Ilona is a compassionate, caring, and dedicated person who went above and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of my dog, Uma. From the moment she stepped into my home, her positive and outgoing personality shone through. I am very particular about who I let near my dog, and Ilona made it her priority to ensure both Uma and I felt completely at peace. What impressed me the most was her proactive approach. She asked numerous questions to understand Uma's needs and even met with Uma before accepting the task to ensure my dog was comfortable around her. This level of dedication and care is unfortunately so rare nowadays, not just among petsitters but people in general.... During her time with Uma, she kept me updated with plenty of pictures from their walks, allowing me to see that Uma was not only safe but also having a great time. It was such a relief to know that everything was alright. And the pictures were really cute too :))) When I returned, I found Uma in high spirits, without the usual stress she experiences after I leave her with someone else. My heartfelt thanks to the Rover service and especially to Ilona! Despite her limited number of reviews, I took a chance, and I am so glad I did. It didn’t take them long at all to realize how much love and attention they get from him. He treats the dogs with love and respect like they were his own. I would trust him with them any day and they would be happy to see him anytime.”

About: No pets too big or too small! I’ve had a variety of pets my entire life and am familiar with all aspects of care, including medical care. I have experience with small animals, reptiles, birds. Dogs, cats, etc! I volunteered at a cat rescue for two years and currently have my own golden retriever and two of my own kitties. I will not only make sure your pets are well taken care of, but also played with, enriched, and loved! I’m also a skilled amateur pet photographer and will definitely send you some of the best angles. I am a full time professional and work 7am until 3pm on weekdays. I am available before and after work or anytime on the weekends. I do not have a fenced yard, so I can only accept full stay care in your home. We are constantly taking our dog for walks, hikes, to the dog park, and playing with her and I would love to care for your dog in the same manner!

I have witnessed Nicole interact with animals and it is with certainty that I can attest that there is no better caregiver and friend for your pet. Nicole rescued her prior dog, Nugget, as a puppy from a family who could not adequately care for him. Nicole loved and nurtured Nugget for eleven years, always putting his needs before her own. As her constant companion, Nicole took Nugget on daily hour long walks morning and night and regularly brought him to the local dog park. She tended to Nugget’s grooming, cared for his safety and well being, and monitored his health with regular veterinary check-ups, including paying particular attention to his special dietary needs. Moreover, Nicole provided a loving home environment for Nugget, having family members visit Nugget during the day while she was at work. Nugget was a true member of her family in every sense. Even in Nugget’s final few weeks, when his health began to decline, Nicole did everything possible to comfort and care for him. In addition to caring for her own pet, Nicole has volunteered to care for pets of her family and friends when in need. She has treated each and every one of these animals as her own. Notably, Nicole has also visited and donated to volunteer organizations that assist in rescuing dogs.”
