I currently work full-time from 0700-1930 three days a week. This schedule is ever-changing. I am a remote employee, so this doesn’t affect my ability to pet sit. My preference is to watch pets in the comfort of their own home. I believe this keeps them at ease while their human is away. I always treat your fur baby as if they were my own! Please let me know their preference- if they sleep in the bed, then they are more than welcome to sleep in the bed with me.

About: I’ve had a dog since I was very young. I absolutely Love them. They all have unique personalities and I love watching them live their best lives! I am available to care for your pet Monday-Thursday no problem! If you need a Friday, that will need to be scheduled a week or so out seeing as I may not be available for pet care on the weekends. I live on 4 acres that my two pups absolutely love running around on and getting their wiggles out. I’m sure your fur baby will love it too! I do have a little 6 pound fur baby that stays with me from time to time. (She travels with my mom) She plays with my two like she is their size, but she does stay on the main side of the house with us and is allowed on furniture. I would do the same with your little fur baby. My two do know how to play with a tiny dog, but if you would prefer them to not have any interaction then I will keep them separated. My yard is not fenced seeing as I’ve trained my pups to stay in the yard, but I am more than happy to take your baby out on a leash if you would prefer. My house is dog friendly, but I do have a room specifically for my dogs off the living room that is a nice size and has Tons of chew toys where they can play and wrestle without any worry of having furniture in the way. I can also crate your dog if you request it as well.

About: Hey there, so I've worked with animals ever since I've had a job. I started out working at the Pell City Animal Shelter with my Mom years ago. Eventually, Dr Becky gave me a shot at a full time position at Animal House Vet Clinic, where I was also working part time along with full time at the shelter. As of posting this, I've been at the same clinic for just over 12 1/2 years now and don't plan to go anywhere. Caring for pets is just what I do. I don't see me doing anything else. I've pet-sit for years now also, but my last client recently called off the care, as they're moving, essentially. I work a full-time job in pet care, but if needed for my clients on Rover, I can try to stop by up to a max of three times a day. This would depend on if specific times are required. On work days, it would have to be before I head into work (which I get there at around 6:50am.) Mid day would be questionable, depending on distance, as it would have to be done over lunch. Later in the day would be fine in most cases, as I'm off work around 5:00. For the services I plan to continue providing through the Rover app, I'd basically do whatever pet owners need me to do that I can handle. Nail clips, drop-in pet sitting, administering any medications prescribed (if applicable), walks, etc. I go into this fully understanding that each and every situation is going to be different. And that's absolutely fine! Working at a vet clinic and owning dogs of my own, pet care is already a daily part of my routine. I just use my spare time caring for other's pets as well. When pet sitting in the past, whether staying at a client's residence or doing drop-in visits, I do my best to treat not only the pets, but the property that the owner is trusting me in with respect.

About: Every professional position I’ve ever had in my career, has always been strictly about providing a great service. I like to put myself in my clients shoes, I understand that there is a specific standard to be met! I’m currently prioritizing any time on Sunday’s, Monday’s Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s. I’ve edited my availability to be all-day, and have no problems at all with any specific care for your furry friends! Here to help! My pets have their own individual routines, as one is now my lab girl who is 11 years old and requires potty breaks at specific times. My other dog is a 8 year old retriever mix who only wants to eat with his mom! I’ve cared for dogs in different stages of their lives, as well as dogs who need to be monitored during pregnancies/sickness. I’m able to adapt to any situation and stay organized with specific requests you may have!

4. Callie W.
“Callie is phenomenal with animals. She is reliable, trustworthy, and always on time. My dog, Skittles, is relatively high maintenance due to her anxiety. She is a rescue with a troubled past and sometimes has difficulties accepting new people into her life. Callie was so patient with her, and she never gave up on working to make sure my dog was comfortable. Now, it's unbelievable how excited Skittles gets whenever she sees Callie! Callie is very responsive, and she's helped to make sure my house looks better than when I left it when she comes over. I never have to worry if Skittles has food or water with Callie. She is a wonderful young woman, and any pet and pet owners would be lucky to have her!”

She took care of my 2 Shiba Inu’s for a weekend and they were so well taken care of. She walked them daily, made sure they had plenty of food and water and treats and toys. I didn’t feel as bad for leaving my fur babies because they were with someone I could trust. Highly recommend.”
