About: I’ve had no less than two dogs around the house from childhood, and have experience with dogs of all sizes- jack russell to english mastiff! Growing up, we fostered dogs often, volunteering with Operation Delta Dog to aid service dog training for veterans. It’s always great to meet a new friend! As a part time worker with flexible hours, I have plenty of free time for walks and check-ins whenever necessary for you and your pup! I find that each dog and each owner is unique! I think it is important to respect the wishes of each owner- after all, you know your dog best!

“Joey is amazing with all my animals. My Cane Corso takes special introducing and not everyone I introduce him to takes the job. He liked Joey from the first day. I actually have a little farmstead with several types of animals, including a horse, a goat, an emu, over 50 chickens and other types of fowl. I even feed some of the wildlife! Joey does all of it. I get great pics and I'm always so happy with the detailed list he leaves of all the chores and extras that he does. He even remembers things that I forget to mention sometimes! Number one call for me all the time is Joey. Besides, he gave me a very reasonable farmstead rate. I highly recommend this sitter, especially if you have animals not listed on Rover!”

“Mickey did a 1 hour drop-in with our 6 month yellow lab, Auggie. She took the time to stop by and visit / meet us and Auggie prior to the day we needed help and was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. On the day we needed her help she checked in with us, was on time, fed, watered and exercised him. Even sent us a bunch of great pictures and videos which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend and will hopefully have her help spend time with Auggie when we need an extra hand in the future.”

When boarding in my house your pup will be kept comfortable in my upstairs apartment and will be taken out to potty and play whenever they need! About: I grew up with family dogs, cats, lizards, rats, etc. Basically we always had pets in the house! Huge animal & dog lover of all shapes & sizes. I've raised two puppies on my own, so have experience with young dogs and training. I have one dog, Kinley, at home and I'd definitely adopt more if I could afford it! Foster to adopt lots & lots of pups would be an awesome retirement plan. So I'm trying to live vicariously through you and visit with all the amazing breeds out there. About: Albeit having no years of 'professional' caring, I have been a dog and cat mom all of my life. Since I was born my family has had 2-3 dogs and 5-6 cats at a time on our farm, and I raised, trained and took care of all of them myself since my parents were not too big on animals. The sole reason we had so many is because we lived on a farm and I adored them. Every year of my life I have cared for at least one animal or another, ever since I was in grade school. For cats and dogs alike, I myself used to bathe them, feed them, groom them and take them to the vet if they were sick. As of right now, I have no animals to look after, so I would love to put those skills to good use. This being said, I have ample experience with animals, and I adore them. I have babysat animals for my friends several times, always without incident. I understand their signs and needs, have plenty of patience and can be gentle but firm when needed. I treat them as if they were my own children. I am also a trained emergency service medical provider, so I know how to perform first aid and lifesaving measures if need be (not that it will ever be needed, don't worry!). I am flexible with the services I provide: if your pet has any special needs/medications that they need to take/any sicknesses, or anything else, inform me and I will be happy to babysit for them and care for them for as long as you need! Some of the services I can provide include but are not limited to: bathing, walking, training, and cuddling! I will treat your babies with love and kindness while you're away! Rest assured, they will be in good, trained hands. I currently work from home, and would have no problem going on walks or playing games such as fetch to tire out high energy dogs! I already have a daily routine with my own dog, which consists of taking him on regular potty breaks, brushing his teeth, and playing games to tire him out if its too cold to go on walks outside! We have a yard thats not fenced in, but have lines and long leashes to take your fur baby outside! There is one senior dog, one younger dog, and to cats all to give company to your pet! Both dogs are very friendly, and the cats mostly keep to themselves in the room. The dogs will always be in my sight, so that we can hang out, play, and I can tend to their needs! There are plenty of toys to share, plenty of treats to go around (unless stated otherwise) and plenty of friends to play with.

About: I grew up on a farm and have experience taking care of most animals. I love spoiling my family dog and look forward to being able to take care of your pet(s)! I’m in charge of my work schedule! The three day notice will just help me make sure that my job is properly staffed while I’m gone. I’ve taken care of multiple dogs in other people’s homes. I usually get a list of how much/how often feeding should happen. Along with any special medicines/things that may be needed. NOTICE: I ONLY will be accepting jobs through Rover. Please don’t try to get me to do work that isn’t through here unless we’ve already met in person. I will not be accepting those jobs.

About: I have had and taken care of dogs since a very young age. I have always taken pride to help care for dogs. Even with special abilities or medical problems. My dog Luna was Diagnosed with Epilepsy. So I am experienced and know what to do it high risk situations I work a full time job Monday through Friday from 8:30-5. I am free anytime after 5pm during the week. I am unable to do weekends or stay over nights. So if your looking for a 4-5 hour sitter. I'm your person! I will not be able to take your dog to my house. I can crate, walk, watch, or anything you would like me to do.

About: I quickly became a dog mom when my partner moved into my house with his 5 year old dog Sampson. I fell in love with our daily walks in the field behind our house, as well as having something to take care of in the house. Sampson listens, he is a dog I can walk off leash and the best cuddle buddy. Because of his good nature I soon found myself growing our family by the addition of two puppies. Hank was our first pup - he is a Great pyreenes mixed with a Bernese Mountain Dog. Think fluffy, slobbery, and 140 pounds. I wasn't sure how a big dog and myself would get along but I found his size comforting. Stella was a dog we failed at fostering. She is a smaller terrier mix and is teaching me the true purpose of crates and leashes. I learn every day how to be better for my dogs. It is chaotic, messy and unpredictable living with three dogs but I wouldn't change it for anything. I am by no means a perfect dog owner but I understand the complexities and uniqueness of each dog and their personalities. I rely on being consistent and predictable for my dogs so they continue to trust me to take care of them. Their health and happiness is my priority. I am a school teacher. When school is in session I am free after 5pm. When we are on break for holidays or summer, I am free anytime. At my house, I don't have a fenced in yard but we have over 20 acres to walk. I am comfortable walking dogs on a leash. I have a crate for a medium to small sized dog and an outdoor "doggio" for warmer days or if a furry friend wants some time outdoors relaxing. I have three dogs, one of which is a very large and enjoys rough housing with other dogs. We have lots of toys and a house that that continues to become dog proof. We let our dogs on the couches and they have a large living room to play in.

About: All throughout my childhood, I had puppies and dogs to take care of. I loved animals the most in my family, so any pet responsibilities fell to me. I also take care of my sister’s dog when she is out of town. I will be available on weekdays anytime past 2 pm, except I am not available on Tuesdays. I am mostly free on weekends aside from a part time job. In my sister’s home, I feed the dog, take him on walks, and let him outside often so he can roam around and get his energy out. He is still a puppy, so I try to let him play whenever possible. When I leave, he goes in his crate to stay out of trouble.

My hubby and I work part time and we’re so excited to take care of your little (or big) furry kid! About: I have grown up with pets in my family, and therefore, have quite an amount of experience with animals. We have had everything from bunnies—to—parakeets, fish, guinea pigs, dogs and hamsters. I am Licensed Veterinary Technician that is currently a veterinary student. I was an LVT for many years prior to vet school. I graduate vet school at the end of January and will be a DVM! I am very passionate about animals and would gladly take care of your furry best friend!
