure he or she is having a good time! I'm currently working a shift evening schedule on Thursday-Saturday, so I have plenty of time during the traditional work week to look after your pets! I have a fenced yard and would love to spend time with your dog or cat! I would love to play games with your pet, take them on walks, and will be incredibly watchful over them to make sure they don't get into trouble.

About: I’m not just someone who “likes dogs”. I grew up with a Golden Retriever. From puppy energy to senior comfort, I’ve been around it all. I’ve also cared for larger, strong-willed breeds like a Rhodesian Ridgebacks and cane corsos…so I’m comfortable handling dogs of all sizes, temperaments, and personalities. Whether your dog needs structure, patience, or just someone who can match their energy, I adapt to what they need. I treat every dog like they’re my own. I pay attention to routines, behavior changes, and making sure they feel safe, calm, and genuinely cared for while you’re away. I have been a caretaker and dog sitter for a few years. Needless to say, taking care of people’s loved-ones comes second nature to me. My night shift schedule at the VA allows me to be available all day to give your pet the attentive care that he/she needs including keeping them company, letting them out for potty breaks, walks,feeds,etc. With house-sitting, I will leave your home the way you left it. I will ensure that your pets are safe, comfortable, and well-fed. I will observe your pets closely. If I notice anything “off” about your pets, you will be notified immediately so that appropriate action is taken if needed.

About: Since I was a child, people would bring strays or unbalanced animals to our house who would suddenly be calm and comfortable in my care. I spent a lot of time in nature and wild animals would often follow me home. I now have my Masters of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis and wrote an original thesis on clicker training for service dogs. I am on the Board and a trainer for Hero Puppies for Life where we train service dogs for heroes with PTSD. We use positive reinforcement and are focused around relational bond training. This sets the dogs up for success to support their humans. We also teach their humans how to understand their dog's instincts and communication. I am quite passionate about it. :) Leo is my 7 year old black lab and personal service dog so your fur family will have free socialization and canine therapy in addition to my human care. He has worked with me extensively as a focal point in my approach to providing applied behavior analysis therapy to children and dogs. I am currently a full time student in an online, fully remote, tech program so I am very flexible when it comes to location, time of day, and duration for care. From the time I was in college, I always loved pet and house sitting. Opportunities for a change of scenery, in a fresh space, and caring for fur friends is always a treat. I have administered meds, cared for young and old pets, implemented training, embraced snuggles, and fulfilled food orders that make meals look like a sundae.
