About: Hi, I'm April! I’m new to the Charleston area. Animals have been a central part of my life for years, both professionally and personally. I have extensive experience caring for a wide variety of animals, from household pets to wildlife, and I understand how important it is to trust someone with your furry (or scaly) family members. My background includes working as a dog trainer, kennel attendant, wildlife rehabilitation intern, and animal care professional. As a dog trainer, I worked one-on-one with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments, helping them learn new skills and overcome behavioral challenges. As a kennel attendant, I provided daily care for dogs, cats, and exotic animals, including feeding, administering medications, exercising pets, cleaning enclosures, and monitoring their health and well-being. I have experience handling everything from energetic puppies to senior pets and dogs with special behavioral or medical needs. Through my work in wildlife rehabilitation, I also gained experience safely handling animals, administering medications, and recognizing signs of illness, stress, or injury. Currently, I am working towards my masters in wildlife biology and research, which has strengthened my attention to detail, responsibility, and commitment to animal welfare. Whether your pet needs a walk, drop-in visit, overnight care, or simply some extra companionship while you're away, I will treat them with the same care and respect that I give my own animals. I know every pet has a unique personality and routine, and I take the time to learn their preferences so they feel comfortable, safe, and happy. I also understand how reassuring updates can be while you're away, so I provide regular photos and communication throughout each visit. I look forward to meeting you and your pets!

About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was 13. I’ve always had a cat growing up and when I was old enough to get my own pet I had a dog. I have plenty of free time to do walks, dog parks, naps on the couch, play time, and anything else needed for your fur baby. I care for pets like they are my own with unlimited pets & love. AND show some love to others’ fur babies :) I take Charlotte 🐶 for a walk regularly, she’s learned how to stay on the sidewalk & to wait her turn at crosswalks- it’s super cute 🥰 I typically carry a backpack with small treats, a water bowl, extra waters and some type of toy or ball for in case we find an open field! also of course, I have my own doggie bags for Mr.#2 😂💩

I’m available in the early mornings and late afternoons/evenings Monday - Thursday. I’m available all day/night Friday - Sunday. My work schedule is pretty flexible so I’m able to move stuff around to accommodate your pets’ needs. About: I’ve taken care of pets since I was a kid. I’ve had a variety of breeds such as labs, golden retrievers, Chihuahuas, aussies, etc. I have helped family members with there pets when needed like house sitting, feeding, walks and more! I also have a lab for myself at home I take care of daily! I’m current a full time college student! Anytime around college my time is spent at home with my puppies and can be spent on your pets also! I have a spacious apartment with a walking path right outside my building. We also have a dog park! I can do feedings, walks, and plenty of play time for your pet! I can stay on schedule with pets if needed also as I have a feeding schedule for my lab.

About: I have a year experience working for a pet sitting company doing house visits and dog walking. During this time I gained a lot of great knowledge on how to properly care for cats and dogs. I have two pets of my own as well. During a house visit I would be sure to feed, water and take them out to potty. I would also make sure to give them plenty of attention if they like that. If you have a cat I can scoop or change litter if needed as well as keep the area clean where the litter box is stored. I am also available for 30 minute walks with your pet to make sure they get the exercise they need. I look forward to hearing from you! I am available 7 am to 1 pm & 4:30 pm to 9 pm Monday through Friday to walk or care for your pet as needed for walks or if they just need checked on. I am only available to care for your pet in your home, I will take great care of them and treat your home with respect.

About: I am my families go to dog sitter. I’ve spent several weekends dog/house sitting for all of my extended family members and friends. I love all animals, and have taken care of big and small. I have a set work schedule on weekdays, I am available after 4 pm to do any walks or provide care, and weekends are completely open. I am very attentive in the care of any animals, I’ll always take time for play if the dog is in a playful mood and have also worked with multiple pet households where each animal was on their own medication or specific diet.

I am available early mornings, brief afternoons, and late nights 7 days a week. My availability short notice will vary based on how close the pick up and drop off are. I live next to a dog park! And I know lots of other parks and good neighborhoods with nice shady sidewalks for your dog and I to explore. I am willing to share GPS location so you always know where your pet might be while with me.

About: Been around dogs all my life! i current own 2 blue heelers under the age of 4. LOVE caring for animal. Also good with smaller pets i work 5 days a week 7am-2pm but i have afternoons free and would love to spend some of it tending to pups. I’m also free weekends I care in the clients home just becuase i do not have a fenced in area at mine and those and depending on the animal those are usually preferred

About: Ive been around dogs a lot. I have 3 of my own. One named Hope. She’s more active, and needs alot of playtime. So I’m definitely good at managing that. One name is Oakley, he likes to be babied and cuddled. Ones name is Hank, and he is just the chillest dog haha. I already have dogs so I work 24/7 with my own. I have a lot of time on my hands so I’m free whenever. Anytime you just need a break I can come help, when you’re gone. I’ll do it. I give baths, I walk them, I play ball/fetch with them. I take them potty, feed them, give them treats. I do all the things it takes to take care of a dog, the same way you would treat a baby.
