About: My family and I are pet lovers and have 2 of our own. We live in the outskirts of town in a quiet old farm house with a backyard so plenty of space for activities. Walking, hiking, and fetch are our favorites. I have done house/ dog sitting for many friends and people in the past and now that my daughter is older I would love to get back to it. During your pet's stay, we will go for many walks as well as hikes on any of the surrounding trails. We live very close to the Rail Trail, our pup loves going for walks and jogs there. We have a nice backyard for outdoor play, we, unfortunately, do not have a fenced-in yard. Weekends are completely free for me, that's when I get free time to do fun outdoor activities with my daughter and our pup. Your fur baby will have 100% of my attention on weekends, During the week I have a full-time M-F job fairly close to home. I hope you consider our family for your fur babies' stay! About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life, and working with them brings me a real sense of purpose and joy. I also use a doggie seatbelt anytime we travel by car, because your pet’s safety is always my top priority. When your dog stays with me, I kindly ask that feeding and medication instructions be legible (typed is preferred) to make sure nothing gets missed. For overnight house sitting, I appreciate detailed, easy-to-read instructions about your pet’s routine and where to find supplies like food, medications, cleaning, and anything else I’ll need to keep your home running smoothly. About: I’ve had dogs that both lived over 15 healthy years plus sitting .I’m dependable, cautious about their safety and respond quickly. I’m respectful and flexible. I work part time as a caregiver and have a flexible schedule. I’m reliable, mature and will be attentive. As well as reachable when needed. I’m careful about your pets safety as well as a feeding schedule. I’m cautious regarding heat and ice and keep their environment clean and tidy.

About: I have always been around pets of all kinds; reptiles, house pets, farm animals, even a tarantula. I am caring and attentive and up for anything! I work from home and set my own work schedule. About: Hello! My name is Jenal, and I have 30 years of experience. I have grown up with breeds such as German Shepherds, Huskies, Retrievers, and Labs. Currently, I have a lovable Labradoodle and a dog that is an unknown mix, both of which are lovable and playful. Although I work during the day, I'd like to play with your dog throughout the day, at night, during the week, and on the weekends. I am looking to help with your dog while you are at work, on a date night, or out of town. I live in Milton but am willing to travel in Chittenden County and some of the Franklin County Area. I work full time during the week with the ability to flex my schedule. I am able to stop by on my way to work, pop in some time during the day, again after work and before bed time. During the weekends, my days are fairly open which allows for more flexibility. Safety and trust are very important. I would follow the expectations and maintain the routines of the owners. Therefore, this will look different in every household.

About: Hello! I’m Katie and I’m the woman petting the dog instead of socializing at the party. My fiancé Jonny and I just relocated back to Lamoille county and we’d love to watch your dog! Aside from having our own (a dachshund named Klaus, a chihuahua foster fail named Pig and two cats, Fats and Carl) for last nine years we have boarded dogs in our home. Before leaving Philly, Jonny worked for Happy Tails of Philly as a sitter & walker for 8 years. I was formerly the GM and Boarding Coordinator for a chain of dog daycares in Philadelphia, working for them for 4 years-so it’s safe to say we are well versed with canines! I was a foster parent with City of Elderly Love in Philly and hope to foster again now that I’ve relocated to Vermont. All of our dog experience can guarantee that not only is your dog going to be safe and comfortable with us, but will have as much fun possible! Whether that’s playing fetch in the yard, going for a walk or lounging on the couch, we are happy as long as the dogs around us are! Since becoming a foster parents to seniors dogs years ago, we have gained much knowledge and experience with special needs and administering different types of medications. I have a part time job but Jonny will be home full time for the pups with separation anxiety. If you board with us, our place will be your dog’s home away from home. 💕 I’m currently working part time but Jonny is working from home so you never have to worry about your pup being left unattended in a new place! Dogs staying with us will never be left outside unattended and will always be leashed. We do have crates for crate trained dogs. All dogs we watch must be dog and cat friendly. We are currently staying with my parents and they have chickens on the property but they are separated by a fence.

About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 15 years now. Briefly owning my own pet sitting and dog walking company many years ago before having children. My family and I have been fostering dogs for just over a year now and have had the joy of finding 6 dogs their forever homes. Now being a stay at home mom with some spare time on my hands, I’m looking to get into pet sitting and dog walking again to share the love of animals with my kiddos! Flexible availability as I am home most days all day. Mid mornings and early afternoons are best for walks. Overnight care in our home is available any day and night! About: Life long, I grew up with cat's and dogs. Along with other animals in the household. Mainly growing up with two cat's and a herding dog but also two small lap dogs. I'm working Fridays and weekends. Along with heading to college in the second to last week of August so right now Monday - Thursday are my available days I have two pet Friendly dogs that love to play and I would take them to dog parks to be able to get energy out in a safe and monitored environment.

About: Throughout my life, I’ve always surrounded myself with animals. Ive owned horses, dogs, and cats and also have extensive experience with rescue dogs who have endured trauma. I have yet to meet an animal that I haven’t befriended and continue to work closely with rescues and assist people in rehoming their pets. I just left my job as a social worker and am currently pursuing my MSW. I am looking for a part time gig to help get me through school, so my schedule is pretty open. :) I normally go for a morning walk with my own rescue pup and then hit the yoga mat and get some school work done. My schedule is very flexible. I have a rescue dog who does not get along with other doggos (disappointing but we respect his boundaries). Therefore, I wouldn’t be able to house your doggo at my home but open to house sitting and for advance notice clients, I can have my father watch my dog for a week or so.

About: I have experience working in a doggie daycare setting. I have experienced many dogs of many breeds and followed instructions for each individual dog needs. I have also handled dogs from mild manner to dogs with bigger personalities. Schedules are set daily/weekly/monthly depending on the needs. I offer pet care, pee/exercise breaks to pet sitting so will work with each need that arises to best support the dog and their owners. I do not offer pet care in my home. I will gladly communicate with the owner to accommodate the needs of your pet while taking care of them for you.

About: I grew up with yellow labs and helped raise multiple litters of puppies with my family. I’ve taken care of friend’s pets, but nothing formal. I’ve had my current dog for 3 years and want to expand my love of dogs to yours as well! I love to be active and will take your dog on a run/hike or just cuddle up with them on the couch. I work in a school - currently on summer break so very flexible. Come mid August I will only be available outside of school hours. Every pet and home is different. My goal is to keep your pet’s routine similar to normal and will follow your lead on what you want things to look like day to day. I always walk dogs with a leash.

About: I've had cats and dogs my entire life and love both. I have taken care of young puppies and kittens as well as other small animals My weekly routine is fairly flexible now, I make my own schedule.so I can be pretty accommodating at the moment. I also have my own vehicle I can't board at my place presently but I hope to be able to do so in the future. I can pet/house sit anywhere in the greater Burlington area. I have a mini Aussie who can come play if your pets are comfortable with guests :)

I make sure I’m attentive and fun for all the pets I take care of. I’m in college and can do any job during my breaks and weekends work the best most of the time. Also the summer I am mostly free. I’ll always make sure that your pets are leashed while outside and will make sure your doors are locked in case of possible intruders. About: As a dog owner myself I fully understand how important they are to your family. My husband & I have been in our “pet parents” era for 5 years now, so I’m sure you can only imagine how spoiled our Georgia girl is. When you hire me, you’re getting someone who’s going to treat your dog exactly as their own. I want to see their little wiggly butts & all of their cute tricks when they are in my care. I always offer a meet & greet so I can learn about their dislikes/likes , favorite toys and scratches & all of the cute things you love about them and or maybe naughty things they do before I take care of them so I can offer a safe & familiar environment! I have 10+ years of experience with drop ins, day care & dog walking. Rover has given me the opportunity to make new furry friends & to continue being active outside during all 4 of VT seasons. I work remote Monday through Friday at my home here in St. Albans and I have the flexibility to take breaks when needed and can be present while caring for the pets. I have a huge back yard where I live and a very sweet dog named Georgia that loves to cuddle & go for daily walks. We are a very pet friendly home. Dogs will be tucked in while sleeping.

About: My parents bred our labs a couple of times when I was a kid, so puppies and dogs have always been in my life. In college I bought my own puppy and had her for a wonderful almost 10 years. She was my best friend and I talked to her and kissed her all of the time. She made me feel happy when my days were gray. Since then I’ve dog sat for multiple families and borrow my friends’ dogs to go for walks and adventures since I no longer have a pup of my own. I work three 12 hour shifts a week so I would love to spend my free days with dogs. I’ve watched my friends dogs even on work days because I work 7a-7 p so I can be there for breakfast and dinner. Most of the time I’ve stayed in their homes so that the dog feels most comfortable. I have no other pets in my home and your pup will get all the belly rubs and scratching they need. I love to go for walks and be active with the dogs (of course only if they’re capable)

About: I’ve taken care of other peoples pets for over 8 years. I have worked in a doggy daycare so I have experience with all breeds and all types of dogs and there personality’s I am open and willing to pet sit in your home to make the dog less anxious during the weekends but also during the week when you and your family need the coverage! I have nearby dog parks! I live in Fairfax so there’s lots of places to walk and play in dog parks around me or even walks on paths!
