About: I've had pets all my life cats, dogs, fish, hamsters, Bunnies, and taken car of horses. I love animals and am not afraid of their messes. During the summer I have plenty of time to take care of pets though during the school year certain times of day I won't be available due to classes. I've learned to come at pets with the caution they need. I'm very friendly and always want to be sweet to pets but I can be tough if the situation calls for it to not let animals walk all over me. I love animals and like taking the time for their needs.

About: I have a female Siberian Husky named Onyx who I raised and trained from a puppy. I grew up and had been around dogs small to very large. My family had a German Shepherd/Malmute mix and a Pomeranian that I would watch during their vacation trips. I can take your dog on walks with mine to the park, stop in to feed and let your dog out, or watch your dog for the day. My dog is very friendly and has grown up around other dogs of all energy levels. I’m currently working part-time, so my schedule is more flexible to align to you and your pets needs. I’m new to this service so it will be a learning experience at first, but I want to provide a safe and fun experience for your pet! I have a small apartment that your dog is more than welcome to spend the day in with me and my dog. I can also drop by at multiple times during the day, depending on the location. If you prefer to have your dog stay at your house, I won’t be able to spend the entire day there, but will gladly take them on a short/long walk (depending on preference), feed them and refill water.

He sent multiple updates and pictures, took Rex on long walks every day, and treated him like his own. I know Rex is going to miss him! He did incredible with him, and I could not be more grateful. About: I am very experienced with older dogs. Able to give meds if need. I enjoy cuddling with them on the couch taking them for walks and happy to share my bed. Your pet will receive loving individual care. I work part time and have a very flexible schedule allowing me to be available days nights and weekends. Very willing to work with you and your schedule. I am available to spend time in your home as needed. Willing to spend the night for one night or multiple nights if you’re planning an extended absence.

“5 stars isn’t enough! Our experience with Tina was amazing. We live a bit outside of town and she was more than happy to still come and stay with our 4 pups. Right away during the meet and greet, she knew their names and learned their specific routines. We knew they were going to be very happy and well taken care of while we were away. Tina provided pictures and updates throughout everyday that we were gone which was so fun. She was also very kind about a scheduling mix up on our end and happily added on an extra night! We could not be happier with our first Rover experience. Tina is definitely our go to now! Thank you, Tina! :)”

About: I have worked with non profit/service animals For around 5 years I make sure adapt best to the fur babies care and understanding them. I’m currently working part time on weekdays the best times I am available is after 4 pm and on weekends I can walk/sit the pets after8 am I care for my cat/ other animals with the tools I am provided if I’m asked to bring something else I have no issue with that but I would much rather discuss the pets specific needs with the owner.

About: I’ve dog sit for my neighbors growing up I also have my own golden retriever! I love playing with the dogs and taking them for walks! I am working part-time I am student at Frostburg state university! I love dogs, perfect job for me to help pay for my living expenses while I’m in school! About: I am a loving, caring, and passionate person who will take care of your pets. Family and friends have trusted me for days and weeks to take care of there beloved animals. I am a college student with only 2-3 classes a day so most my day is free to be able to take care of your beloved animals. I will make sure that your pet is safe and comfortable in every situation. I'm good at understanding animals behavior and knowing when there scared or showing aggression and will make sure they trust me to give them the best time.

About: I have haloed my grandma with her dog Marlee since the day we got her , I will care for her when my grandma is out of town or I’ll go get her for a weekend . I also help my friends out with their animals when I’m with them I graduate in about 2 weeks and I’m looking for a job that can work around that until I graduate then I can do more full time things here on Rover , I can do evening walks/ afternoons . Then weekends I’m completely free for sitting , etc I have leashes and a portable water bowl for pups, we can crate the dog if needed if I do a sitting job , I can get any supplies needed for your pup to make them comfortable. I live in a wonderful neighborhood where they can play outside and go on fun walks

MY DETAILED RESPONSE TO THE REVIEWED LEFT BY DEBBY- I wanted to give a detailed breakdown of what happened with Debby since rover will not take down the review even though they did a thorough investigation with photos/video and nasty messages sent by Debby to me. I took on this booking even though I had a gut feeling not to, but I ignored it and I wish I had not done that. I was asked last minute by Debby to care for her diabetic cat, she told me her cat was great with strangers and would have no issue with taking the insulin shots from me (lie number one). The morning of my first visit, Debby had messaged me informing she had birds in the house and to not pay attention to them.. now let me start off by saying that due to a past traumatic experience with a previous clients birds, I have developed a fear of being near them in close spaces (to which she pokes fun at in her review) and had I known she had them, I would not have accepted this booking. I was hesitant to enter her house but she said they were in a cage so I proceeded with the visit, upon opening her door one of the birds almost FLEW OUTSIDE because they were NOT in a cage(lie number two). I was immediately concerned by this not only due to my fear of birds but due to this being a safety risk considering the birds could’ve flew out the door if I didn’t get to it in time. After this happened, I wanted to turn around and leave but I couldn’t because I needed to give her cat an insulin shots. After I went upstairs, I could not find the cat anywhere and after ten minutes I found her hiding under the bed hissing at me, she was in no way friendly towards strangers. I did my best to get her to come with me, I was at the visit way longer than the scheduled 30 minutes to try to make sure her cat got the shot. After I was finally able to lure her out with a treat, I had to quickly grab her and administer the shot.. she clawed at me and bit me several times (photo proof was sent to rover). I was very taken back by this visit due to unexpected birds and a cat who was the complete opposite of what their owner described. I felt unsafe to continue the booking and feared that due to the cat’s unwillingness to come to me that she might not get her shots injected properly so her health was my number one priority, I immediately called rover support to report everything that had happened and I also informed Debby at the same time. Debby was awful to me, made fun of me and treated me with complete disregard and through all of that, I still remained calm, collective and professional. After she had hinted at threatening me, I cut off all contact with her and immediately reported that to rover as well. At that point it was now rover and Debby’s responsibility for the cats care, I felt even more unsafe after the awful things Debby said to me. I didn’t have to but I even worked with rover to find another sitter and wanted them to make sure they made others aware of the trust situation, I even offered to take the cat it’s vet or local cat sitting agency but that was denied and rover told me they would handle it all. After one week, I found that my rover account had been suspended and I had to call rover and speak with over ten different reps in one week to get my account back.. finally after they realized I had done NO wrong and it was all the pet owner, I got my account back and a lengthy apology from Rover. Upon getting my account back, I noticed Debby had left that review and I was devastated by that. I have worked so hard on this app to give the best care for others animals and that’s been proven by every other review just for hers to completely destroy all the good I’ve been doing by lying. I’m truly upset with Rover for not only allowing that review to be left there, but for allowing Debby to even still have an account after her lies, threats and defamation. I hope that no other rover sitters go through what I did with her. With all of that being said, I refuse to delete my account and start over as I want people to see all the good I’ve done and to be aware of what truly happened with Debby. I hope to continue to provide the best care possible for all my current rover clients and future ones, please do not let one woman’s lies deter you away from someone who truly loved and care for animals with her whole heart.
