I have had a dog of my own growing up for 12 years. Currently, though I do not have any dogs. I used to volunteer part-time to train future service puppies for the blind for over 3 years. ( I have worked with 9 or 10 dogs in the Leader Dog for the Blind program) I have a flexible schedule, and I'm always willing to figure out a solid plan with potential people who need a sitter for their awesome furry friends. I am capable of working and looking after dogs with medical needs as well :). I have worked in probation, law enforcement, corrections, and mental health for over 11 years now. I am a very energetic person who enjoys exercising, and enjoy bringing dogs for walks. I have been on Rover for 4 years I enjoy traveling the world in my free time. ***I respond to requests generally within 10 minutes*** I have a pretty flexible schedule so I will do my best to assist with whatever drop off or pick up time you may have :). I now have a fenced in area in my backyard. My driveway is about a 1/4 mile from my house to the road so traffic is not a concern. I can crate if requested.

About: My background in training dogs through agility classes, working with shy and special-needs animals, fostering cats, and managing dogs of all sizes at a daycare makes me uniquely qualified. I’ve also cared for farm animals, including geese, and I’m skilled in pet grooming. My patience, reliability, and ability to adapt to each pet’s unique personality ensure your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for. I have a steady work-life balance, working Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 3 PM. Pet care fits easily into my routine, as I am available for early morning, evening, and weekend visits. On Mondays, I travel to Duluth for agility training, so I can take pet-sitting jobs in that area. I’m also willing to drive within a 100-mile radius of my home to provide care, ensuring flexibility for pet owners who need reliable and loving service. Safety and trust are my top priorities when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s. I take the time to understand each pet’s needs, personality, and routine to create a stress-free and comfortable environment. I’m experienced with shy animals and work patiently to help them feel safe. In a client’s home, I respect their space while ensuring their pets receive attentive care, from feeding and playtime to maintaining a clean environment, including litter box upkeep. Whether it’s keeping a routine, providing enrichment, or offering extra care for special needs pets, I always prioritize their well-being.

About: Hi! I’m a caring and reliable pet sitter with a real love for animals. I currently work at an animal shelter, where I’ve learned a lot about taking care of pets with all kinds of personalities, needs, and behaviors. Working there has given me a lot of experience and knowledge about how to keep animals safe, happy, and healthy. As a pet sitter, I treat every pet like they’re my own. I take the time to get to know each one and make sure they feel loved, comfortable, and cared for. What makes me different is how much I truly care about animals and how much I enjoy spending time with them. I always give pets lots of attention, patience, and kindness. I want them to feel at home with me and to know they’re in good hands. As a pet sitter I go above and beyond to provide personalized care for each pet I look after. What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my genuine love and empathy for animals. I treat each pet as if they were my own, showering them with affection, attention, and patience. I strive to create a bind of trust and companionship with every pet, making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved in my care.

About: Rised on a hobby farm so grew up with all sorts of animals. My very own puppy came to me when i was 12 years old and have had a fur baby pretty much since. Have had some training in puppy classes and obedience. Have work with Bark Busters of the Twin Cities. Over the last 6 plus years I have joined a pet service company based out of the Twin Cities who specialize in doggy day care, dog walks, pet sitting for vacation clients in their home and also in our home. Pets come first. Working from home gives us the flexibility to care for your pets 24/7. Plenty of exercise, play time and of course scratches and love time. When pets come into our home we treat them as if they are our own. Currently the big back yard is not fenced in, however that will be changing very soon. In the meantime we will be going on more walks and being outside with your pets on a leash. We have one furbaby, and he is definitely a spoiled baby. If for some reason our pets do not get along, we will have a separation for our pets to keep all safe and yet still make sure that your pet feels like they are at their 2nd home. We will customized your home habits as you request. Crated as needed or want by our clients.

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 4. I’ve had dogs, cats, and other small creatures. I do well with grooming, bathing, walks, and car rides. I’m currently doing online college. So I’m home all day! I have a fenced in yard for your fur babies. Hope to hear from you soon! I have a fenced in yard, leashes, to keep your fur baby safe. Plenty of access to walk and shade, and beds! Big or small

About: Having spent my early years with our family dogs, I have come to an appreciation of the anxiety and work families go through in order to go on a trip without their beloved pets! Keeping your family pets in their own home reduces the stress on the family and the pet! We own a seasonal resort so we have limited availability for overnights June/July/August but are available for walking & attention throughout the day. Our resort is closed is mid-September through mid-May when we house-sit as well as care for our neighbors pets in their own home. Ideally we would like to meet the family and your pet before agreeing to home & pet sitting as we want a good match. Services offered: drop in care, pet walking, house sitting. Because we live in rural Minnesota, our fees reflect the additional transportation costs going to your home for services. When our seasonal resort is closed I am available most days and weekends. I have regular families on my schedule but only take one family reservation at a time. Prior to pet sitting in your home, I require meeting the owner and the pets. This will determine if we are a good match and the family can be confident your fur baby is well taken care.

About: My grandma ran Duclos Pet Boarding for many years and I helped her run her business. I have a huge love for animals and while going through nursing school, I’ve decided to join Rover for a part-time job! This will be my only job as I am a student at Central Lakes College so my availability will always be open Monday - Sunday! I will do the same to your pets and make sure they are safe and happy while being with me!!

About: I have cared for all kinds of animals since I could remember, from raccoons, rats, horses, and Guinea pigs to your more normal cats and dogs and lizards. I currently have a pup so I do pet care every day all day. She is a part of my family so she is never lacking when it comes to her care and exercise. I currently live in a townhouse and I don’t have a yard so we go for long walks on the edge of town multiple times a day as well as car rides. In my clients home I use the resources they have available (big yard either fenced or not) or we will just go for walks throughout the day. I make the care of the client the priority.

About: Flexible schedule, lots of trails in my area for your puppies to explore, trustworthy, dependable and easily contacted. I’ve had pets of my own in the past that I loved and adored, and currently have a 3 year old eskimo/chihuahua that I adopted from the local shelter who loves to play w other dogs. I work three 12 hour shifts a week, meaning those 4 days off are great opportunities for me to walk your dog(s), stop in and check on them or stay with them. I understand the value of daily exercise and mental stimulation for a dog, so I will ensure they are getting their steps in. I also understand not everyone has the time or ability to ensure their pets receive daily exercise/time outside, and with my flexible schedule I would love to give you some peace of mind that your pet is having all of their needs met.

About: Experienced, reliable, and loving sitter ready to spoil your pets with care and attention. I ensure they feel safe, happy, loved, and cherished every day! Including a "safety square" to prevent the pups from escaping one of the gates. As far as your home, I will be able to accommodate whatever your safety measures are for your home

I’m off every Wednesday and Sunday and can provide drop in visits and hosting for your pet every 2-8 hours a day. On days off of work I can be there as long as needed. At my current home I have 30 acres of land for your pet to roam. We do not have a fence so I would supervise your pet. About: I have never owned a dog myself, but I have helped taken care of dogs of many kinds throughout the last 6 years. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to feed, walk, and let out their pets. I adore dogs! I am currently in the process of job hunting so I do not have a set schedule. I am probably more interested in occasional jobs than recurring jobs as I will be looking for a full time position. I can easily adapt to the client’s house and the dog’s environment in order to provide a comfortable and safe experience for all! I have many walking trails behind my house that could be a great adventure!

I still have plenty of time (and energy!) to help out other pet “parents”. I will give your pets all the love they need!! I am mature, responsible and love being active! My profile might be a little confusing since I spend summer months in Minnesota, winter in Florida and “shoulder seasons” in western New York but I love staying busy no matter where I am!! Sage V.
“I recently had the pleasure of working with Sage, and I cannot say enough positive things about her service. From the moment I met her, I knew my furry companions would be in good hands. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shone through in every interaction. First and foremost, Sage's knowledge and experience with animals were evident. She ensured that my dogs would be well-cared for in my absence. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing the best care possible was truly impressive. During my time away, Sage kept me updated regularly with text messages, photos, and videos of my pets. It was evident that her was not just "doing their job," but genuinely enjoyed spending time with my dogs and forming a bond with them. Her updates gave me peace of mind and reassured me that my dogs were happy and content.”
