About: Hi, I'm Jen. I have had animals all my life, horses, dogs and cats so I have alot of experience caring for them. I currently have two fur babies. Deezel, a four yr. old English bulldog, and Coco a three yr. Old English Bulldog.. I work full time through the week, but I am off weekends and would love to help out with your baby any way I can. I treat my dogs like my babies and I would do the same for your pet. Rather you need a sitter, drop in, walks, or someone to keep your fur baby they will be treated as part of the family. Myself, my daughter (she is 21) and Deezel love meeting new fur babies. Hope we get to meet yours.
About: I have had love for all animals from a very young age! Cats, dogs & even reptiles. I have a dog, 3 cats, crested gecko & a leopard gecko! Currently I am studying online to be a canine enrichment technician and working part time at a boarding facility! My daily routine consists of walking, feeding, playing, enrichment, giving meds & snuggles!! I am available Monday-Friday 6-2 and Saturday & Sunday is to be decided, as I do work part time through the week & need days to rest! I am all for the safety of dogs! when going on walks slip leashes are used instead of a collar & leash so they won’t slip out! Distance is kept from people and dogs as nothing can ever be predicted! I believe cleanliness is a must for the pet itself, bowls & toys! A consistent routine is necessary along with enrichment/playtime!

I have the luxury of having summers off. I will be home full time to care for your fur baby from the end of May to the end of August! I have a full secure fenced in back yard. I have 2 friendly small dogs and 3 cats. My dogs have full access to outdoors at any time with a doggy door. We go for nightly walks, get treats through the day and have access to furniture.
“Harley was great with my boy, Apache. The walk was a very last minute thing, but she was more than happy to accommodate to us. She even spent some time with him in the house because weather cut the walk short. She is outstanding at what she does! We will definitely be repeat customers! 😊”

“Tracey is AMAZING with my Sully!!! She is considerate and in tune with his mannerisms and personality so much that she noticed behavior changes in him that were of concern. She is always sending pics and videos of her visits with Sully which helps my heart and mind when I have to be away. If you want a dependable, trustworthy, kind sitter than Tracey is the one for your pet family.”

About: Furry, scaled, or feathered. Big or small. I love them all! I've owned horses, cats, dogs, hampsters, rabbits, fish, and gerbils, so I have first hand experience caring for these animals. I've been pet sitting on and off since I was a kid. I have experience pet sitting for cats, dogs, horses, chickens, snakes, and rats. I've also cared for elderly cats/dogs, disabled pets, blind pets, deaf pets, incontinent pets, puppies, multi-pet households, big dogs and small dogs. I do freelance Graphic Design as my primary job. I get to set my own schedule, so I'm ready for play and cuddles at any time! I don't have any special education for pet training, but I am happy to work with your pets on any training you want to work on. I always use a leash unless you have a fenced yard (regardless of your pets previous training/habits). About: Hello! My name is Mattie! I'm a 20 year old vet assistant and college student. I have been employed full time in the veterinary field as an assistant for almost 4 years and have truly found my passion for caring for our furry, scaled, feathered, and hairless friends. But I keep my calendar updated so if I am marked open feel free to book! If ever there is a scheduling conflict I will reach out with ample time so you can find another sitter! I believe in fear free care for animals and let them tell me what they’re comfortable with me doing. I personally own two dogs that are behavioral cases. One being very high energy with severe anxiety and the other an aggressive dog with unpredictable tendencies around strangers. Because of this and other animals in clinic I have become very aware how to read canine and feline body language and know when they are telling me "no!" I believe if an animal does not want to do something they never should have to unless it is for their own good. Your pets will never be put into dangerous situations!

Group walks are a good fit for social dogs who enjoy structured walks. If your dog prefers the energy of a group stroll, ask your dog walker about group walks in your Fetterman. Since all dog walkers are local, they may have a neighborhood dog who is a good walking companion to yours.
For dog walking services, you can request a report card update with specifics about your dog’s walk. - 100% of walkers can help with special care needs

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
