I would also be a le to do some evenings during the week. I have a fenced yard and work from home so my dogs are well taken care of. About: I have been taking care of and loving on pets for 10+ years. I have several fur babies of my own, so I certainly understand the importance of having someone take care of your pets who will love them just as much as you do! I have experience with caring for pets for most of my life, but most recently, I have been doing drop in visits to feed and take care of family pets, as well as some pet sitting for friends who are out of town. I am also familiar with dealing with anxious dogs as both of my boys have some pretty serious storm anxiety. I do currently work full time, however, I work from home, so I have plenty of flexibility to drop in and take your fur babies for walks, or just check in and spend some time providing snuggles throughout the day. I am free on weekends as well for house-sitting, overnight care, etc. I believe your pets should be taken care of exactly the way they would be if you were home! Whether that means sleeping in the bed, walks 3x a day, or a strict schedule, I will always follow your established regimen to the absolute best of my ability. There is nothing more important than making sure your pet feels as comfortable in their routines and home as possible when mom and dad are away.

About: Hi, I’m Gabbi, and I have over 6 years of experience caring for other people’s pets! I am new to Rover, but I have multiple pet sitting references that I can provide from customers that have had me hired me for years! I’ve watched dogs of all sizes from Great Pyrenees to Chihuahuas. I’ve handled hundreds of cats so I am used to every personality. I have also cared for reptiles, amphibians, fish, farm animals, and rodents. I’ve watched dogs who need vigorous exercise, as well as the opposite. I’ve cared for puppies and kittens, seniors, and every age in between. I’ve watched a litter of kittens that were still nursing. I have experience with cats and dogs affected by cerebral palsy, deafness, blindness, and other special needs. I am experienced in administering multiple forms of medication. I also volunteer for an animal shelter, which gives me a lot of unique situations and experiences! I have a relatively flexible schedule. I work part time at a dog grooming salon. My shifts are typically 6 hours or less, and I only work up to 3 days a week. I do sometimes have other commitments that are unlikely to take more than 4 hours at a time. For people interested in boarding, I have a fenced yard and an 11/yo, 15 lb Shih Tzu who is very friendly. He is laid back and prefers dogs who are also laid back, but has never shown aggression with high energy dogs. I typically walk the dogs I watch at least once a day, but that can vary on the age and/or the activity level of the dog. I can also take them to a park, weather permitting! I always try to keep the pups experience as stress-free as possible, so I listen closely to everything you tell me about your pet. I try to stick to any routine that you guys share, whether that be feeding times, walking times, or anything else! I live in a quiet neighborhood where your dog will be safe with me.

About: I have taken care of so many different dogs and cats and other pets since I was 10 years old. I have watched for friends and family and really enjoy spending time with pets. I work on reduced time at amazon so I work on Sundays, Monday and Tuesdays and then on thursdays and fridays I work at a dog boarding facility. I take care of pets in the clients home just because my dogs don't get along with other pets. But I give the pets 24 hour love and attention. I love taking dogs on walks and playing fetch with them. I also love when the dogs sleep with me at night. I can also take care of pets that have medications too.

About: I’ve always grown up around dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and etc. A dog is more than just an animal, they are a part of the family. Im a dental assistant and love helping people achieve the confidence to smile again. Im 22 years old and still live with my parents so this is a great side hustle to save money to move out eventually. At home we have a basset hound named Maggie that’s three years old, an Australian Shepard named Ranger that is also three years old, a Yorkie Shih Tzu named Trixie that is about 15 years old (yeah I know she’s basically deaf and blind but old girl is still kicking it), and then two cats that we rescued on the side of the road named Stormi & Klondike! I also have chickens & ducks! Let me dogsit your fur baby 🥰 I’m currently working at a private dental office located in Staunton, IL Monday-Thursday. Usually when I dog sit for a family friend or just anyone in general I stay at their house with the dog(s) so they feel comfortable in their own environment. My work hours are as followed; Monday & Thursday: 7-4pm (lunch 12-1pm) Tuesday 8-6pm (lunch 1-2 or 2-3pm) and Wednesday 7-1pm. I am a reliable and a caring person to watch your fur babies! I usually stay at the clients house so the pet is in a familiar environment and won’t get over stimulated. Every dog is different and so I usually meet the clients and/or the dog(s) so they are somewhat familiar with me and aren’t frightened by a stranger while their loved ones are away.

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and weekends are my best days for multiple drop in visits and walks. Weekends are best times for boarding dogs. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and I have a dedicated room for dog stays, so your doggy will have plenty of space to stretch out! I also love taking dogs to the dog park just 15 mins from apartment! “I have 4 cats and most people give me a hard time when I need help with them. Henna eased my worries and assured they'd be taken care of. When I returned the house smelt wonderful (litter boxes were cleaned) and they were all cuddling on the couch! She helped on such short notice too.”

Paige S.
“I was skeptical of having a stranger in my house, however, my daughter introduced me to Rover.com Page stood out with her overwhelming care for animals. We did a meet and greet from the time she came in my home, we were comfortable with her. 2 of the 4 of my dogs took to her right away. One of my girls has attitude and the other is afraid of her shadow so it takes them awhile. We have already used Paige several times and will continue to do so. As a paw parent i always ask her to spend as much time as she can with them. My furbabies are only use to being kenneled and alone at most 8-9 hours. We are fortunate enough to work close to come so on lunch we let them out at lunch time. She has always done what we asked of her. We would recommend Paige!”

Kelsey D.
“Kelsey has taken care of my two German Shepherds whenever I have left town. She is very caring and attentive to their needs. I don’t trust my dogs with anyone but her. She would be a great addition to your staff.”
