“Hailey is very close to the Ark Encounter and we left our 2 pups with her while we visited the Ark. They had a great time and so did we. Hailey sent photos of their day together. We were able to book less than 2 days out. Highly recommend!”

About: I currently work at a doggy daycare/boarding business in NKY, I’ve learned a lot from working there. My love for dogs has grown more than I could imagine. I’ve had many pets growing up and I now have two of my own. I have two dachshunds named Harmony and Hazel. My favorite pet I’ve ever owned was my chinchilla! Her name was Bella. A home is not the same without a pet. I currently work a part time job and know my schedule two weeks at a time. I also have a business and work from home for that. I know my schedule usually months ahead of time. With that being said, my schedule is flexible! I can work mornings, mid day and evenings. I have a large back yard and a cute neighborhood that I walk my two dogs around. I live close to a few parks. I also have a full finished basement so if you need your pet to be crated or would like for them have a large space to themselves I have plenty of room.

About: Hello! Thanks for considering me to care for your fur babies! I’m an avid animal lover and always have been! I started when I was 10 years old, my neighbors across the street had a boxer and a bull dog they would have me care for when they went on family vacations. From then on my love for pet sitting had grown. In high school I was involved with FFA & agriculture classes, especially when it came to animal sciences. I competed on a state level veterinary science FFA competition in 2017 at Murray state University, and am registered in animal nutrition. I currently have 2 dogs of my own, moose is a 2 year old Great Pyrenees, and Gracie is a 6 year old Australian shepherd. I also have a 6 year old cat, he’s an indoor only kitty! My pets are my world plus some, they make my world go round. I work from home Tues-Saturday, and my work is very independent. I only have 1 meeting a day around lunch time, with 2 15 minute breaks, and then a 30 minute lunch break. During my breaks i give my dogs potty breaks & fetch time, but im able to give them potty breaks whenever necessary! As I mentioned in my experience, I work from home! Tuesday-Friday I work 10am-6:30pm. I receive 2 paid 15 minute breaks, and a 30 minute lunch break. My work is very independent, and if needed I’m able to step away from my desk for a few minutes. During my 15’s I like to sit out on the porch and soak up some sunshine, while the dogs potty, play, or enjoy the fresh air! On my lunch break, I eat as quick as I can so I can get outside to play fetch with my Australian shepherd Gracie! My Great Pyrenees, moose, is a laid back big ol boy, he goes with the flow all day long. My Aussie gracie on the other hand, is very routine based! We feed gracie before bed time to prevent tummy upsets during the day due to her high energy. I’m very aware of how dogs can be when it comes to feeding, and I tend to feed pets separately to prevent any tiffs. I have a large fenced in yard, and 2 dogs to keep your pup company! Both of my dogs are very friendly, and very well behaved. They’re both crate trained, and we have 2 crates for them. We love toys around here, so we have lots of toys to choose from!
“Susan was very helpful with both our meet and greet and the daycare. We were able to meet the house dog gang and see that Mandy was able to socialize and play. She came home happy and tired.”

“First time booking with Kate, and it was pretty last minute. She was very nice, easy to communicate with, and took great care of Newton. Everything went smoothly, and I felt very comfortable leaving him with her. Would definitely recommend!”

About: I ONLY TAKE ONE PET AT A TIME SO THEY GET 100% OF MY ATTENTION & LOVE 24/7. I've had critters to love and care for since I can remember - all kinds: dogs, cats, a pony, ducks, chickens, rabbits, birds, guinea pigs and fish. Animals have always been a very important part of my life. I worked for a vet for several years, was on the Board of my local SPCA and have rescued 3 dogs and a cat as part of our family in the past 15 years. Now our empty nest home is pretty quiet but I am always ready to love some more! I started pet sitting for friends and discovered how fulfilling it can be, so I am more than ready to care for your fur baby too. I am at home full time now and have the whole day to tailor to the needs of the critters I care for, so even special needs are not usually a problem. I am an avid photographer and will happily send photo updates regularly. OH, and I go by LOLLY (a nickname since I was a toddler). I have a large fenced yard for off-leash, supervised play time and live in a forest with acres of trails for leashed walks. I have one cat at home and aim to board only ONE DOG AT A TIME (or two if they are housemates already). Your pet will stay inside my home which is a peaceful and safe environment, no small children, quiet neighbours and a husband who loves to give free belly rubs! Home 24/7 so am able to be with your pet all day and night which is especially important for little ones who aren't used to being away from home. We have a large fully fenced and large back yard in a forest-like setting and miles of trails for leash walks. Also a smaller fenced area within the larger fenced yard for late night or early morning relief. Your pet will never be outside without me.

About: I am a stay-at-home mom so I am home most of the time. I can give your doggo all the attention they need. I've taken care of dogs really for as long as I can remember. I had a great dane as a teenager so big dogs are no problem. I am a stay-at-home, homeschooling mom so I am home a most of the time, never gone for long. I am available seven days a week. I have a large fenced in yard that doggies love! I only take one dog at a time or two "sibling" dogs so that everyone can get along and hang out together. I want dogs to feel welcome in my home. I have two cats that are very used to dogs. I have a very large dog kennel to keep your dog safe when I am out and about and at night.
“Leeann was amazing with a last minute booking and being so flexible on drop off and pick up times. Thank you for finding a calm room for her to stay where she was comfortable too!”

“Ryan was very attentive with the puppies - they were a bit more anxious than expected but Ryan made sure to keep an eye on them, which I appreciated! We will definitely be using him again for one off day care days!”

“This will be the third week in a row that my Roxxie will be attending doggy day care with her two new dog friends in Nancy’s home. It’s so amazing that I can go to work and not have to worry at all if my dogs being well cared for. Nancy is the best!”

About: **I’m currently offering lower rates than I normally would in order to get my foot in the door with Rover! :) Thank you so much for supporting a Rover newbie! 💗** Hi! 🤗🐕🩷 I’m Alexus and I have been baby-sitting (pets & humans!) for over 10 years now for family, friends, neighbors, and even strangers who have simply heard good things about me from others, both in my free time as well as in professional certified Doggy Daycare businesses including Dogtown Cincinnati! People have kept me as their sitter for years because they know they can count on me to be responsible, attentive, communicative, & honest with them while their babies are in my care! 🐶🐱🐰🐹 I’m down-to-earth, calm, and will always be patient & kind to animals of any kind and will respect your home with utmost care. 🏡💕 When you are missing your babies, don’t hesitate to ask for an extra picture or video of them if you want more! Whether it is sitting, boarding, walking, or basic grooming, I will provide the home away from home for them by meticulously following directions for specific exercise regimens, dietary restrictions, training (e.g. taking a puppy out to potty every 30-45 min. & rewarding with praise & treat), medication administration, etc. 🍼🧴🧸🎾💊🦮 I will NEVER, under any circumstance, use punishment or fear-instilling tactics. I am a lifelong dog-lover and a dedicated advocate of humane training & treatment of animals. I am Pet First Aid Certified and dedicated to prioritizing pet safety & comfort in order for them and their parents (you!) to be stress-free. ❤️🐾🌎 I can’t wait to meet-and-greet with you & your fur baby! 🫶🐾 I am a full-time dedicated professional pet care provider for families local to the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area. In my home, your babies will enjoy a squeaky clean, comfortable newly-remodeled living room and guest bedroom, as well as a .5-acre fenced-in backyard (will remain leashed while outside) with enriching landscape in a cozy, quiet tucked-away neighborhood. I allow doggies on the couches, but will gladly redirect any dogs away from furniture through positive reinforcement (NEVER PUNISHMENT) if you would like. In your home, I will meticulously adhere to every standard you request and proactively communicate with you regarding in-home checklists as needed.
“Angel is wonderful! We've been having a hard time giving our dog the attention and structure he needs during the day since we had our baby, so being able to place him with Angel a few days a week has been a lifesaver! She is very kind, and accommodating to our dogs specific quirks. Thanks Angel!”

“My puppy enjoyed the day playing with Brandon and his friendly pets. Brandon was reliable, responsive, worked well with my puppy’s energy level, and sent me a lot of updates during the day. We will be back.”

As of August 2026, there are 303 sitters on Rover offering Doggy Day Care across Falmouth. Enter your ZIP code to see which available sitters are closest to your home.
Sitters on Rover can offer flexible scheduling, so you can coordinate times that work best for you and your pet—whether that’s early drop-off or later pick-up to match your Falmouth commute.
If your schedule changes, it’s best to let your sitter know through the app as early as possible. Many sitters can adjust pick-up and drop-off times when needed.
Think of doggy day care as your dog’s fun, supervised play date that happens to fit into your workday. Day care through Rover takes place in a real home. This offers a calmer and more personalized environment for your pup.
A typical day can include companionship, one-on-one attention, and same day pick-up and drop-off. Many sitters can also offer structured routines and exercise throughout the day. For recurring, weekly day care, sitters will include photo updates so you can see your dog in their element.
Here are tips for finding the ideal day care fit for your dog:
- For some small dogs: In-home day care can be the perfect fit. Look for sitters whose "can host" section only lists dogs weighing 0–7 kilograms and/or 7–18 kilograms. During your Meet & Greet, ask about play areas based on dog size and energy level.
- For high-energy dogs: The ideal doggy day care can offer scheduled breaks and outdoor spaces or activities. You can also find sitters who host multiple dogs to satisfy your pup’s socializing needs.
- For dogs who prefer human-only companionship: Use the filters "Doesn't own a dog" and "Only accepts one pet at a time" to find the right care.
Play groups can be an option when you book with a day care sitter through Rover. Many sitters do host a small number of dogs at the same time. Smaller dog packs are generally safer, more fun, and ideal for dogs who enjoy playtime but also want to relax throughout the day. When looking for your dog’s pack, check the sitter’s profile to see if they "Accept multiple clients" or have their own dogs. Then during the Meet & Greet, you can see whether your dog is a good fit for their social circle!
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in KY ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, Rover is well-suited for finding sitters who can care for your pet within 24 hours. With 303 sitters in Falmouth, 90% respond to messages in under an hour.
You can message multiple sitters simultaneously to find the fastest available match. If you need care today or tomorrow, you can look for sitters with a "calendar last updated" notice on their profiles.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
